Friendly staff. They are amicable and non harassing to non-custodial parents. They are willing to work with you on late payments.

This is the worst child support agency in this country. It actually isnt a child support agency at all, they would rather defend the deadbeat drug addict parent over the parent that take care of the child. Please dont actually want to be treated with respect or dignity because they will not do that! Instead they will tell you that you should be lucky that you even got child support! Sadly the 3-4 decent people that work there is out weighed by all the nasty people that work there!

Very rude individuals located in this agency. I’ve sent in rejection letters to child support because they change $638 for one child. They have enforced the child support upon them selves when neither party requested for support. Very unprofessional agency who takes advantage of the fathers. Very displeased with their agency as a whole. When applying for the pertunity test they make a huge deal when you request help filling out any paper work.

They literally are a joke and one sided 🤦🏻‍♂️
