This is the worst so called professional office Ive ever had the displeasure of being apart of. They literally hang up on patients as much as they can. Im not sure if its just the horrible staff and the doctor but they avoid having to deal with their patients as much as humanly possible

Dr. Radlauer is everything I want in a doctor. Hes professional, thorough and explains my issues in a way that I can understand. His personality is warm, sensitive and comforting. I feel I am in excellent hands. His staff is efficient and personable.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the Dr. Because of his incompetent staff I have not been able to see him on two separate occasions. The first occasion was taking my 94 year old mother to see him made an appointment weeks in advance and when we got there the staff informed us that she wasnt in their group. I understand how Insurance works but why couldnt they tell us that at the beginning. Two weeks later my mother suffered congestive heart failure and passed away a month later. Not blaming the doctor a year later I made an appointment for myself one month in advance. When I got to the office to see the doctor they informed me it was a phone consultation. Their staff never told me it was a phone consultation when I made the appointment 1 month in advance. If you read this Doctor Radlauer you need to make some serious changes in your office staff. They are not rude or unpleasant but unfortunately they are inept.

Ive been under his care for a year now and find him to be the best doctor I have found since I moved to the high desert 8-years ago. He is very attentive to your input, orders the right tests to get to the root of the problem, and tells you exactly what is going on. Hes dependable and goes over all your records and tests so you understand what is going on.I have never had a problem with his staff and I have never had a problem with my appointments. I do have trouble at times getting through to his office by phone unless I call early in the morning. His staff is courteous, know what they are doing and are super busy, but never have gotten rude with me. I recommend this doctor highly.

Excellent family Doctor I had him for years and while I was taking care of two time boxing CHAMP Bobbythe Schoolboy CHACON I brought him to the doctor as well , AWESOME

1st impression was that I liked this Dr is the one you see. I’ve had some bad previous experiences with incompetent PA’s so this was a very nice surprise! Great staff.On that note, as others stated he does always say he wants his own proof. Won’t give you a referral to say, a foot dr you’ve already been seeing within the last month from a previous dr cuz again, he doesn’t have that info.You tell him you just had an exam last month and he says “well I didn’t order it” so he orders for you to have it again, even though you tell him exactly where and when it was done & it was negative.Bad bedside manor. Sorry to say he’s not real pleasant towards you all the time.I did hear him recording my visit in the other room (EXACTLY like another person stated in a review) that’s not right. He should at least close the door and not be so loud so everyone there could hear all about it. I know I heard him record other people’s visit.He doesn’t always listen to you or maybe he does but won’t do what you say.Another review mentioned an OBGYN referral... TRUE. He won’t do it! He has to do it. Won’t give you the referral.I’m really mixed on staying with him. He will argue with you and thinks you are lying. I don’t know how to feel about this experience except for maybe drained.

Although Dr. Radlauer is a very thorough dr and does make sure you have all your blood work and tests done. My problem is getting a refill on a medication that I need. My pharmacist has faxed him a refill request on my medication 4 times. Dr Radlauer still hasn’t authorized my refill request and it has been 4 days and no response to my refill inquiry. I am quite unhappy about it since he hasn’t bothered to fax the refill request back to my Pharmacist yet.

Dr. Radlauer is an excellent Dr. I bring my adult son to him. If he doesnt know something he finds out. As soon as he got his new staff things got lost. Necessary referrals were over looked. Notifying us of cancelled appointments were never done. They are unprofessional and when I informed the Dr of the treatment we were given they would start arguing in front of the Dr and everyone. They are rude. I pray he gets a good staff because its the staff that makes the doctor. Respect and efficiency is important.

He is straight to the point, staff is great Ive had no problems so far so good

This doctor wont even so much as stand up out of his chair after you tell him that you got sick in the waiting room while you were waiting 2 hours for him to come in; I told him I have extreme pain in my back, I told him that I am so sleep deprived that I am wobbly trying to stand up. He said that he cant give me anymore sleep medication, he said that my back was an old injury and he said that I am no longer nauseated and he sent me down the road in that condition without taking any (0), none, no action whatsoever. This doctor is less than zero. My Psychiatrist told me this doctor treats his parents and that he is useless. He took advantage of me because he knew that I was in such bad condition that I was to weak to argue for my rights. This doctor is an uncaring explicit!!!!

Nice doctors office and everyone seems to be pretty nice but the wait is ridiculous and the lady at the front desk is one of the most rude people ever. She needs to not work in customer service because she obviously dosnt like working with people. She was yelling at people on the phone and if you need to ask her a question she makes you feel like you just asked her to loan you one million

