They specialize in the brazilian wax which is what I get, they offer sugaring, cocoa and several other services, all of the ladies are nice, on-time, they listen too and give what you ask and do not over-charge. I recommend. If you skin is very sensitive like mine they have products to clear your skin, and it remains clear. If its your 1st time getting a wax they make you feel very comfortable.

I went to Rio Body Wax in Camp Creek for a Brazilian wax and underarm wax. I was referred to Claudia by my cousin and I must say, Claudia was amazing! She made me feel comfortable especially being that it was my first time experience a wax. During our conversation, I informed her it was definitely not as bad as people made it seem and that was the reason I stayed away and handled it myself. Claudia has gain another client so I will be back in 4 weeks for my next one!

I personally didnt have any pain,I have been to other places and gotten waxed and had the worst experience painful, bleeding all the things that make you cringe. I have been going here for 4 years now,even when I have lived in another state I made sure I made a appointment for my waxing. Suzie and Alana(I might have misspelled her name)are amazing and make you feel comfortable about the process. I tell all of my friends here and the price is amazing $35 is amazing.

I appreciate the ease of navigating the website to make appointments. And even if you don’t have an appointment from the moment you walk in the door you notice that it is clean , everyone is wearing masks and the staff is hospitable. Next, is that they are prompt end there’s a personal touch that’s added to the service. It truly made me feel like I was amongst family. Getting waxed can be uncomfortable as your placed in a vulnerable position , however the kindness and the laughs make you feel like you’re just visiting friends and family. Got a Cocoa Wax from here and the staff are very friendly and professional. Jany is amazing and very thorough. She talked me through every step (I am a newbie to the process) and made me feel very comfortable. As far as pain goes, thats all relative. I can say that I think the process for a Brazilian is pretty painful, but the pain is fleeting. I feel for the results you get, the discomfort can definitely be worth it. I do believe I will continue getting waxes and going to this location to get them done.

It was my first time with a Brazilian wax and I was super nervous! Everyone was so understanding and nice and light-hearted. They offered advice and were really positive, which helped me relax.It was quick, on time, comfortable (as comfortable as a Brazilian wax can be), and an overall really good experience. Updated Review 9/17/21: This was my third visit here and second time having Rosanna. She is the best. She is friendly, efficient, attentive, caring and values superior client satisfaction and quality. She ensures all hairs are removed to my liking by handing me the mirror after each area is finished.3 months prior: I received the typical services from a Brazilian Wax parlor. My tech was Jo and she was extremely personable, funny, and attentive. The front office personnel were a bit different. They tried to look enthused or happy to see customers as they came in but you could feel the anguish of them just wanting to go home. I get it, they work long hours. Jo, my tech, said she was supposed to get off at 2 but she stayed because they needed the help. But I would not have been able to tell that had she not told me. She was so pleasant. I did have a late appointment (8pm) so Im certain they were all tired and wanted to go home. Customer service is hard but I just wanted to speak on the feelings I got upon my arrival and departure. I felt bad for coming in on time for services.

I been going to Rio Camp Creek location for a while now. When I first started going, I was going to Dee but then she left so I had to get the next best person. That person was VANESSA!!! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable about her job!! Always on time and gets the job down to the tee! If you visit this location, book with Vanessa or request her. She’s the bomb!! All of the staff is nice and the place is spotless. Not to mention it ALWAYS smells welcoming as well!!!

I had a great experience. I was a walk in, so I was told it would be maybe 25 minutes to wait (not bad). It ended up being much quicker than that. Natalie is amazing! Very friendly and was the least painful and most complete results. I will absolutely be back with an appointment for Natalie.I also appreciated that the inside waiting area was limited to patrons only.

I had a wax done by amaryllis. She was awesome and kept me entertained. I’m sure I kept her entertained as well with my outbursts. I was out of there in no time. Not to mention I was going to get a service that I didn’t need and she was honest with me to keep me from paying for the service that I didn’t need!! I will definitely recommend!

