Dr. Tracy and her staff are amazing. I always leave the office feeling much better. Dr. Tracy listens to my needs in a way that makes me feel heard. I am confident in her guidance and recommendations for my overall health. Her entire team is great. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel welcomed and appreciated. I have seen multiple chiropractors over the years. Dr. Tracy and team are by far my favorite.

I am so grateful for Dr. Tracy and her team at HPC. After my second child was born, I had terrible sciatica. My OB referred me to Dr. Tracy and even though I was a little hesitant about Chiropratic care, I trust my OB fully and decided to give it a try.I am so glad that I did! The amount of relief I felt after just one session was amazing and after a few months I was pain free. I now go in just when I need a tune up. Dr. Tracy is great about answering questions and telling you what she is doing. I have referred my husband and several friends who have also had similar, wonderful, experiences.

Ive been going to Dr. Tracey for 4 years now and she has been absolutely wonderful. You can definitely tell she knows what shes doing and is extremely knowledgable. Im always a little wary about people popping/adjusting my bones but I never fear that with Dr. Tracey. She truly has the best interest of her patients and I cannot recommend her enough! The entire staff here is wonderful and you really feel welcomed and like family.I love the massage tables you get to go on prior to getting adjusted. I also love that you can get massage therapy and acupuncture here. Its a one stop shop! Also, cant rave enough about my massage therapist Laurette. With the combined knowledge and care of her and Dr. T my lower back pain was always maintained and now its nearly gone with minimal visits. My all time favorite thing about everyone here is that they literally are trying to get you to a point where youre only coming in for maintenance rather than telling you that youll need to come every week for the next 8 million years. Just the most genuine people I have ever met with a genuine concern for your health and well being.

First visit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Should have made this appointment much sooner. They were able to loosen up my back and helped in diagnosing vertigo. I will not wait as long knowing that help is just down the road. Thanks.

Dr. Tom is one of the best, I was dealing with pain for quite some time and now thanks to him I am able to enjoy the activities I used to. I travel quite a bit for work and those flights can be hard on the body, especially when flying overseas. Dr. Tom is not only knowledgeable, but treats me as an individual and is always professional. If you are looking for a great chiropractor look no further, Dr. T is the one to see!!

Dr. Tracy is absolutely amazing. I am an athlete & a yoga teacher. I have had a history of back and neck issues & she has got me back on track. She is so knowledgable and uses lots of different techniques and tools during her sessions. I love how she also checks everything before I leave just in case I need just a bit more adjusting. She is the best chiropractor I have ever had. Highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Ive been seeing Dr. Deb at Lake Pointe since November of 2012. Id never tried a Chiropractor before but have had fairly chronic back pain for several years. Im so thankful for the relief that Deb has been able to give me this past year. I couldnt live without her now! She has helped me so much and I simply cant live without her! Her massages are FANTASTIC too! I cant wait to see her later this week! The office is so convenient and all of the staff are super friendly. They work so hard to accommodate my busy schedule so they can fit me in whenever I need them to! I highly recommend Lake Pointe Chiropractic!

Warning: this is a lengthy post.So a few weeks ago I made a review on Health Point. And understand that my review is strictly gestured towards Dr. Tom !! So first I’m going to post the review that I was forced to remove in order to even speak with Dr. Tom. Here it is:“Dr. Tom is currently trying to commit insurance fraud! I was involved in an accident back in March. I was not insured at the time & ensured him that the at fault insurer would pay in full for my services. I went to him about 5/6 times. He sent false medical notes & services rendered to the insurance company & also stated I had visited 9 times. He withheld my medical bills and notes from me, not allowing me to see them. Also , out of the 5/6 visits I were there I did not receive the services he stated I did. Each time that I visited I was asked to sign in on a paper, which I did, & now he will not produce those sign in papers for me nor the insurance company.I will NEVER return, nor will I recommend.Mrs. Cindy was an absolute angel though. Very professional and nice each time .”So UPDATE: Dr. Tom is the rudest, most arrogant, childish, and annoying person I’ve ever dealt with. He has so many SMART remarks & he constantly tries to overtalk you constantly.Dr. Tom basically bribe me into removing my previous review. A review is a review & it’s my opinion. Regardless of my opinion of his actions if we’re doing business together then that’s just that. Our business. He is so unprofessional. He even went as far as telling me “I’m barking up the wrong tree” in a threatening way that I had to ask him to remain respectful because we’re both adults. I would NOT recommend him at all!!! As I said before I only visited Dr Tom 6 times. He even showed me on his computer the ONLY 6 appointments I had with Mrs. Cindy, so how did he get 9 visits out of that??? I questioned him about this, And if he was sure I had 9 visits , why did he agree to remove one of the visits (about $200) off of my medical notes ? Doctors don’t do that. All doctors I’ve been too want to be paid for the services they gave, and they would not quickly and readily remove an entire day of service.I’m telling you Tom is sneaky, he’s manipulative, and can not be trusted .

MORE COMMENTS, 3/21/15: Last year, started getting massage with Cindy first, followed by adjustment with Dr. Tom... my pain relief and healing is EVEN BETTER than before... I cannot say enough about the protocol for relief of my back pain!----------------------------------------------------Starting going to Health Point (formerly Lake Pointe) in May, 2013. Dr. Tom and Dr. Tracy are both good at giving adjustments... each has his/her own style, but each has resulted in relief for me. They also provide sound advice about exercise, back care, supplements, and general health.After getting adjusted, I get a massage with Cindy... oh, my goodness... I have never had such pain relief in the 4 1/2 years since Ive been going to the chiropractor... she is fabulous!I will continue to go to Health Point... wish Id known about them earlier!

