I have been coming to Svetlana for a few years now, and she is amazing. My hair is finally the color and style I love, all thanks to her. I had a really bad experience at this salon with a lady who had no businesses working there (heard she got fired, probably for being terrible), and I almost never went back until I heard about Svetlana from a friend who saw her. Svetlana is sweet, talented, and always on time. I have never had to wait for her and her conditioning treatments and scalp massages are the best. There is a reason she is a Master Stylist. She is also hilarious and I love talking with her. If you are hesitant to book hair services at Ulta, don’t be. Just make sure you ask for Svetlana.

Destiny and Becca were absolutely amazing. They helped me with every question I had and made sure I could find everything I needed. Definitely coming back!

They called and reschedule my hair appointment. I called and said I was running 10 min or so late and the person told me it was fine. Someone didn’t tell my hairstylist apparently so my stylist, Sletvana, clocked out and wouldn’t do my hair. Super unprofessional and extremely rude to me. It was clear she didn’t want to work today. Don’t go here.

I have been getting my hair done with Svetlana for almost 5 years now and so have my adult daughters. We started seeing Svetlana when she was in the Bel Mar Ulta which is only a ten min drive from our home. Since she has moved locations nearly 3 years ago to the Arvada Ulta my daughters and I will take the extra drive to see her. We are all VERY picky when it comes to who does our hair! From the moment she met us she was kind and professional. She will always find a way to accommodate our schedules. There has been times she has come in on her day off to do my hair. We absolutely adore her and we hope she never leaves and if she does she can count on us to be loyal and follow her where ever she goes.

I ran into the Arvada Ulta for some last minute (literally, Christmas Eve, less than an hour until close!) Christmas shopping for my 17 year old daughter.Typically, my daughter drags me to this store and I dread it SO very much; and I was feeling no different tonight. But, let me tell you...Tonight, I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had in ANY Ulta Store EVER!!Jess, Christopher, and Chris were absolutely FABULOUS and their Customer Service was 100% ON POINT! I came in looking for a make-up brand (Fenty) that is apparently Sephora specific and a Morphe brush set that is most likely an online item, Jess helped me from the second I walked in the door until I checked out and she was AMAZING! With the assistance of the 2 Chris, they helped me find foundation, loose powder, and lip gloss that are similar and comparable to the Morphe shades my daughter wanted.All the employees in this store were super friendly and Jess, Chris, and Chris LITERALLY are my Christmas Savior Super Heroes!!! Thank you so much! 💓😁

Way overpriced and No one that works there knows what theyre talking about literally no one was able to answer a single question I had about a single product. I absolutely will not go there again unless I have to.

Amazing always loved this ulta but it doesnt help that i forget my profile stuff and get a new number every 6 months but thats not there fault the register lady even said happy birthday to me great service had multiple staff ask if we can find everything OK which was helpful if I had a question they would help me out this place is clean organized a little pricey but definitely worth it

The place was very clean and well stocked. The store person helping me was wonderful! I dont remember his name, I am sorry but he answered all my questions with out making me feel stupid. Then he found the makeup in the shade I needed. The concealer I needed for my type of skin. And the best blush and bronzer. I will look great on my daughters wedding day! Thank you

My wife has started shopping at this Ulta because it’s close to our business. She was just delighted how nice and helpful everyone was today when she stopped in. The Lancôme rep was very helpful even tho she was not buying just her products. It’s nice to shop at a place where everyone makes you feel welcome.

I really really like Ulta, but they were out of a lot of things. I take fault on this as I shouldve got these items earlier. The one girl on the floor was fixing her makeup instead of helping customers, while the cashier was working her butt off. But I will be back to shop.

Ive been a loyal customer for decades. The people are nice & helpful to a point. Bit I see a lot of areas that can be organized or restocked or just fixed & employees standing around talking. Also, I continually get frustrated when I cant figure out prices b/c items arent marked with the price AND not in the right area where the tags are on the shelves. If youre not going to put items where they are supposed to be, then mark the prices on the products so you can stop wasting my time! And stop overcrowding product on the shelves. I tried to pick up one item & it toppled over other items that were crammed together on the shelf. Please fix this! Thank you.

I went to this location on Saturday, completely clueless on what I was really looking for. Thankfully, I was directed to Jesse in the Clinique section in the store. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction! I feel so much better on the products Ive been using. Not worth the time or money to shop here. I’ve been a long time Ulta customer but not anymore. I tried to exchange an unused product and since the displays are all taped off (why even have them out?), asked an employee for help to suggest a color match after I was told I can’t compare colors in store. He got an attitude, told me no he wouldn’t help and I had to re-purchase it, take it home & open it and if it was wrong I could bring it back, again. What kind of terrible customer service is this? These employees need better training. I returned it for a refund and will never spend my money or time with this company again.