I have been coming to Rio Body Wax since I moved to GA in 2013. I must say each time I visit the experience has always been the exact same everyone is very nice and you can’t beat the prices here! Coming from the Hampton Roads area where I was pay $65-$70 for a Brazilian I am happy to come here especially to receive outstanding service by front desk staff as well as the esthetician’s. Jackie is awesome, she is fast, and always walks you through the process. I will continue to go back. I love the fact that each time I go I always see the same staff members. I also make appointments online.

I scheduled a same day service. Esthetician was professional,prompt and gave attention to detail.

The esthetician that serviced me was very rude. Her demeanor and attitude towards me was extremely off putting. I felt as if I was imposing on her time, because she rushed the experience for me. At the end of my Brazilian wax, she carelessly applied the ointment leaving strings of wax on my abdomen area and inner thigh and left me to clean myself. This was very unprofessional considering the service I am accustomed to receiving at this establishment.

This is my second time going to Rio Body Wax. I got a Brazilian wax and my wax lady for both times is IRLEI. She was wonderful. My wax came out perfect. I love how clean the place is. The only complaint I do have which I addressed with her is that the wax is too hot. She did use a fan to give me some sort of comfort but its too hot. She did apologize and reassured me that it will be fix for next time.I trust her and will be coming back again to see her.Thank you IRLEI.

I’ve been here twice since I just moved in the area. Must book online cause they don’t answer the phone. The waiting room is always crowded. I did realize this time why they are so slow. Their wax technique is really different. Most places wax big areas at once to have less wax strips as they can, not this place. This place does very small sections. They’re ripping and pulling for 20 minutes when it really could be done in 10 leaving you raw down there.Nevertheless, They are good just not used to their waxing style. They’re always nice and very friendly

This was my first time ever getting waxed! When I arrived as a walk-in, I was told it’s a 20-25 minute wait but I sat for about 5 minutes and my name was called. It was fast, office is very clean, the staff is very professional. The lady that waxed me was friendly and made me very comfortable. I will definitely be using Rio Body Wax for my future waxes.

Visited this location on July 27th for a full body wax. The technician was pleasant but about a few days later my legs broke out in a RASH TERRIBLY. I called the office and asked for the manager to call me but she never did. About 2 weeks later… yesterday I was able to stop back by and again the manager was not available. I asked to speak to the front desk associate in private bc there were clients waiting but she said no one was working the front but her. I asked her to have the manager call. I tried to show her my RASHES and she didn’t even care to look. She was very INCONSIDERATE of the problem that I was having. Others overheard our conversation and was disgusted and began to leave at the sight of the rash. It’s so much WORSE in person. Once I spoke with the manager she offered me NO REAL SOLUTION. Instead she tried to make me the blame. I asked if I was able to get a refund and she told me that I would need to go to the doctor and bring proof that the wax cause the rash. I asked if they covered the doctor’s fee and she told me probably not. She was also very INSENSITIVE . I would advise against visiting here. That was no way to be treated as a customer dealing with a skin rash. Nothing in my diet or routine had changed. I just moved near this location and wanted to try them out to prevent long travel to where I used to go. However, I will NEVER visit here again. Please beware.

I got a Brazilian and under arm wax. I was a walk-in customer. I always go here. I love it I get a thorough wax for a great price. I didnt wait long that particular Saturday.

I would have given a 5 stars but my wait was really long. I understood that I was about 15mins late so I had to wait as a walk in but however 2 walk ins came in after me and was seen before me which cause me to become a bit agitated. However, when I did receive my service from Jackie it was quick and professional. She was so nice and I will continue to see her; which is why I am giving 4 stars.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. My wax is always clean but that front desk lady, not so friendly. She’s very cold and nonchalant to customer requests.. she’s been there since they opened. I notice there is a new young lady that is there now, she’s sweet and friendly. I don’t even talk to the other lady but she makes sure to ALWAYS jump in the convo. Otherwise I love it here.

