I got my nails done there and it came out spectacular, incredible, and professional. I got my nails done by this asian lady I thing her name was Ivan, either way she was so sweet and she speaks my native language. Everyone reading this go to this salon, its the best salon in the plaza. Also the bathroom smelled good, and the workers were very hard working.

The lady did my manicure and the paint came right off. asked her to fix it and was rude about it. Please hire people that are professional and experience. never going to that salon.

Been a customer for 4+ years , and I’ve always had exceptional customer service. The reason why this is my go to nail salon. Pedicures are amazing and cheap $22. They also do really nice acrylic nails

Went to get my eyebrows done with a blonde hair women #11 and she done ripped off my skin she said because my skin is sensitive but i usually often get my eyebrows done at other places and nothing like these unprofessional things happen she did it on both sides as well and it burns .

They did horrible job, supposed i paid for gel nail polish and came off a few minutes later

They over charge $25I only did my toes and nails and it was 20 for my toes and 45 for my nail and said it was 90 . I didnt even notice until I got home that they over charge me $25!!!!

I give this place a 3 star so the woman that did my nails pill my top of my skin and it hurt but I like the nails.

It was a horrible experience I went to to the salon to get my son a haircut. So I told the woman who works there just cut the sides and leave the hair in the top she cut the hair of and everything my son and I where used to going to Dominican barber shops they the “fade” and the “hairline” so I told the woman could you line up his forehead then she said “no I can’t do it his forehead is to small and I will have to cut of some his hair of to do it” I was confused they had people even children with the “hairline” I looked across me and my son there was a kid much younger had a smaller forehead they where doing his a “hairline” I told her vá se foder which means go f yourself. That’s why this is the worst haircut experience in my life.

Tried to get a full set. Workers sitting at thenail station and its around 45 minutes till close, and they say they have no one working. There as bad as Tiffanys. Horrible, how do you run a business? I guess do anything, its not about the customer anymore.

Everything went good if you are cheap ppl dont come here if you dont wanna wait more than 45 min, dont come here they do Appointment and if you gonna complain because you wait too long or hear line to kids, dont waste your time do bad review this ladies work really hard

A disgusting nails the first woman who made me left bubbles and black under my white base and then I removed the paint and they went on to make another one is gel, three days have passed and it is falling, poor quality would give it 0 star and The area looks dirty, I dont recommend it at all

I loved my nails. I have a lady who I think is called Sonya. I showed him a photo of what he wanted and it was exactly what he gave me. Very friendly.

Some have no experience

I fixed my nails on a Saturday and on Sunday they were all damaged (without polish) I returned on Monday and the owner said that it was my fault because I did not use the lamp to dry well, that I had to come on Tuesday that the person was there to fix them , I ask a manicurist how much they charge to repair it and she does not know that I ask the owner, I ask her and she does not know that the manicurist tells me the price. The owner is rude, rude and without any disposition to solve .... very bad service. Because of their bad service they lose customers.
