Its an excellent place. I have been searching for a hair salon since past 2 years who could understand my hair style needs but in vain. Guess what! My search is over as this place has amazing hair stylists and this is going to be my go to place.

Carol Hausman has been cutting my hair on and off for 15 years. Whenever we lost touch I would try to find her because she is the best. No one cuts my hair as good as Carol. If youre a guy and want a great cut she is your person. Shes also very funny and a lot of fun.

Called in to make appointment at 6:15, they didn’t ask for name or any information. Said:”I will get you check in” then she hang up the phone immediately. When I walked in, the front desk said they are fully booked and asked me to return tomorrow. Such a waste of time.

Went from some old blonde in my hair to this! Ashley was amazing she listened to what I wanted, consulted me on my options and made sure she was providing exactly the cut and color I wanted! Will definitely be back!!

Suzette is my girl!! I can’t speak highly enough of her and Serenity at Five Parks. Suzette is the definition of perfection when it comes to coloring. I receive compliments daily as a result of her work! My hair was so unhealthy and damaged when I started seeing her and she’s transformed it to healthy, strong and beautiful!

Ashley does an amazing job on my hair, and is patient and kind with my 4 year old as he gets used to getting his haircut again. Very professional work from the stylist to the support staff. The whole place is clean and well laid out.

Jenna did an amazing job! She was able to give me the cut and color that I wanted. I had been to 3 different stylists to get the red I wanted in my hair, and she was able to give me the tone I wanted. She also did a manicure, two weeks in and it still looks really fresh. She even remained patient as everybody else was leaving (shop was closed), and closing up shop. I will definitely recommend going to Jenna for cuts, color, and nails. Amazing job!

I tried Serenity for the first time today and LOVED my experience. I was in and out pretty quickly, but the quality of my hair cut was amazing. Ashley (hope I spelled that right) did a great job. I really felt like she knew what I wanted and was able to translate that to my hair. The salon was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anybody wanting to try a new salon!

This is a multi-service salon (hair, facials, make-up, nails). The salon is lovely inside, the staff is warm and welcoming. The area is in 5 Parks with nice restaurants so you can make a day of it.

The stylists are always sweet. I have never been unhappy with my cut.

Every time I’ve made an appointment at Serenity it has been rescheduled. Most recently I made an apt about a month out and a week before they called and had to reschedule, luckily was able to reschedule for the same day. Then when I showed up at my appointment time they said my appointment had been canceled. No call or notice.

Never a gamble getting your haircut here.

My family and I have both had bad experiences, everyone is really nice there, but terrible result in your hair. My hair did not turn out whatsoever after I spent 4 hours in a chair. I even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted 4 separate times! Then when I called and asked for a manager to do my hair, she only bleached my hair, and then her assistant, who’s nails were as sharp as talons, did the rest of my hair and made my head bleed! Still wasn’t right and I gave up because if the manager can’t get it right, no one there can! My mother also tones her hair there and has now changed salons because the only lady there that she likes is always booked, and has an assistant do the rest of her hair, not the lady that she booked! And, one time, she sent her home to wash her own hair because she was so busy. They’re mostly nice, but when you go to get your haircut, serenity is not the place

I got a facial done by Madison. The products they use smell so good, everything is clean, you can tell how much they care about clients here. My face feels so nice. I was so relaxed and its just what I needed.

I used to only get a facial maybe once a year until I had a facial from Nicole. It was the best facial I ever had! Nicole is awesome! She has an awesome massage technique and the Eminence products she uses for the facial leaves your face feeling so great when you leave the salon. She is very knowledgeable about the products she uses and let you know what products to use for your skin type! I highly recommend this salon and Nicole if you are interested in a facial!

Katy is the best. I have a whole lot of long, curly hair and I trust no one but her to do a fabulous job every time. The environment at the salon is always so welcoming. I feel like I am at home getting my hair cut, and everyone is so friendly.

I go to this salon for Nicole, she is great! I see her for waxing and facials. Nicole is very friendly and super knowledgable about the skin and products to meet your goals. Her facials are unique in that she explains exactly what she is going to do and also give a great mini massage as a part of it. Nicole has provided me guidance on products but never comes across as trying to sell me something. She has been waxing my unruly brows for a few years now and does a great job.