This store is awful I went in today and they would not let me come in because I had a small backpack. They were very rude and did not if come close to me to tell me to leave. They did not greet us and they talked to us like we were trash. The lady with purple hair and glasses was the one that did all of this. She is not good at her job and should be fired. She treated me and my sister so badly we will never come back to this store because of her. I felt so discriminated and sad. I cried in the parking lot because of what happened. I just wanted to come in and get some shampoo and conditioner. The white lady with purple hair is awful a and all the cashiers in the front. They think they are too good for colored people. Do not come here unless u want to be kicked out. We saw other people in the store with purses bags and backpacks. And we got kicked out. Shame on you ulta. Shame on you lady with purple hair. U should be fired. I would leave this a 0 star. After what happened today. I’m an still shook by it.

With the cronisvirus still ongoing THE STAFF at Ulta was very aware of their responsibilities to their customers which I appreciate. They have always had about every product hair and beauty.

Do not attempt to use the salon! I had a CONFIRMED appointment to get my hair done, waited over a week to get in and arrived for my confirmed appointment only to be told that I would not be seen. I was told the computer made a mistake and that I was booking outside their new hours. And I have a big event in 3 days and Its doubtful that I will be able to get in anywhere. Will not use this location ever again

This location is so much better than the Westminster location on 92nd and Sheridan. The staff is more friendly. They listen to what youre looking and answer any questions you might have. Have Jesse help you! Hes super helpful!

I like the variety of above average products Ukta carries; however they are busy, too busy for me. Im a mature woman and Im fluffy, I think my appearance is a distraction for the staff. Im frequently ignored, I rarely am asked if I need help finding a product and when someone finally decides to take the plunge to ask me if they can help me find something, they point to the general area where I can find it. As far as customer service in the Denver area for Ulta, I give them 1 star. As far as variety of products, I give them 4 stars.

The store is so clean and organized. I can always find what Im looking for. The salon is stellar. Amy and Leah are the best. They drop what their doing to help customers with questions with giant smiles even when customers arent smiling. Theyre knowledgeable about not only the salon/services but many products . I 100% recommend this store and the salon.

The employees and management care more about themselves than customers. Just waited in line for over ten minutes while two workers sat behind a cashier talking about their lunch and did not help the four customers in line. One of the customers in line walked out and the employees seemed to care less. Don’t waste your money here, purchase from your beauty products from the provider.

Customer service followed me around as if I was stealing really rude... They Recommend a lip gloss then had to find it myself when I asked for help to find a shade I liked they said it was out.

The 3 girls were very rude when my friend and I walked in. Went to check out and they just stared at us and I said I’m ready to check out. 2 of em walked off and the girl with half pink hair helped me with attitude. After I paid I was walking out and she was every so friendly to the lady after me. Gonna start going to the one in the orchard where I was treated the the utmost respect.

The black manager should have more discretion about calling the cops on people of color because I called her rude. She started following me and intimidating me from the minute I walked in the door. She stands well over six feet and I bent over to put a product in my basket to stand up to her bent over me. She rudely starts saying saying the Law requires ys to wear a mask. The sign on the door does not then she calls the cops when I called her rude

Come to this Ulta if you want to get followed around by security personnel that looks like Sean from Boy Meets World. The guy coincidentally stopped making his rounds as soon as I paid for my merchandise. I would note that I was carrying nothing but a small bag I brought in from Michaels. Anyway, thanks for hiring people that make your customers feel uncomfortable. I don’t want to think he was following me around because I’m brown, but these days you never know. :-|

I’ve been to this location about 3 times now and every time no one in the store has greeted me. They will say hi or can I help you to the people around me but never ask me. The cashiers are unfriendly too. I usually don’t write reviews but this store and the whole team give off a bad vibe. I won’t be back to shop at this location.

In and out very quickly. A nice man saw I clearly had no idea what I was doing and helped me even though it took him away from his section. He made recommendations and he was very professional. It also helped he was very handsome also. I love ulta beauty

I love this Ulta! I go in there all the time and everyone is so nice and helpful. I went to the salon yeterday and Chantel Martinez was my stylist and she is the best! It was my second time with her and of course I will be back!

This place had a good selection of cologne to choose from. They also have lots of cosmetics, hair care, and skincare products. Although it did take a while to get some help from an employee. There plenty of parking outside and the store is easy to get to. They also have a salon in the store but I dont know much about it.

I have never been to an Ulta with such rude service and unfriendly people. They are fake and need to learn good customer service skills. Customers are always right and to be treated and disrespected today I walked out with nothing I will never return to this store. Has to be the worst customer service and front end they’re just in a rush to get you out and don’t say nothing to you.

I came here after dissatisfaction with my previous colorist. It was a shot in the dark coming here for salon services but I couldn’t be happier. Leah is so sweet and awesome and she works magic! I was able to book online and have my hair done the same day. My super grown out, banded and bleach fried hair looks amazing - she evened it all out with baby lights, toned and gave me the perfect trim. She was considerate of maintaining my length - somehow my hair looks longer even with the cut because she finessed so much damage away.I love shopping here as well, they carry more brands than some smaller Ulta’s around town. Great experience all around.

Just left I was there 10 minutes & no offer of help but i heard them asking every person who entered after me if they needed help. Was prepared to spend some money leaving here to go to Sephora.

