Christen took my all my information seemed helpful, and knew about my deadline. And said she would get back to me. They left me hanging at least the could of told me if they could insure or not. So they wasted my time. When I could been looking somewhere else. Dissatisfied customer

They must not want business, I called them on a Tuesday Morning and spent 30 min on the phone with the Person going over all the details of my 3 cars and home looking to get a Quote on new Insurance. Followed up the next day and was told a Email or Phone call will be sent, No Reply. The next day I call same thing. So today is Friday and I was told they would call me back and go over my Quote and NOPE no Phone Call or Email. Now Im looking over the other reviews and see others have been treat just as bad. Its not easy to go over all the information they require to quote you but if you cant do it say so and dont waist our time.

Im new to the area and I must say Nicole Delgado has been my side angel helping me with my house and vehicle insurance. Even making changes to my policy... she is FAST. I feel like a valued client because she responds to me instantly. Great work to Nicole and her team!!!

About 6 months or so ago I went in to get insurance for the first time with my Dad and brother. Amber Molina helped us a lot and the process went pretty quick despite her having to juggle three different customers and our multiple car insurances and home insurance being done all at once. I absolutely LOVE Massey Insurance! Im about to renew both my policies with them for a third time. Their agents are AWESOME and really take the time to make sure that youre taken care of, comfortable and give you a clear understanding of exactly what youre getting with your policy. Even going as far as making sure to give you discounts that can apply, saving you money. Who doesnt love that, right?! Especially Amber. She rocks! Never met a more polite, and professional insurance agent. I like the fact that they care enough about their clients that they send them courtesy cards for Christmas, Birthdays, etc. Plus, they give you the chance to enter into some pretty awesome giveaways. Overall had a bad service provided by a specific agent under the name of Dea Gabby. Was not cooperating when processing a request and started giving attitude when requested to speak to manager. Agent was providing inaccurate information spoke to mercury directly and settled the situation myself. Before hanging up the call I requested to speak to their manager and agent refused. It would be appreciated if when handling and discussing information with a paying customer the agents are not rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible insurance company. Is not up front and honest with you about anything. Tries to send you bills and collect money from you with absolutely no explanation of what they are from. The owner gets extremely rude with customers when they have a valid concern and are just trying to resolve an issue. Not willing to take any actions to try and help the customer out.