I’ve had a lot of facials over the years. Never really understood why facials were such a favorite treatment. That is, until I went to Nichole at Serenity Salon. Her facials are absolutely amazing ... from the product that is used to the facial massage (like nothing else I’ve experienced!) to Nichole’s wonderful personality, to just the amazing vibe at Serenity Salon. If you are looking for the best facial you’ve ever had .... Serenity Salon is your destination. Couldn’t recommend it more! I’ve been a customer for over two years and love it there!

I had a microderm facial with Nicole and it was great! She uses high quality products, was easygoing and friendly, and helped me create a skincare routine. My face was noticeably younger and healthier looking when I left and as I continue my skincare routine. Would go back again!

I was referred by a family member and was not disappointed. Serenity is amazing! I had not gotten my hair cut for about a year because my last cut at another salon was such a disaster. At Serenity I was blown away! My stylist was Ashton, and even though I am moving down to Colorado Springs I will be coming up just to go to her. She transformed my hair, it was exactly what I asked for with some of her own creative freedom as well and it came out perfectly. She was very attentive to my wants and needs, and very gentle with the brush/comb, which is good for me with a more sensitive scalp. She really knows what shes doing and how to make a person look good! Thank you so much, I will be returning for my next cut!

After a series of meh cuts from other salons, I decided to “splurge” on a real haircut from a real salon. Kaley was amazing. She actually listened to me, even reading my body language and made sure I was totally happy with my cut before I left. I have had a pixie for months and finally love it thanks to her! My husband even commented that it was the best my hair has looked since cutting it to a pixie. Loved my experience here.

I would definitely recommend this salon to others! It is a very relaxing, beautiful environment. I got my hair cut by Maggie, and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and gave me great tips on how to style my hair!

Bad and good . I really like the wonderful girl I have tending to my hair, she is the best! I do feel like the hair dye used in the salon is not potent for grey hair. I have gone to cover my grey three times and each time I have had to go back a couple days later because the dye did not color my grey hair. Each redo still had the same problem but its not at fault of my wonderful hair lady. She did everything she could to help me out! This might be a product choice problem of the salon in general. Ill still be going to get hair cuts as long as my hair dresser is there but Ill probably go somewhere else for coloring my grey hair. I also still hold my concerns about a specific girl named Alexa l had one time who scammed me out of money. She charged for 3 extra ounces of hair dye when I only had above shoulder length hair at the time and then she did a toner and didnt tell me about it. ( My hair was dark not blonde) so this shouldnt have happened in the first place. So I got charged for the toner as well. I ended up leaving the salon paying almost $300 bucks for a simple all over color ( nothing fancy ,literally just one color) and a trim . If it were not for the girl I found right after her I wouldnt be using this salon. If she ever leaves, Ill take my business with her.

Everyone at this salon has been gracious and kind, during every visit. Stephanie Kincaid never lets me down with service and quality, and every experience is enjoyable. I cannot say enough about how awesome she is, and how great this salon is.

The Salon is spacious and welcoming! Tiffany was so amazing. This is the first time I’ve gotten a cut and didn’t cry after! She gave me advice and my hair looks/feels great. I will definitely keep coming back.

Tina has cut and permed my hair for several years now. She always does an terrific job. I have never had a bad cut and I regularly get comments about what a great haircut I have. I highly recommend Tina, she pays attention to the details!

The one things that I always get compliments on is my hair, and I owe it all to Hayley! She has been doing my hair now for about 3 years and she always knows exactly what I want and is always willing to work with what I want. All of the girls at Serenity are always so nice and attentive it really is such an awesome place!

I moved to Colorado several months ago and was dreading the difficult (to me) process of finding a stylist. I had no need to worry. Serenity has a wonderful reputation so took a chance. Brooke is now my stylist! She does a fabulous job with my cut, color and highlights. Im there to stay!

LOVE this place! My goto cut and color is Chelsea, shes one of the best stylist Ive had here in Colorado and her lashes are quick and good! Kathy is a great stylist also, Im sure you have to be phenomenal to work here in general. Also I have to recommend Maggie: she did my nails, hair, and makeup for a Christmas party and it was perfect! Thank you for the good management that can attract such talented individuals!

