I’ve had Dr. B for about 10 yrs now! He’s a great doctor. Quick and knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens to my concerns and ASKS me what I’d like him to do to help. I’m proactive in my health care and he encourages that. The only problems I’ve had have been with some of the staff but that was a couple years ago. But I don’t hesitate to let him know or the staff in a kind way. His current staff is friendly for the most part. I highly recommend Dr. B as a rheumatologist and GP.

Dr. Ahluwalia is a great listener. He hears w at your saying and will discuss options for your care. He is the best doctor I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend you try him.

I love all the lovely staff members and Dr Bikramjit S Ahluwalia is a true gentleman indeed. Its obvious this is a great place to work because the beautiful staff looks happy. No wonder theyve been there about 10 years!

Dr. B was the one who got me tested and found osteoarthritis on my back and hip. Hes an awesome Dr. The staff is Awesome too.

I can’t even get through to schedule an appointment. I’ve been calling for a week now and leaving messages and NOTHING. I think I will have to find another dr. This is such horrible service!

They never answer the phone and they never return calls. I have left numerous messages to get a refill of blood presume medication called in to the pharmacy but they do not return calls. They also do not respond to the request from the pharmacy for a refill. Im starting to worry about my blood pressure. The doctor seems to be a good doctor, but they are either too busy to care or they just dont know how to run their office. I will be looking for a new doctor.

WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF EVER!!!! I had an appointment at 9:45 am and he didn’t call me until 12pm. My phone didn’t ring and the only reason I know he called was because I received a voicemail. I called his office back and his staff kept saying he will call you back after this patient. They also advised me that they think they were having issues with their phone because I wasn’t the only patient that stated they only received a voicemail with no missed call. At about 4pm I called to follow up again my appointment was at 9:45am and the staff said we have to reschedule, when I asked why they didn’t tell me this the first time they said I’m not sure you should ask the doctor. I said I had been in and out of the hospital all week and had to wait a month for my appointment they said there’s nothing they can do. I was obviously upset and asked if they treated every patient this way she said “ do you want your appointment or not? “ I said am I going to have to wait for another month for this appointment she said” did I say that? You’re assuming! I can make you wait a month if you’d like!” She also said she had worked there for 10 years and was used to upset patients yelling at her. I said “well if you guys kept appointments and treated people right maybe they wouldn’t yell.” I also said I didn’t want a doctor that didn’t care about his patients and then she said “whatever just ask your provider to give you a referral to a different doctor” I said F&@$ you and hung up. I’ve never been to such an unprofessional doctors office. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

If there was a minus 5 stars I would put it. The lousy customer service, the manager Irene is rude, arrogant and arrogant these people should not be in front of a desk serving the customer ... they get angry with these people ,,, they do not know how one goes physically, morally and everything What happens so that they treat you like nothing, apart from being paid they are still rude ... how bad it is time for these people to leave the offices and give the opportunity to those who value their work and people

Dr. Ahluwalia is a nice man and his nurse practitioner is kind as well. That is the last good thing you can say about this office. They change their policies about when there open, how you can stop by (even if you can’t get through on the phone), and what time your allowed to go to their office to pick up anything. Getting through on the phone is almost impossible. Add to this the RUDE office staff and it’s just not worth it. I’ve gone here for 10years and I just started looking for a new Dr.

Will have you on hold for a long time on the phone and they are rude. Wasnt able to make an appointment over it about to switch doctors.

The Doctor is GREAT, however the staff is beyond garbage. You cant even get them to do ANYTHING. Its truly a joke.

Worst dr ever his staff is incompetent!!! ive been trying to get my infusion but they cant follow up with the pharmacy or the lab!!! Its been weeks and they are horrible with answering calls! Cant wait to switch drs! Update: its been another month and they keep giving me the run around!!! I have not gotten my infusion !!! Definitely avoid this dr!!!!!!

My wife has been seeing this doctor for several years and Everytime she needs to have her prescriptions refilled the office says ok we LL take care of it and just like always 2 months has passed and they still have not sent the renewal to the pharmacy.She likes the doctor but the staff and who is in charge really needs to do their job.Everytime we have to wait and take time to call and leave voice mails its always a fight to get her medications refilled that she has been on for several years.I just dont get it.Insurance has not changed, pharmacy has not changed everything is supposed to be home delivered.Its ridiculous.

Does not answer phone. Requested equipment for assisted living over a week ago (walker, bed pan etc..). I found out today they havent even submitted it yet.

I moved here 3 years ago from San Jose and thats the best primary doctor I ever have so hes a great doctor and theyre nurse practitioner Lori shes a great doctor too and I see her most of the time and our recommend this doctor to anyone I know and friends family everybody should know this doctor. And I do not have to wait long to get seen and I do early mornings I love the early mornings.

