Horrible company to work for. The PAY is LOW and your schedule will NOT be consistent. Theres also a lot of family/friend hiring and favoritism. These coworkers are allowed to do the bare minimum. Its likely youll end up picking up after staff as well as the clients. DONT complain or point out these injustices because you will be ignored or met with animosity. You get attached to your clients but after awhile even thats not enough reason to tolerate the biased & catty environment.

Wonderful company. Pays good! And the individuals they help are awesome.

Helps M.R.D.D. individuals live independently by giving them help to learn to live in todays society. Very good company, of people come and go its only because people dont have a heart for this job its not because of management they are very nice.

Awful company, low, unlivable pay, shady and incompetent management, treats employees like garbage and blames them for not being for the consumers when they quit.