Although I am a long time customer, I have to admit I was disappointed with my most recent visit with Mary. She failed to give my Brazilian wax the look I wanted based on my selection of a triangle shape from the available picture options. She reassured me that what I selected was the result I would get. I was so disappointed after getting home to discover she left me with a 1/2 triangle 😖. I shaved off the remaining hair because it looked weird. Granted I shouldve checked before I left but normally I am very pleased and I always trust that the services will be great.

I never went to anyone else but they are all professional, clean and nice! No rude workers. Best $35 spent once a month.

I got my first wax with Roszana a year ago and I have been a reoccurring client of hers since. Roszana is a warm hearted individual and she makes me feel comfortable each time she does my wax. She’s detailed oriented and makes sure she not only removes the top layer of hair but also any stubborn hairs. Highly recommend Roszana if you decide to go to Rio in Camp Creek!

It was very good service, although i recommend that they wait a bit until the wax cools down and give their client a second to recoup from the few seconds of pain. The one lady i received service from (don’t remember her name), rushed a bit with the waxing and cooling it down. Overall though, it was a very clean wax.

Zaire performed my services and she was great. There aren’t enough words to describe her professionalism. Zaire is very patient and precise talks you through after care do’s and don’ts. Cares about you’re end results and overall satisfaction. She is out right awesome. Found this local waxing place on google! Mind you this is my second time ever in life getting waxed! I didn’t have an appointment I just walked in and asked for a wax! The receptionist told me that it would be a thirty min wait instead it was a 10 minute wait ! The lady who actually did my wax was very fast and knowledgeable! We actually talked throughout the whole process I can tell she knew I was nervous so she helped me remain calm by talking to me. They are pretty good. They use like a sugar wax, no strips needed. The wax they use only attaches to the hair and not the skin. They also offer other services like vagacial and skin tightening. Have the best body scrubs my fav is strawberry.Depending on how my wax is performed, every now again I get an ingrown. Not often tho, this solely can’t be the blame of RIO, exfoliating is key

Ive gone to Suzy twice now for full body. Shes expecting soon. The first time was great. The second time felt a little rushed and I noticed there wasnt as much attention to detail. Suzy goes on maternity leave soon so Ill be trying someone else out. But otherwise, I always make an appointment. They were super busy each time I went, so definitely make an appointment, otherwise they may not be able to accommodate you. Seems to be a clean location. Reception is nice and not too much of a wait, with an appointment that is.

First time for everything. They are very busy on the weekend but efficient with walk in clients, you may wait 40minutes depending on the line.

Waited for about 20 min past my appointment time. My waxer Claudia was great. She’s very nice and empathetic that waxing can be painful so she is as gentle as she can be, which is very appreciated!!!

I showed her the confirmation of my appointment and she proceeded to rudely tell me that’s not what she sees and someone else is in for their appointment. I haven’t had a Brazilian wax in about a year and a half and was looking for somewhere I could start getting waxed again. I saw that Rio had great reviews so I decided to try them out. I originally called one evening to see if they had time for a walk in but I was told they were busy and wouldn’t be able to take anymore walk ins that day. So I booked an appointment online for 2 days later. To my surprise when I arrived there were at least 6 women in the lobby waiting to be seen and more walking in the door. I was a bit concerned thinking I may not have been seen on time but after signing in I was called back right at my appointment time. They do a great job to ensure appointments take priority over walk ins. Denise did my Brazilian wax and she was amazing. Since it had been awhile since I’ve waxed and I had to let my hair grow back from shaving for the appointment I anticipated some pain. During the wax I felt some discomfort but no pain. I am extremely happy with my results and I definitely intend on returning.

The longest I’ve every waited for my appointment is 10 min. I usually get a Brazilian, my underarms, and my eyebrows done. All in all it usually takes roughly 45 minutes.
