Im not happy with them, they say they r going to order your meds...then dont leaving the customer out, Im changing as soon as I can.

My doctor recommend me to go to this pharmacy..I gave them a try first time I got there they ignore me.. so I left I waited 4 days then I went back and they still have the nerve to ignore me again.. I gave them the chance to do business but I dont want to deal with a pharmacy that dont acknowledge me at all..solets keep it moving👍..

What i can say about Rancho Drugs is that they go out of their way to assist patients needs. Very happy with their service. Miss Charlotte , lady up in the front of the store, is the nicest lady. Its always a pleasure to stop by to at least say hi.

They sold this company. This pharmacy use to be careing and understanding,but now all they say is we don’t have your medicine in stock and you can go somewhere else. What the heck did I do to get treated like this. I have been with this pharmacy for over 7 years. All good things come to a end.

They have been in the same convenient spot for the 40 years I have lived here. They are a wonderful old fashioned pharmacy and store. They have the lowest price I have found for my Maxs phenolbarbitol medication. Less than the vet. Humans take it too, so thats why they have it. The store is very interesting with lots of gifts. They have a post office too. They are kind and caring people. So why be treated badly at the big mart pharmacies up the road. I have never gone back to the wait in line for up to an hour places. Rancho has every modern up to date technology plus the kindness and warmth of the way life used to be when the customer came first.

Always great service. we send all our patients (Orthopaedic Institute of California, Matthew Pautz DO) to them when they do not have an established pharmacy. Works with our patients and insurances. Irving is so sweet and helpful when I am confused on what to order for office. Love these guys.

Irving and his entire staff are great. ....so helpful, they help me fill a prescription that all the other big chains didnt even bother to order....he searched online to see if he could order it for me.....I am do thankful I found them :)
