Office staff friendly and courteous always. They answer the phone promptly every time I call. Dr. Mamo is very patient and thoughtful knowledgeable and gets all the tests I need to get to the bottom of all my problems. He is very supportive and just an overall great doctor.Me and my husband both are patients of hisI wouldnt trade him for anyone.

We waited for 2 hrs and 20 minutes to be seen. There was no apology or anything they absolutely didnt care. On another occasion I waited 10 minutes on hold for the receptionist to tell me the dr wasnt there and she would leave a note and I should try to call back the next day. Terrible place.

He doesnt listen to you, he lacks compassion and understanding, if you disagree with his diagnosis (that he gives in a matter of seconds without taking history or anything else into consideration) he shuts you down and the appointment is over. Terrible bedside manner, I would rather go to a walk-in clinic in Compton.

Dr Mamo has been my Dr about 15 yrs he used to be a great Dr. These past couple years he has been real unsatisfying in bed side manners. He used to be careing but is really changing.. I have so many diagnoses that he keeps putting aside and I have to keep bringing it up to him about what are the next steps in taking care of me. I cant believe how much he has changed... My appointment today was very unsatisfying and rude he pretty mich got mad and opened the door so I can leave.. After waiting and sitting to see him for over 2 hrs and he spent 5 minutes in the room not really caring what I had to say..

Dr. Many is a wonderful doctor I have been under his care for 7 years he is the best doctor in Apple Valley.

I went to him thinking he would be passionate about my complications, instead he was very rude not caring at all, I have allot of issues do to a illness he asked me why do I have these isuesi ? And he said to me i should not have them ! I said your the doctor you tell me! We started to argue I felt he just didnt want to deal with me! Hard to find a doctor who listens!😒

Doctor Mamo is bias and treats you by what kind of medical insurance you have use to go to him to get medication when I had blue cross, but when switched to iehp it became a problem, instead of prescribing me my meds he wrote something else for me without letting me know had to find out that he wrote something else by the pharmacist even when he got my records from my old doctor thats states what I took he still wouldnt write it he should of just said I cant write it instead of trying to be sneaky and write something else without letting me know 150 dollars is not worth seeing Mamo tired of these doctors charging these crazy prices to be seen and cant help you
