This branch always has a long drive through line and Covid made it worse. The tellers are nice but this is unacceptable. Whoever manages this place either doesnt care about customer service or is not able to resolve the problem. Fortunately I do most my banking except 1 account elsewhere and have no issues. This branch is a poor example.

Denied me a small loan when I have perfect credit due to my job loss 👍 told me to call back when I have a job thanks alot for your help during a pandemic while I need assistance to eat and live right now #banks are not your friendAlso the line stays with 50 car lines and takes about an hour or more to get thru 👍 thanks truliant

This bank goes above and beyond in service and professionalism. They offer Great rates and provide a hometown feel with competitive services that outshine the big bank establishments. I never feel like a number.

As if the pandemic isnt bad enough. This branch of Truliant has the slowest drive-thru around. Keeping it apparently understaffed with vehicles backed up in three lines to the street. Waiting up to 20 min. to move.

They wont open the inside and practice social distancing guidelines. Every time I go here I have to wait over an hour. There are three lines and 2 tellers. How hard is it to deposit money and give back money?

Slowest drive-thru ever. Staff changes all the time so no one is familiar with you or how you do your banking. Ive been using this bank since I started working. Many many years. In the 3 years has gotten awful. I was in line for 25 minutes the other day. One line became empty so I moved over. The teller refused to help me. She said I pulled up after cutoff time. Cutoff is 6 the police officer blocked the line at 2 minutes till. So they could finish the rest of us. I told her I had been waiting in line for nearly a half hour. She called me a liar. Im in process of switching everything and will have a new bank by the end of the month. No more dealing with inconsistencies, long waits, not enough locations, ATMs not working and rude employees.

Slowest service ever. Be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour. The ONLY reason I use this bank is because my car loan is through them. Ive tried to call and pay my loan over the phone. And each time its a new excuse on why they cant take my payment. Now with this covid mess, Im forced to sit in the drive through for an hour each time. And there is always a reason why I cant pay my loan. Example. Last month, I waited an hour and 15 minutes in the line and get to the teller to make a payment and she tells me their card machine is not working, so they cant accept payments at this time. I come back a few days later, to the same teller and she tells me that this one time they will accept cash but from now on I have to use my card or call and make a payment. Which previously stated, I have tried to set up a auto draft and they tell me it will cost extra to set it up or their card machines are not accpeting other bank cards. This is THE WORST bank Ive ever delt with. As soon as I can, i will refinace my car with my bank.

My star rating is of Truliant in general. Easy to open an account. Difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone. Automated mess. Seems like you cant do anything over the phone which is understandable but then when you go through a drive thru all you need is a phone number. Everyone knows your phone number. I called their 800 number as I needed an email address for a credit application but the person I spoke to claimed there isnt an email address that can be given out. Asheboro branch has great customer service. They try to get those in line in the order they saw them get there. They are always kind and professional.

I frequently deposit large checks through my account and always have the worst experience at this Truliant branch. Every other location I visit only puts a three day hold on the funds, while this branch puts a seven day hold. It’s incredibly inconveniencing.

I wish someone could explain why not only this Truliant Credit Union branch, but others too, WHY in the world build 3-5 lanes that are usually all open yet there is at most times, ONE teller to service the drive-thru. They DO service first come, first serve, but WHY even give the allusion that its going to be a very quick transaction in the first place. Same goes for the inside.

It was terrible I was waiting for 2 hours to open an account while account clerk go talk to someone else I finally gave up and went to the office he was sitting at talking to another person and ask him what was the problem he said it takes time that I want to open an account did i want to come back later and set up an appointment I said no it should not take one or two hours to open an account if this is how you do business I dont know how they stay in business
