My journey began earlier this year, on a whim I decided to find a dentist because I was tired of being embarrassed by my smile. I did not practice great oral hygiene growing up and I definitely paid for it later on. So when I reached adulthood I decided to take control. But then I had a terrible experience with the very first dentist I visited (in my hometown) and it pretty much halted my willingness for a better smile. Needless to say it had been a long time until I gathered the courage to try again. Enter Maple Drive Dentistry! Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, patient, and understanding! I’ve had about 7-8 visits covering a range of procedures: deep cleaning, teeth whitening, inlays, and even wisdom tooth removals. Every time I leave feeling great and ready for the next appointment. I only regret not finding them sooner!

I had my first appointment at Maple Drive Dentistry yesterday, and what impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff, and their Covid precautions/cleanliness. The Office has clearly implemented a number of safety measures from temp checks, to patient hand washing upon arrival, everyone masked (staff & patients), spacing out of chairs, no waiting in a waiting room (I was even shown to a private Office to fill out new patient forms). On top of that, I had a fantastic appointment - everyone was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, and explained every step of the treatment process. I had a time crunch & everyone ensured I was out of the Office on time. Jill (the front Office manager) was able to check me out while I was getting my cleaning. 100% recommend without hesitation! Dr. Berman and her team are fabulous- I’ve found my new Dentist!

I followed a dentist I had been with for 50 years to the Maple Drive practice. When he retired, I stayed with Maple Drive and Dr. Berman. My subsequent experience with Dr. Berman and staff has always been accommodating, technically proficient and pleasant.

First off, I am not a good dental patient. If I have anything done other than a cleaning, I need at least partial sedation. Last week Dr Berman replaced two crowns and a very small filling for me. I could not have asked for a kinder more gentle and efficient experience. Everyone was just wonderful and the crowns look and feel great. I am so glad that I decided to stay with Dr. Berman after Dr. Wolff retired. She and her staff are the best!

Best dentist experiences in my life. I came to Maple drive dentistry after avoiding the dentist for 11 years out of fear due to overly-sensitive teeth and receded gums. Maple Drive staff and doctors are super compassionate and understanding and go out of their way to be thorough yet gentle and even found some issues with my oral structures that no other dentist, oral surgeon, or orthodontist from my past ever even bothered to notice or check for. They referred me to wonderful specialists for follow-up. Additionally, their sedation options have taken all fear out of visiting the dentist and saved my smile! Now I go to them every 6 months on the dot. Worth every penny. I could not recommend this practice more highly. Wonderful doctors, wonderful staff. And not only do I get to watch TV while they clean my teeth, they also have an adult-appropriate treasure box for when youre all done!

Their staff is also so nice and welcoming. The entire experience was very nice. My typical experience trying to reach a doctor or make an appointment is usually time consuming and filled with hassles. But, the staff at Maple Drive Dentistry actually answers their phone without a litany of recorded voice prompts. I highly recommend this practice.

I was a loyal patient of Dr Wolff for many years before she retired. Initially I hesitated going to her partner but now I am so glad I did. Dr. Berman redid two implant crowns and abutments that caused bone loss, gum inflammation and pain and only charged for the custom abutments. I am happy to say they feel so much better. She also provided me with quite an education. She is very informative and detailed and I felt well prepared. Today I needed a filling on a front upper tooth dreading the needle. It was done in such a way that I didn’t feel a thing. Thanks for everything Dr Berman. See you next time.

This dentist office is a very pleasant place. The Dentists are outstanding as well as the hygienists. My little grandchildren ask to go to the dentist. That is a far cry from the way it was when I grew up.When I needed an emergency root canal, Dr. Wolff worked me into her schedule immediately so my suffering would be minimized!!!Dr. Wolff has put crowns on several teeth and it was very very easy for me as the patient. Actually, it was very interesting to learn about the various machines she has as her office. The equipment is state of the art. I would heartily recommend this pleasant office for outstanding dental work as well as outstanding teeth cleaning.

I absolutely love visiting and recently took my 3 year old son for his first cleaning.They did such an amazing job, making it a special first time experience for us, he loved it too. I rang the Maple Dentist Clinic as I spent two nights awake with a toothache while on business travel. I was overwhelmed by the staff and technical skill. I, like so many people, have fear of the dentist. I literally have to mentally prepare to even walk in the door and my fear and anxiety dont end there. The staff from the very first phone call, were helpful, kind and compassionate. I felt no judgement over me being afraid. Nancy worked with me to schedule my appointment. She met me when I arrived. Everyone was friendly and not in a fake way like you can get in doctors offices. The Dentist, Dr. Berman spent nearly an hour and a half with me just talking with me for most of it and then explaining the plan she wanted to do with my teeth and why.They allowed me to take time to relax when I was getting to a point with my anxiety that I needed a break. The chair had a massage back which was surprising and AWESOME. That and the warm compress for my neck helped so much to make it feel less like a dental visit and more like a spa.Services seem to be reasonably priced. Credit options are available. They like to give you things to assist in your tooth recovery (toothbrushes, water pick, toothpaste as needed). I never felt like I was a number here. They actually care about my fears and my needs. This is definitely my new dental home.

I called Dr. Louisa Berman on her emergency line and she quickly called me back even though I called after hours.Dr. Berman came in when the office was closed as did her dental assistant, Kristie Scott.They quickly and painlessly put on a temporary crown while they both kept me in good spirits with their pleasant personalities and a great sense of humor shared by both of them.When you go to Dr. Berman, you get a great dentist and a great staff.

I recently had a bad experience at this dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning.I had an issue with one of my teeth and asked the hygienist not to touch it at the beginning of the appointment, and she did. She ran the cleaning drill (not the polisher) over it and I felt some of the worst pain I had felt in my life. This was an unacceptable lack of attention to a patients request which resulted in a lot of pain which continued for two days afterwards.This was surprising, as I had had the same issue at my appointment in December and was seen by the same hygienist. I reminded her that we had put a seal on and asked for the same at the appointment in June, and also told her it had become sensitive again. So we had a conscious conversation about it.I left the appointment early due to the pain and general insensitivity of the hygienist. Dr. B came to the checkout desk to see what had happened. She wanted me to stay and wanted me to have a fluoride treatment, but I didnt want anyones hands in my mouth at that point because the tooth continued to hurt so bad.I will note that throughout this appointment the front desk staff was very supportive and I shared the details with CA and she was kind enough to expedite my departure by checking me out fast.Over the past couple of years there was a change in ownership in this dentist and this young hygienist is part of that. I had previously had other concerning experiences. I asked about a tenured hygienist that was no longer at he practice and her young replacement said we retired her. She had no idea that CS was my favorite, and regardless of the reason for her departure, the comment was unnecessary and insensitive.Additionally, I was looking to have significant cosmetic dentistry done as Dr. B has several credentials, including, she is an endodontist.In December 2017 photos were taken of my mouth for cosmetic work. It was extremely uncomfortable with the person jamming the molds in my mouth. There are smaller molds that could have been used. Big hands in a small mouth - yikes.Additionally, in December, the practice told me they would put in the dental estimate to my insurance company and that it would be back in 6-8 weeks. I called at the 8 week mark and they had no news. The estimate / claim showed up from my insurance company in May. Thats five months, not 6-8 weeks. Maybe it was the insurance companys fault. I dont know. You would think for $22k in work there would have been some follow-up.I see lots of five star ratings on this list and I do hope that Im the anomaly. This most recent experience will keep me from returning to this dentist.Lots of room for improvement. I hope for their existing patients sake, they can figure it out.