Love the new foundation I got here for only $20 bucks! Juvias Place OMG ladys has the most amazing coverage. I used to buy the Urban Decay for $45 but after trying that never will use different. Only need a tiny bit too its amazing! Ulta is the go to place for all your makeup and beauty products

I went there because their website sent me to pick up a specific item. Staff was annoyed by my request to look for the item. They complained about their website, about customers behaviour, etc. I like Ulta but the staff at that location was not professional or friendly. And they did not have the item, a waste of time😞

The staff were always so kind and helpful! The security guard made me really uncomfortable as it felt like he was watching me the entire time. Honestly, its because of this I really dont feel comfortable returning to this location.

This place always has the nicest employees. I dont know a lot about makeup but Jesse was amazing. He knew exactly what would work for my chapped lips and a good foundation color. He was an expert with clinique.

I was so excited that they brought an Ulta close to home, but after one visit... I will drive further or just shop elsewhere.Walking in they had two greeters, neither one said hello. No one offered to help me and after 20 minutes I left the store so frustrated that I refuse to step foot in that location ever again.

I went into this Ulta today for my first time & I really enjoyed the service that Bri (I think that was her name) from mac gave me. She was super friendly & helpful. I had a lot of questions & she would not hesitate to find me any product to help me out. I love that she was ready to help me as soon as I walked in. Her service was perfect! I would rate it a 5 star but Ive only been there once.

This location isnt the best for being a newer location. The staff isnt very friendly, I have never been greeted in this location, and employees are usually just talking and hanging out. There is never anything stocked. The store is usually a mess. This location is closest to my house (across the street) but I prefer to drive to the new one on young field in wheatridge. Much better staff and atmosphere.

I am disappointed that every time I have gone to this location the store is filthy, the glass doors are always dirty, the credit card machines are filthy. I never touch anything without a tissue in my hand. There are many employees standing around that could be cleaning surfaces.Very rarely is there more than 1 working cashier with 2 or more behind the counter on their phone or just standing there, anything but helping customers in line. The employees are always friendly and the location is close, but Im leaning more and more towards on line purchase.

I love Ulta and the staff at this location are great. However this store always seems to be out of stock on Morphe eyeshadow palettes, Kylie lipsticks, and other products that are only physically available at Ulta. I don’t know if it’s because this store is located in a low income area so they don’t get priority shipments or what. Very disappointing to never find what I need.

This store has really gone downhill in the past year. The management is terrible here, I will always hear the purple haired manager Sarah talk badly about customers and even her own employees. Youre better off going to the Ulta in Belmar

I really liked the employees at the solta. I always find what I need there, but I have been to some other stores where the employees arent always very friendly. The ones on 58th and Wadsworth are the best. They were all very helpful and extremely nice to me. I definitely recommend this one.

Brii is a SAVIOR! After having a horrible experience with a makeup artist only weeks before my wedding, I came into Ulta as a last-ditch effort find someone to do my wedding makeup. Brii was super helpful and kind to me, and got me in right away for a trial. She has an amazing knack understanding exactly what you want and the proper way to do it. She also has a wonderful personality and made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease. Plus, as a nice bonus, any products you buy go to the price of the makeup session so I ended up buying a bunch of mac products and basically getting a free makeover! You cant beat that! Im excited to work with free in the future and highly recommends that if youre looking for makeup application for a nice event you go with her.

Worst shopping experience of my life. The last two days I have gone with my husband and the same thing happened both days. They claim to have a high stealing rate and have an over flow of staff and security walking around while you shop. Today we had one employee with purple hair follow us from aisle to aisle and pretend to be reorganizing while she was in fact watching my and my husband every move while we were comparing brands. We walked in there with my clutch and keys in hand no where to hide any objects to steal while the women an aisle infront of me was putting items in her tote bag. My husband and I have never felt so discriminated against because we are not their typical shopper. We will not be doing business again with ulta.

I have a love-hate relationship with Ulta. Love cos they’re less crowded than its counterpart Sephora. Easy to navigate aisle. They seem to be located where there’s a big parking lot.One reason why I hate them. They don’t carry quite a few things I need. Or when they run out of things I bought before it takes them longer to re-stock.Staff wise? Very similar with their counterpart. Some staff are honestly really knowledgeable and then there’s some...🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

I came in here at 7:30pm on a Tuesday, and chatted with one gal, who said she couldnt help me because she was off but thanked me for understanding. The other person who assisted me was fine and helpful, but also seemed like she was bothered that I needed help. Everyone I talked to just seemed really annoyed, and I almost walked out but really needed to buy some cover up.

My daughter and I have a tradition of going in and trying products and bonding. We used to get treated very well by staff and even known by the makeup staff. Went in yesterday was treated terrible by everyone. As a woman of color I was targeted by security and followed around by a manager and security guard. Super racist. I will shop At Belmar or Sephora.... way to ruin our tradition management!!!!! How about investing in cameras to catch thieves like a reputable business. The only good thing we encountered was the clinique rep .... he is always helpful and provides great service. The rest was all negative.