Switching over to a new Dr as soon as my test and all results are done. Answers personal calls during one on one with patients. Doesnt take your concerns seriously. Even if you have a family history of something he will not check you for it, because he needs proof of thier illness. He doesnt trust what his patients say or how they feel. Doesnt allow you to get second opinions if you dont feel comfortable with the referral he gave you. Rude on countless occasions. I walk out feeling as if my concerns are not taken seriously, makes me feel dumb, like trash, and as if Im wrong about how I feel. Takes months to get into his office. Wont give over the phone referrals even if its something as simple as seeing a real obgyn. Told him the ER and even urgent care asked for him to request a referral as soon as possible. Instead he says He needs his own proof not theirs. He lost my results for my well woman exam on one occasion. His staff is amazing and they are what keep the office going. My loved ones who witnessed this have been upset with this treatment towards me. And want to report this behavior but I rather switch to an actual good physician. Still a patient and this review may harm the way he treats me until I change drs. But this needs to be known that this is unacceptable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radlauers for several years. All of his staff was very friendly to me. And I have never waited more then 20 minutes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radlauer since he worked with another doctor MANY years ago. When he went on his own I stayed with him.His old staff left him. His new staff is rude and have treated patients like we are an inconvenience. Also while going to you, I feel rushed. on more than 2 occasions I have asked you questions and was told to hurry up that you dont have time.Dr. Radlauer told me on 2 occasions that he know nothing about what goes on up front. One girl that answers phone is insulting and rude.I was prescribed medications that conflicted with each other making things worse. Then your staffed called in the wrong medication to the pharmacy. This has happened 3 times. When I told you about this, you argued this with me.I was just diagnosed with Cancer. I asked Dr. Radlauer for a referral so I could go to Loma Linda. He refused and told me that the doctor in his group is good enough. I never got the referral. I have never heard of ANYBODY wanting to come to high desert for cancer treatments.Dr. Radlauer. You better get a grip on your practice. Or hire some body that can.Just today I got a new doctor in the same medical group. His staff never rushed me and answered all my questions.

Dr.Herald M Radlauer could care less about his patients his staff is so RUDE!!!I called in My prescription & they said he was on vacation & would not be back for more then two weeks so as I explained my situation to the staff they told me that I was not there concern and for me to go to urgent care so I went to urgent care & they told me to go back to my primary Dr. So I went back the Dr.Radlauer & told them what urgent care said & Dr.Radlauer staff told me very rudely that theres nothing they could do until Dr.Radlauer comes back from vacation well this is not the first time that he had done this to me so it is very obviously that he & his staff could CARE LESS ABOUT HIS PATIENTS WE THE PEOPLE DO NOT NEED DOCTORS LIKE DR. Radlauer who could care less about there patients.He has more unsatisfied patients then satisfied patients SO WHAT DOSE THAT TELL YOU ?SO NOW IM A VERY HAPPY PATIENT WITH MY NEW DOCTOR.

I recently heard a radio commercial saying how Dr. Gerald Radlauer cares for his patients well being. I had to laugh! This is my shorten letter that I gave to him & he still didnt care.Things have changed drastically, I noticed this when all of your staff left you. I never said anything because your practice was obviously going through changes & I was willing to be understanding of your transition & hoped things would work out once the new girls got up to speed. So when I got a call that I need to redo my Pap smear test because one of your girls forgot to write my name on the vile I was more then understanding. People are not perfect and mistakes happen.However, I had a problem when you were out on vacation. I had severe depression & anxiety to the point I couldn’t attend work and would have constant attacks. I have dealt with depression & anxiety before but nothing like this. This was on a whole new level for me and I was truly scared. Since you were away I went to urgent care because I couldn’t conduct my day normally; I felt like I was drowning, but they simply told me to see my primary care doctor. So I sat in agony for you to come back, & knowing you would help me get through this, so I waited.The Monday you came back from vacation I knew you would be busy but I called your office in hope that you had a cancelation and I could be put on a list to see you. I was not prepared for how your new office girl treated me. When she finally came on the line I asked her if there were any appt.for the day and she said that you were full for months, so I asked if she could call me if there were any cancelations. She said okay and just hung up on me. She never asked for my name or my phone number. How would she call me back if she didn’t have this information?I was so appalled & hurt that I then got in my car and came down to your office. I have never in my life needed to be seen by a doctor more than I needed you then. I never knew depression could get that bad. So I was desperate to see you, but when I arrived at your office & spoke with you, you said that i should to go to the ER. I already went to urgent care & they told me to see you & then you proceeded to tell me to go to the ER, which would say the same thing urgent care did. I tried to explain this to you, but you wouldn’t listen.In 10 years, I have never come to your office & made a scene, not once. I am a shy & quiet person & I begged for help. You turned me away. If I was having a heart attack or seizer on your floor you wouldn’t have turned me away. This speaks volumes on your take of mental illness. I felt so hopeless and didn’t know what to do.After 2, weeks of suffering a friend referred me to a crisis center. I finally got the much needed help I desired there. The staff treated me with kindness and the common decency a person should be treated with.I had an appt on the 14th to redo my pap smear with you but I canceled it. I was going to tell you all this to your face but I didn’t want to repay the $50.00 co-pay. I just think it’s sad that I was so patient when you were going through all your changes with your life and practice; I understood. You didn’t understand or care about me when I needed you in my time of need.

I love this doctor and staff! He is always on top of my health.

I come here very often with my husband. I needed to use the restroom during our appointment and they kept telling me it was in use but it was not. I don’t why they give us a hard time no matter what. They all lazy and they never follow up with us........

A good primary care physician

RUN DONT WALK AND FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!The office staff are either to busy or just not empathic to any of your concernsI was diagnosed with a cancer had to wait nearly a month for my specialty Dr for removal and the morning of my appointment was called to be told, your Dr never sent the proper authorizationAfter hours of calls it was finally completed, not one Im sorryNOTHING! as I said, Avoid this place at all cost!

This is the worst doctor I’ve ever had very unprofessional . Discussing all of my business which is supposed to be private all in the lobby in front of everyone and he was sitting in his room across from mine with the door open recording all my information loud to where I could hear and I was in a different room and when I asked to have a breast exam because cancer runs in my family he said I’m too young to worry about that and completely dismissed me . Never will I go back here again.