I came into this place with a knife in between my shoulder blades, and now i am practically pain free after just three visits! She is amazing and very personable. I still want continue treatments just for maintenance. Pain really does not have to be a way of life!!

Ive been seeing Dr. Tracy for more than 4 years. I follow her wherever she ends up because I love how she takes good care of my back, wrist, neck and jaw. Shes very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my health concerns even if it doesnt involve back issues. There is rarely a wait for your appointment time, the office is very warming and its easy to get a last minute appointment. I also get a monthly massage from Cindy. Shell work on any problem areas through a deep tissue massage.

I have had chiropractic and massage treatments at Lake Pointe, and they are both amazing! My back feels so much more comfortable when I am done with my treatments there. On my first visit, Dr. Deb was so patient and discussed everything with me to make sure I received the appropriate treatment for my issues.

Dr. Tom is wonderful. I recently hurt my back and one evening I was in so much pain that I ended up spending 2 hours unable to move. I called to make a new patient appointment and spoke with Dr. Tom. Without ever being a patient he spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me offer some suggestions to get me through the night. I went into his office the next morning and I was just as impressed with him in the office as I was with him on the phone. He really did an amazing job and I ended up walking out of his office more upright than I was when I walked in. Thank you Dr. Tom!

Dr. Tom has been my chiropractor for over 2 years. I cannot sing enough good praises about his adjustments. With both neck and hip problems, I’ll admit that I am not the easiest person to adjust. But Dr. Tom is thorough, patient, and effective with every visit.After searching out chiropractors in North Atlanta for almost 40 years, I can say Dr. Tom is the best. If you are looking for an excellent family chiropractor, stop looking and call Dr. Tom.

Dr. Thomas V. has been a absolute nightmare post getting services with him. I went to him for MVA chiro and everything was great until chiro was over. He has been manipulative, dishonest and very aggressive. Today tops the cake. He went and filed a police report on me for “theft of services.” But he’s lying about visits and now refusing to show proof of visits so that he can be paid properly.The massage therapist, Mrs. Cindy is amazing. I would love to continue going to her outside of Dr. Thomas office.If you would like a professional Dr. please do not go here. He is far from professional. If you want someone professional, go elsewhere. You will have to deal with drama and more drama when dealing with Dr. Thomas at this office.You will thank me later.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Tom. He did an exceptional job adjusting me. I had a lot of previous chiropractor experience, but he is the best so far.

Responding to Lakendras post-Insurance companies are pretty thorough with payment authentication. There is no way that a person can ASSURE PAYMENT to the provider, only the insurance company and the provider can make those arrangements. Some insurance companies routinely pay directly to the insured and often the insured stiffs the provider. The provider can make other arrangements with the insurance co to be paid directly and that seems to be your issue as I read your review.If you signed in for each visit then you can rest assured that the provider was only paid for those visits and no more.Dr Tom is the best Chiropractor that I have ever gone to. I could not even walk to my mailbox last fall despite PT and other chiropractor treatments.After just a few visits I was actually improving and continue to do so with regular visits to his office. He now uses the Bemer electro magnetic treatment on my spine as well as CBD oil and his usual treatments. I just finished washing all 41 windows and storm windows in my house , something I was not able to do for 3 years.

Both my husband and I have been receiving care from Dr. Tracy for over a year now. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and is very concerned with helping our bodies function as best as possible! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, concerned with our well-being. We highly recommend this service to anyone with chronic issues who has not seen improvement through Western medicine and practices.

The best part of Healthpoint Chiropractic is the massage. In all my 30 years of massage therapy for my chronic back issues, Cindy is by far the most knowledgeable and professional in the field. Very fortunate to have her as my massage therapist. Definitely ask for Cindy.

I dropped by for an consultation and am glad that I did. My extreme neck and back pain is less every time that I go. I was in pain for weeks and now am almost pain-free. The staff is very positive and helpful. Everything that was done to me, was explained to me why it was being done. Dr. Tracy is genuine and appears to love what she does. This was my first experience with Chiropractics and I am extremely happy with Health Point.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Voyda for about 8 years. He has helped me greatly to manage my low back pain. I am active - play tennis, do yard work, etc. and he keeps me able to participate in these activities. He is a very good chiropractor and I have referred others to him as well.

Dr. Tracy was incredibly friendly and made me feel great after my adjustment! They were accommodating with my schedule and overall, it was a great experience as a first time client.

I began seeing Dr. Tracy when I learned I was pregnant with my 3rd baby. During my first pregnancy, I didnt see a chiro at all. During my second, I saw a chiro, but not one who understood or knew anything about my pregnancy symptoms and issues. I noticed a HUGE difference with the ease of my 3rd pregnancy and I believe Dr. Tracy had a lot to do with this. While seeing Dr. Tracy during my 3rd pregnancy, she helped me identify and mitigate one of the worst symptoms during my pregnancy, pubic symphysis. It is caused by too much elastin being produced in the body and causes the front pelvic bone to separate a tiny amount but cause a large amount of pain. I had this during my 1st and 2nd pregnancy but no one was able to identify what it was! Dr. Tracy knew exactly what this pain was and identified the name of it so I could learn more. Pubic Symphysis normally gets worse with each pregnancy, but I had a much easier time with it during my 3rd pregnancy because of Dr. Tracys treatments. I highly recommend seeing a chiropractor during and after pregnancy and I strongly recommend seeing someone who understand the various symptoms and treatments during maternity like Dr. Tracy.

Im unfortunately no stranger to Chiropractors thanks to a blown L5/S1 disc in my back. After years of dealing with annoying pain and re-occuring discomfort, I am finally living pain free under the care of Dr. Deb in Dunwoody. Her staff is very attentive, caring, and I dont feel like just another patient when I walk through their doors.
