I gave 3 stars because Joe eventually took care of my insurance issue after a month, but only because my fiancé had to call from a different number. He’s a very busy man, apparently. I had to call and make my own payment, which was fine, but I did not have access to my new policy number. My fiancé tried on multiple occasions to get a hold of Joe, but I think now that he recognized her number, he’s no longer answering??? Either you give your clients 💯 or maybe this is not the profession for you.
