Scheduled a Covid test. No signs of where to go for the test, as the drive up window said “closed”. So we had to go inside and ask. Apparently you can use the drive up window? Drove to the window waited 5 minutes, with no response. We pushed the call button a couple times. The woman working 10/4/21 @ 10:30, FINALLY answered and snapped at us. Saying “she was the the only person there and she’s helping someone else, so you guys need to hold on.” How should we know that? Very rude, unprofessional and really abrupt. The man that came to the window to help us was very nice and helpful.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. This is my first trip in a couple of weeks, wondering if theres a transition going on. It was cleaner and more organized than it has been in a while.

I live close to this location now and I have to say that the store looks much cleaner and organized than my prior visits. I will be shopping here again, the staff is very friendly!

This rite aid pharmacy is horrible. They will leave you on hold and still never be able to answer questions and have you mixed up and waiting forever. I literally just got ahold of them and still they were so rude. The Walgreens across the street has actual qualified humans .. save yourself and skip rite aid pharmacy off navajo and hwy18. I have never wrote a review but felt compelled to let everyone know.

Worst pharmacy in the high desert! The pharmacists and the assistants are useless and incompetent. I recommended going across the street to Walgreens the staff is much nicer and knowledgeable..

I totally agree with the woman who commented that about the pharmacy learning customer service. The rest of the employees were very helpful and had a really good attitude. I found that the pharmacy workers had almost disdain towards their customers.When people are going to see a pharmacist they usually are in need of a little bit of kindness and help, especially now. If you dont like your job, its time to find a new one.

I can never get through to the Pharmacy. One of my pain prescriptions is sent electronically ahead of the 30 days and is never filled in a timely manner. Each month I have to call them to remind them to fill it.

Employees are always horrible. Always try to make it a quick “in and out” trip and it always turns into 10 minutes of waiting in line at the checkout. Won’t be returning to this location.

I completely agree with Jessica, this pharmacy has employees that are so rude and dont even know the meaning of customer service. With all the bad reviews I have read about the employees,i am surprised the corporate office doesnt seem to care either.I even tried to call the 800 number they asked Jessica to call and I was on hold for 10 mins,so I figured whats the point and hung up

My doctor called in a prescription for a skin cream but the pharmacy only had ointment available instead so they faxed the doctor so he could authorize the change of the prescription. My doctor didn’t respond right away. I called the pharmacy the next day to see if the doctor changed the prescription and I was told everything is ok but insurance can’t pay until two weeks later which I was fine with because I had enough medicine to last until then. Two weeks later I call to see if the prescription was ready for pick up and they tell me the doctor never changed the prescription so the lady I talked to last time never looked to make sure it was changed. So I ask if they can attempt to fax the doctor again and she tells me that since it’s been two weeks I have to follow up with the doctor myself. I told her I was having a hard time getting a hold of the doctor. I later find out the phones at the office we’re down. She refused to help. She was short and cold with me on the phone. I was so frustrated. I decided to call the pharmacy on bear valley and they picked up the prescription for me and reached out to my doctor for me instead. The pharmacy on bear valley was so much helpful. I don’t know what is wrong with the staff here but it’s awful the way they treat their customers.

Easy transferring prescriptions, the wait time is minimal, the prices are easy on the wallet. Ive been a loyal customer since the late 80s and its hard to beat their prices on everyday or seasonal stuff.Nice employees and the pharmacists actually help you instead numbering you for their time. Everything you could possibly want youd most likely find it at a Rite-Aid.Thanks you for being there when we need you.

Great place and prices!

Staff were very helpful in finding a medication - didnt seem bothered at all. Parking is a little tight but not impossible. Prices very reasonable. A lot closer to us than Target for cold medicine and other smaller items.

Stay away from this place. Their totally rude, they overcharge way to much in their prices and their pharmacy staff are impolite, rude and sarcastic. Not to mention that they ARE NOT BIKE FRIENDLY!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service in the pharmacy!! Im a pharmacy tech myself. refused to fill my sons antibiotics simply because theyre too lazy to look up my 4 year olds information to update his insurance in their system!! But walmart took care of it in 20 min!! You guys are a complete joke! I will make sure everyone I know will never go to any rite aid again!!

Every time I go to pick up Western Union money the older lady yells out Are you picking up or sending? If I say picking up, she yells How much?..cmon....One time I went to pick up $150 and she said they didnt have enough Western Union money

Was told an hour for script pickup and of course not ready... 1.5hrs later. Im still waiting. This pharmacy is garbage. Hit up cvs or a different rite aid.Id give em -5 stars if I could. Staff is dumb deaf and blind when it comes to medication and time/date.

Thierry pharmacy was excellent. Very helpful, had bad experience with Walgreens pharmacy with his insurance and they gave me his prescription and billed the insurance. My grandson who was very sick and just returned from the hospital with him was only a year old. Thank you rite aid for making it better, I was stressed out since I couldnt get the medicine for him.

Had to give it at least one star just to make the review. Would have given none if possible. So I dropped off my prescription about two weeks ago. The pharmacist said to come back in a hour. I didnt necessarily need the prescription that day so I came back the next day. When I come back to pick it up they say that they never even received a prescription from me. So I go back to my doc and get another one then I take it back there and they say the same thing come back in an hour so I come back the next day once again then they ask me what am I going to do with my medicine as if Im stupid and dont know why I went to the doctors. So I sarcastically said Im going to snort it because the doc told me to. Then they told me I had to wait ten more mins just to get a prescription that I turned in the day prior to this incident. Im just tired of the run around with this place they should close them down and put a Savons there.

This review exclusively concerns the pharmacy department at this location: The people at the pharmacy still get the job done, but they are no where near as accommodating or as friendly as the pharmacists at the Walgreens that is located right across the street.The people at the Walgreens across the street (especially the ladies) are very friendly and nice and are quick to at least notify any drive-thru customers that a short wait will be needed. In contrast, the people at Rite Aid act more disinterested to a certain degree of drive thru customers and Ive waited far longer in the drive thru at Rite Aid before being acknowledged than at Walgreens.

Came at 9:55 for some ice and they close the doors in our face and they said sorry we are close. 1 star is alot for there bad customer service

God help you if youre in need of medication and this is the pharmacy you go to. Put my daughters Narco prescription in at 8:30 am, wait until 4:30 pm only to be told theyre out and they wont refill their stock for a week. Meanwhile, my daughters in agony and no, they wont call the doctor for a substitute. One star because its the lowest I can give.

Just for the pharmacy part this is the 3rd time tell you an hour and not done. Then they tell my wife it will be another hour in a half so when she goes to have the transfer to the other Rite Aid all the sudden it was done. Had two prescriptions called in an hour before all this and only one was done when we first got there. The second was going to talk another 2 hours. Not going there anymore.

People move really slow here. If you need assistance, everyone turns their back if they sense your approach. They should also get rid of their restrooms, since no one seems to want you to use them.
