This place is awesome!Marcelo and Phillip are outstanding for investment services. They do a wonderful job and will be there for you in critical times like when the stock market completely crashes! They went above and beyond - helping me set up 2 2019 IRAs, 2 2020 IRA, 2 2019 ESAs, 2 2020 ESAs, 5 retail UTMA investment accounts for my nephews and nieces and an investment account during the coronavirus pandemic stock market crash!Thanks to them, we bought in at the lowest possible point!When the Governor shut everything down except for the politically connected businesses, Phillip and Marcelo did everything they could to keep things moving - completing paperwork over the phone and having me sign through the drive through window, meeting me at the car window, attaining permission to transfer money over the phone from different banks... all sorts of examples like that!The bank tellers are all amazing also. Jessica, Meredith... man, they are all great!OK, this is getting ridiculously long so I will stop, but... again... to reiterate, you will definitely have a wonderful experience at this credit union.
