Had a great experience at Aviary getting my hair cut with Ash! My hair desperately needed a refresh after a long long time without a cut. Ash listened to my thoughts around vision and did an incredible job with the cut! I am so happy and feel so refreshed. In addition, Ash educated me on new products and how to use them which is a huge help. Aviary is a great vibe and environment, is well stocked with awesome products, and I cant wait to be back for my next cut with Ash!

Fantastic salon!! I saw Ash and loved every minute of my visit. Today was just a cut and style, and it was amazing! The salon is clean, comfy, and beautiful. Its right on the belt line so very convenient to shopping and restaurants, making it very easy to have a fun half-day off. Ash is a magical stylist who listens, remembers your preferences, and does wonderful work. Ive already scheduled my next visit and I cant wait!

Went to Aviary for the first time today and LOVED my experience! My hairstylist was Ash and she did such an amazing job on my hair! I told her what I wanted and she accomplished it perfectly! I walked out with my dream hair and I am so incredibly happy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and booking the appointment was also extremely easy. I will definitely be back! I’ve been seeing Ash for years. She is the best At cutting my short hair. She’s just got that eye and innate skill and I always feel like she’s highlighted my best features. I’m probably older than most of her clients but I still want a hip and edgy look and she delivers without making me look like a try-hard. That’s a talent!

I initially chose not to write anything but once you posted your statement below I had a change of heart. Your post alone speaks to the way yourself and your employee speak to customers/potential customers. Your employee was so rude and aggressive, that it did in fact upset me, especially when she hung up on me. The way you are saying I spoke to your employee is actually exactly how I was spoken to. And when I tried to call back and talk with her calmly she wouldn’t let me speak and then stated she didn’t have time for me. She told me I should speak with you instead. I left a review based on the professionalism and customer service I received. Interestingly enough, when you called you too chose not to hear me out, and never gave me the opportunity to tell you about my experience with your employee. I think any customer in my shoes would have been upset. I am sorry things didn’t work out.

I had a great experience with Deb and highly recommend booking with her. I had a lash lift + tint and it was the best experience and results I have ever had- and Ive gone to numerous studios on the west and east coast. She was kind and professional. Listened to my needs and delivered!

This place is awesome! I received a facial, brow wax and lash lift from Deb for my wedding week and WOW! I feel so beautiful. Deb was very professional and knew exactly what my skin needed. I’ve never had my eyelashes lifted, and I was nervous, but the results blew me away. It was a relaxing and rewarding experience, and I can’t wait to go back. My skin looks amazing, and I can’t believe how great my bare face looks and feels. She also did such a great job on my brows and gave me exactly what I wanted - a full clean brow. Also, the whole staff wears masks and require paperwork signed to ensure that their customers are safe during this pandemic, and it’s so encouraging to see businesses doing their part to help the community.

I got the hydro facial, and it truly enhanced my skin. This the first facial I have received that took care of all my skin problems during one facial. The time and care they took on my skin concerns were so appreciated. This place also offers a peaceful and comforting environment with the setup.

First class. I’d like to share the wonderful experiences I’ve had at Aviary since the pandemic allowed businesses of this nature to reopen. I’ve been twice in the late summer. Each time I went, the owner and staff greeted me warmly, openly, but also with professionalism and safety in mind. All were wearing mask and upon entering I was welcomed immediately and with hand sanitizer. It was such a relief that this small business made my safety as well as their staff as the top priority. I mean, I had a facial! So if that’s not as close as you can get, I don’t know what is. But I always felt safe, had the option for the aesthetician to wear gloves, etc. Also, the Hydrafacial was sooo worth it. (I could go on about that too). They also carry Biologique Recherche which is a highly covetable skin line. If you know, you know :) Please do not hesitate to book an appointment with them. You’re skin will love you for it.

My facial haven! Its in a quiet and quirky location, peaceful and full of greenery. I get facials regularly, and even though I havent used the other services, all personnel are kind and helpful. Everyone is happy to talk product or technique if you have a question. Kelly Painter is my facial and eyebrow maven. I wouldnt have learned to love my skin without her!

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I missed an appointment and they charged my credit card for the entire service. The management does not care about the customer, only their schedule and their pockets. I was charged $200 for a service they never provided and on top of that I cannot use the $200 gift card that I have for the salon to pay for the missed appointment. Thats right, Aviary has $400 of my money for ZERO SERVICE PROVIDED. They are thieves that profit off the misfortune of others. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went here for a facial and it was phenomenal! They take the time to explain what best for your skin, how you can improve and what may be causing any concerns. Highly recommended!

I was so excited to find out that Aviary not only carries the Biologique Recherche line, but also offers their very unique and involved proprietary facials as well. I saw Deb for an hour and left looking like Bella Hadid. These Biologique Recherche facials arent simply addressing the skin, but the muscle structure within the face--you will leave looking lifted and sculpted like no other facial could possibly achieve. Deb was so professional, knowledgeable (the Aviary team was trained directly by Biologique!), and best of all, was very chill and made me feel super comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!

Im super pressed for time right now (my brothers rehearsal starts in one hour and am halfway through blow drying my hair) but I just neeeeeed to put this out there. I finally washed my hair yesterday from the FOREVER LASTING blow out (6 days, 2 flights, paris weather, looked PERFECT) and I couldnt be more happy. Ive gotten so many compliments from strangers from how shiny my hair is (highly recommend protein treatment) and blow drying my hair right now is easy and frizz free. also my cut looks great, curls fall perfectly. A tucked away gem in booming historic Old 4th Ward near Inman Park off the Beltline, this day spa and hair salon is a must-visit! The staff is non-pretentious yet highly trained and professional. The vibe is urban chic - great music and decor, awesome people and quality products in a cool neighborhood. I love their new hair stylist Jenni - she does the most amazing cuts and color!