Been visiting Nicole for facials for over 4 years now. As a guy, getting a facial I was a little skeptical and thought, maybe a massage would be better, boy was I wrong! Nicole has an amazing touch and incorporates amazing arm, neck, face and scalp massage. I just never want to get up after! Truly a wonderful, personable and special experience. A must try for facial novices and experts!

Decided to try the place, despite being a stylist myself. I wanted a nicer experience than just being at work and getting my hair done. I wasnt sure what would happen or if she would understand what I was aiming for, but Megan did a fantastic job! She added texture and layers onto my hair, enabling me to get the messy lob look. They managed to fit me in at a good time for me, and when I walked in the salon I was greeted nicely and was offered a drink. The salon itself is very nice, the sinks are comfortable and you feel like a new person going in and coming out. 10/10 experience!

Tina has cut my hair for a long time. I have short, thick, wavy hair that is difficult to cut. Tina consistently gives me the best haircuts I have ever enjoyed. Very professional salon. Unlike other salons I have been to, the music isnt too loud and everyone is welcoming and friendly. My stylist, Jen, is great! She is such a perfectionist and always concerned that she is doing my hair just the way I want it. Shes a real pro! So glad I found her.

I love this place! Nicole, the aesthetician is AMAZING. She is the best I have ever gone to; she shapes my brows better than I have ever had. I also regularly get a lip wax (shh..) and a bikini wax from her. She is a great person to chat with and does an amazing job. I also go to Serenity for my hair...not as frequently as my waxing, lol. I have my favorite haircut ever now and Jailene has done it the last two times. I will continue to request her.

Haley was FABULOUS with my girls’ haircuts! She took the time to talk through what they wanted and also treated them with respect like the little humans they are! So many stylists don’t give kids the time of day when cutting their hair. This was not the case at all...she was wonderful!!

My family and I went to serenity salon a few months ago for my sisters wedding. We just got manicures and pedicures. Not only was it a little pricey, but 4 out of 5 of our nails lasted only 2 days (until the night after the wedding). 3 of those 4 were gel nails. For the price we paid in total, we expected a little more. Such as longer lasting nails and better massages with our manicure and pedicure. I will say that the customer service other than that was okay. They were professional, I just wish the end results were better. There also wasnt much of a difference in price between a regular manicure and a gel manicure/pedicure. I neither they quoted us a $6 difference. After our experience, we have all received emails and letters in the mail regarding promotions going on, but none of us 5 will ever return.

I decided to do a last minute manicure on Sunday and called Serenity based on their online rating. The salon lived up to its rating plus more. The office manager, Sara, is very welcoming and Dottie did a great job on my manicure. I cant wait to go back...HIGHLY recommended if you want a quality manicure.

This is a nice salon with a great bunch of people working there! I got a pedicure and it was done well and looked great. On the plus side, they are open late and serve drinks. On the down side, they are pricey. The pedi was double what I usually pay.

Request Kimmy!!! She was super nice and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted! (i.e., actually just trimming it) and she cut my bangs perfectly too. I would recommend her to anyone, none of those backhanded comments that female hairdressers sometimes make... she was just super genuine and nice!Thanks!!

Haley Klug is amazing! Ive had a manicure with her and she did great. My Shellac always lasts for about a week and half but this time they lasted for almost 3 weeks. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

A coworker recommended Serenity Salon after I had a few bad experiences at other salons in Denver, and I’m never looking back. They offer almost any salon service I can think of and their prices are exceptional.Jenna has been my go-to ever since I started coming here and she is absolutely amazing! She has helped me with my journey of going blonde and she truly worked magic on my hair as well as offering great maintenance advice along the way. My hair went from dark box-dye brown with undertones of red from when I was doing colors....to a bright, natural-looking, and HEALTHY blonde. Couldn’t have done it without my balayage Queen! Staff is courteous, helpful, pleasant; salon is organized, clean and mostof all they give total attention to the client when entering the shop andthrough the entire appointment.

I enjoy a monthly pedicure to take my fast growing nails. No more ingrown toenail pain with regular salon visits!!