This place is the worst. I went two weeks ago. I have been waiting ever since for the doctor to follow up with insurance for my meds. I have called numerous times and so has the pharmacy. Today the MA in charge hung up on me. I’m filing a complaint with the medical board tomorrow and praying I can be referred to a new Rhuematologist. Avoid this place. They are too busy to care.

If you care about your medication treatment being on time every month do not go here!! My dr started me on a new treatment 2 shots a week for 5 weeks then one after that eack month ,then nothing. After several calls to the office and talking to the rude ( amelia) or leaving messages about not having medication I still have not recieved a call back. I had an appointment with dr awalia at 9:15 this morning and still nothing at 10:23. So be aware that this dr and the very rude staff will make you unhappy and stressed. Safe to say this is the last day with this unprofessional group I will have.i will go to a new dr who is more professional and cares for there patients.

If you have nothing better to do this is the place for you you can watch TV read a book whatever you like except be seen. ( unless you come late ) you can go right in, most of the time you get put at the back of line not this place. Over booked is an understatement, 2 and a 1/2 hours to wait for doctor to get to you is unacceptable. The staff does more planning of of their lunch at(11) and talking to friends .

Terrible service, you cant trust your appointments to be honored. Rude and unfriendly team and staff. and the manager Irene a level and screaming, does not respect the patients. The doctor left much to be desired 😩

My appointment was at 4 on Main Street in Hesperia took me an hour and 45 minutes just to see the doctor he didnt do nothing for me really and there was two other people that had the appointment at 4 to he is triple booking his appointments that is not right Im sorry that just shows he dont have much caring for his patients

Dr. was great! Spent time with me, answered all my questions and was easy to understand. Wait time less than 1 hour.

Waited for 2 months to get a appointment, my test reveals I do have RA and yet he gave me 5 minutes of his time did not hear anything about me just ordered more test and xrays said to come back in 3 weeks and walked out ! Not to mention the waiting time was 1 hour In waiting room and I told the nurse my pain level was at a 8 .. and then had me wait another 30min to get the paperwork for X-ray and blood work did not leave there until 5! My appointment was at 2:45 , Horrible experience.. and very upset that I have to wait yet another 3 weeks to get a treatment plan . Not Happy with him at all!

Dr. A is absolutely wonderful, and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. He is overbooked, however, and plan on being there for about two hours. The staff there are friendly, but they dont seem to be very knowledgeable about anything pertaining to medical. Or maybe they are afraid of a lawsuit or something

Very satisfied with my care, got a next day appointment for an urgent problem, the nurse practitioner was very thorough about my healthcare and addressed all of my concerns.

Staff is always awful and rude. They hang up on u multiple times. And they refuse to do anything that doesnt involve sitting there on a phone all day. Ive always like the actual Dr. But I wish he would hire better staff that were more professional. And less teenage drama princesses.

I have been going to Dr A for over 5 years, even before this new office. He has helped me and I really appreciate him as a Doctor and a Professional, but his staff on the otherhand are complete non professionals who never have a smile, kind word or the needed grace to deal with patients. I mean ALL of them. Im at the end of my rope with this place and will never return. All the best to you Dr Ahluwalia.

I have seen my share of doctors, so I know when I find a gem. It’s usually that you find a good doctor and the staff is bad or vice versa. Dr. Ahluwalia and his staff are top notch. I showed up for my appt at the wrong location, and they called the other office for me to let them know what happened. Then there was an issue with my referral, and Gricelda went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out so I could still be seen that day. The nurses are very friendly, and their and the Dr.’s genuine care for their patients shines through. His approach is that we are working together to improve my symptoms and auto-immune disease, and I appreciate that approach. I have had doctors in the past rush, and bark what they think at me, dismissing my concerns. You won’t find that here. I don’t recommend doctors often, but in this case, he and his staff would get 10 stars if I could give that!

Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. I decided to not make the first appointment due to the poor care that I received from the staff at this office. The staff was rude on the phone and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. A lady that would not give me her name would ask me if it is ok to put me on hold but she did not wait for my response and put me on hold automatically instead of helping me. I tried to tell them how I felt and I was told they didnt care. This is the worst I have ever had in customer service.

When I make my appointments I make them on my day off from work. And I plan nothing else that day. Take me something to read or just watch tv. I think Dr A is worst waiting for and just wait patiently for my turn. I travel from Barstow. And staff is great

First visit with Dr. Ahluwalia today. After reading reviews here I was a little concerned about wait times and the staff. Everything went as smooth as could be, doctor and the staff were great!

Dr. Ahluwalia is very professional, caring, knowledgeable & always listens closely to my concerns, and helps maintain my overall health while continuing to manage my pain and other ongoing health issues. I truly believe he is the best doctor Ive ever had throughout my life... He helped confirm, and diagnose that I have Fibromyalgia which isnt always as easy task & I am grateful after years of searching I finally found a doctor I can fully trust.

