I saw the police as well, it was a bad situation. Im not sure why a business would let a customer stay if the police had to be called in to deal with them. Bad management is my guess.

Very careful with cleanliness and disinfection. Great hair coloring and cuts.

I took my elderly brother in law in to get a pedicure. Jenna did an awesome job. She is so nice. Took her time, paid a lot of attention to what he wanted and made him feel very comfortable . I would highly recommend her.

I always look great when I leave Creative Touch with Jenna working up top & Chantil on the toes. Amazing little salon just on the outskirts of Olde Town. Parking is plentiful, prices are reasonable and the company is hearty.

Jenna did my hair today! I am so happy with how it looks and feels. My hair is very fragile since I got very sick 2 years ago and the length just broke off. She did a beautiful highlight and cut off all that needed to go. Thanks, Jenna!

I needed my haircut and someone recommended this place to me. I saw Helen and she was awesome! I brought in a couple pictures of what I liked and she did a great job. She was really nice, personable, and funny! I appreciate the work that she did along with this business.

Great place my wife gets her nails done every 2 weeks here and the people that work there are the nicest. They also do hair and other services but weve only done the nails. Definitely check it out if you need your nails done I know my wife says theyre the best.

All the ladies are nice and super professional. Veronica is amazing, she colored & cut my hair just like I wanted. Definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Ive been going to Creative Touch Nails for over 20 years. Holly one of the owners does m nails. She is great! I just love the way she does my nails. I am completely satisfied! I will be back!

I cant say enough great things about the goddess of hair, Yvonne! She is amazing! She used to work at another salon which was kind of crappy but she was so good that I followed her to the new salon and Im so glad that I did. I wont let anyone else touch my hair, ever!! Creative touches a little bit off the beaten path way but its beautiful inside clean and everyone there is very sweet. if you give it a shot I know youll love it too.

Jenna is the best she took my daughter as a Walk in and she did an amazing job. My daughter loved her experience there. It may be our new regular spot. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Google says they are open until 8pm. Showed up at 7pm and they said they were closed and everyone had gone home. Just annoying to have even drove there because they are the only nail salon around the area that closes at 8pm and its not even true. Never got my nails done here so cant speak to that but dont recommend going there if you trying to find somewhere actually open 7-8pm.

4 of the employees do a very good job (so if you can not be with one of them... is not as good) They dont respect the peoples appointments, they make you wait for over an hour, even with appointment.

Great experience! Loved Madison. She made a point to make me feel comfortable.

Ladys are super sweet, and they know what theyre doing. Their prices are very* reasonable. This place is a nail salon and a hair salon in one. They do cuts, coloring, Brazilian shine, highlights, corrective colorings shampooing, bangs, perms, up-dos, and extensinions for hair. For nails they offer full sets, nail repair, buff and Polish, Polish change, toe Polish, shellac and all different types of manicures. They also do waxing! This is a very calm and relaxing place, as a spa should be! 12/10 would recommend. ♡

Unprofessional and disrespectful of clients time. Chantil is chronically 5-10 minutes late for every appt. Today she was late again and instead of taking me after she finally finished with her prior client, she decided to take care of a broken nail and make me wait even longer. Youre just not good enough to continuously put up with your total lack of consideration.

Went to Sami for a mani-pedi today. Great little pedicure room with an awesome massage chair that I loved. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming and Sami did a wonderful job! Highly recommended!