This guy is a joke. His staff is rude and completely ignorant. Then when you complain about how his nurses forgot to send in forms and then the forms expire and you have to do the process all over again he blames you and he takes it personal. He is the most unprofessional doctor and not even worthy of an office in a third world country! I dont have the time to go into anymore detail but I will be complaining to the medical board about this clown and I suggest you stay far away from this completely useless idiot!

All I can say is I waited over three hours for my appointment and all this Dr did was squeeze my pointer finger and tell me nothing was wrong with me- never even looked at the stack of bloodwork my Hematologist sent over with me- he’s a complete joke!! Don’t waste your time here!! He’s only busy because he was the only Rheumatologist up here at one time!! Do yourself a a favor and go see Dr.Kanani at Carewell - now he is an excellent Dr with zero wait times!!

Takes forever to get medicine. the prescription takes a week to get to pharmacy. office just keep saying that I have to wait. didnt I just see the doctor and he made the decision what medicine to use.

Quack. Quack. Quack !!! This guy has no respect for his patiants ! Waited 2hrs. And he couldve cared less. Cant do anything for you except to prescribe drugs! He overbooks everyday and pisses everybody off! In for the money, greedy bastard. Beware. Beware. Take my advice, this guy sucks! And his staff are so up tight because everbody is complaining!

Dr. Ahluwalia is very knowledgeable/very personable, has a beautiful office, great staff...but the waiting time is a huge pile of ridiculous!! They schedule patients 5 minutes apart but of course the doctor always takes more than 5 minutes with each patient so if you have a 10:00am appt you may be seen by noon, if youre lucky!!! Pack a lunch and perhaps a tent...

Dr. Is great but a little over booked so you have to wait way over your schedule appointment time. Staff is nice and office nice and clean.

The Best doctor I ever had,very thoughtful, he listened to my problems even if they have nothing to do w my visit, he all ways remembers me ,and the staff is also know me and even remember my weight change lol,and doctor been treated me for long time ,since I been his patient Im going from walking 1 block to walking now for 45 minutes and my rheumatoid arthritis is dg real good thank you and God Bless.

I have to say Dr Ahluwalia is an amazing doctor and in my 46 years dealing with doctors hes by far top shelf. Dr Ahluwalia takes his time and listen, he is very professional and makes you feel like he cares. I have to say the staff of ladys get a -1 star. They make you feel like its such a major Hassel for them to do there job. They give you such attitude. I spent 24 min and 32 sec on hold to ask them to fill a perscription I called in the day before in the morning, only to have them give me major attitude and hang up .They all act like there just pushing a pay check. They need to go back to school and learn professionalism and a way better bed side manner.

Wait time is ridiculous even when you have an appointment. Dr. Bikramjit wont prescribe medication that you request to try for pain. I will never go back. Trevinder Ahluwalia though on the other hand is a good dr and is very professional and kind.

3 hour wait time waited for 2 hours in pain, I just had my last follow up I will another Dr. In the beginning he would give a check up now he walks in and acts stupid smh I have severe nuerothopy both feet never checks them tells me the pain will never go away that is fo unprofesional I cant walk rite cause of the painFiling another grievence I fell down 4 X he wont give a authorization for a bath chair.If I fall again Im taking him to court for malpractice my handicap needs for equipment.All I can say is that I filed the grievence he knows I did so I get the end of the stick

Get a new receptionist, as RUDE ROCIO seems to be too incompetent to do her job to get anything done right, and then have to deal with her nastiness to get problems corrected ...If you dont like people, and are not there to help, you should find somewhere else to take your unacceptable attitude.

Waited to be seen for 3 hours , regarding a serious health concern. And my last appointment I was supposed to be expecting a urologist referral and never received anything. I don’t think he actually cares about any of his patients.

He was my brothers doctor 7 years ago and he did an exceptional until the Lord took my brother home and now the gentleman I take care I take there all the way from Ridgecrest us the staff seem rude but they arent sometimes when we get in a hurry we only think about ourselves I personally like the staff

Dr. Ahluwalia is great! He takes time with his patients and shows a genuine concern. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would give him five stars; however his staff is not so great ive had a few unpleasant experiences with them! For example today I called in for a prescription refill it was 4:54 pm 6 mins before closing. The call was connected someone picked up the phone ( I can hear the background noise) and the call was disconnected I immediately called back and was connected to his after hours phone service. The lady explained to me that they had just switched the over. Another incident I had was when I had an appointment ( that I waited over two months for) I even called the day before my appointment to confirm and it was still scheduled. I waited for over an hour for them to open up just to be told that the doctor was out for the day and to have the lady behind the desk argue with me telling me that they called and told me that my appointment was canceled ( which that never happened) and she could not explain to me why when I called the day before to confirm my appointment I was told I was still scheduled for that particular day and time.
