Super kind staff working there. They work very quickly; my consultation and wisdom teeth extraction were done in like an hour and a half. Healed up well. Great experience.

I had 2 wisdom teeth and the impacted tooth and an old root from an accident removed, 4 in total. I am petrified of the process so chose deep sedation. I have the worst tiny veins but the nurse and dr got the IV in second go that’s really good for me and it was near painless. They were sooo nice with my fear and tears. It was all done in an hour or so. My pain at home after the numb wore of is very minimal but I was also prescribed pain med.I would totally recommend Dr Damiani and his staff.My personal change would have been to have taken some relaxing music to listers to and meditate while they set up and got the IV in.

The office manger Maria is very rude (the dentist wife) and has no consideration for the elderly and disabled what so ever. I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last dental office on earth. Might I mention we arrived 45 minutes early for our appointment and then was told we would have to wait an additional hour because the dentist is behind. I can understand but what I don’t appreciate is her delivery and rudeness. She give the office a bad reputation hands down, period.

Great dentist and office staff! Doctor Damiani took the time to thoroughly explain implant procedures, process and treatment. Very professional, friendly and understanding. Staff explained billing, costs and time frame. Its not cheap. Nothing worth doing right is ever cheap. He also removed 2 of my wisdom teeth ten years ago.Painless and recovered quickly. Highly recommended this office!!!

Absolutely amazing, professional and perfect for special needs or normal. They care about the family and the patient. Will definitely refer to anyone looking or an oral surgeon. Very clean and I’m ocd so worked very well all around!

Dr. Damiani took me in immediately for my dental emergency even though I was a new patient. What a caring staff to be so sympathetic to my situation and assure me things would be fine. Very gentle and pleasant experience

The dental part was fine, but still trying to deal with the billing. Paid out of pocket more than what I should have. Been trying to get reimbursed but only getting the run-around. Excuse after excuse and promises to be called back that never happen.

Inconsiderate. First patient of the day. After half hour of waiting past my appointment time, was advised the doctor wasnt even there yet. This seemed to make them think they should take me into the back I waited almost another half-hour. Then the doctor appeared and I could tell by his greetings to the staff that he had only then just arrived, nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment.When I pointed out that this was not considerate to patients, he made it a point to tell me that I did not have to be a patient of his. That was all I had to hear so I got up and left with no consult even being done.I wouldnt trust my care to someone who demonstrated such disregard for the patient.

Had an amazing experience! I was originally very nervous going in to have my wisdom teeth removed, but the staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Damiani was very comforting and confident about the procedure which made me feel at ease. The operation was painless, and the recovery was quick and without issues. I would highly recommend!

Horrible. When I first went in they said were doing the one tooth right(wasnt even the right tooth) was suppose to be my four wisdom teeth and extra tooth that grew in due to braces. At the visit they requested money upfront before touching my teeth. The amount my insurance covered was 453$ The total amount I was told was my responsibility was 417$ I said not a problem paid 277$ on my debit card and 140$ in cash. Well today I got a bill for 217$ when going over the statement I called my insurance where they informed me that the amount settled on was 913$ for the services and my insurance paid their 453$ but what I realized is they never acknowledged my cash payment of 140$ (I have my receipts) and they also tried charging 947$ instead of the 913. So now I have to go into the office and hope I get this settled... Im pissed off I even have a balance after being told Id have to pay the amount upfront how the hell do I get a bill a month later with a balance!!! Not only that but to completely disregard my cash payment is both unprofessional and down right shady. They also billed for a panorama picture after I informed them it wouldnt be covered by my insurance and they insisted theyd bill the pictures as smaller pictures and not as a panorama. Im completely upset and My insurance is considering to no longer do business with them as they are suppose to be an in network business. do not go here theyre ridiculous.

Dr. Damiani has treated me, my son & my grandparents for different procedures. He and his staff are always kind and professional. Insurance information is always checked ahead of time & clearly explained before the treatment takes place. We have all had great experiences and uneventful recoveries. We will return for any future oral surgery needs. Highly recommended!

I am improving my review to Good in light of the fact that they immediately refunded an accidental overpayment I made, but I have to echo the other comments about monkey-business with insurance and billing. They repeatedly failed to itemize statements and showed balances that did not reflect the discount for using an in-network provider. They failed to send the appropriate narrative information to the insurer until after they began sending me late balance statements. I had to call them three times and ask for a copy to be sent to me as well as the insurance agency before they took care of it, and by that time they were sending me statements threatening to send the bill to collection, even though it was their fault it was late. The statements I received still showed their fee without the in-network discount they are required to honor. My surgery went fine,but make sure you compare your insurance documents to the bill very carefully.

I must say that I had a very pleasant experience with the office. I am African American and didnt experience any form of racism. Once I signed in and filled out the new patient paperwork, my wait time about about 15 minutes. They called me back, the doctor came in and talked to me, he was really nice and caring. He told me what he was going to do asked if I had any questions, told me what the next few steps would be, reassured me the entire time. The nurse came in and she was also friendly and very attentive. My procedure was preformed, I paid my co-pay, they gave me an appt. to come back, and I left. They called my home the next day to check on me. So I would definitely recommend them to other patients.

Very friendly staff, great work. And the cost is very affordable for a cash patient.

Dr Damiani is superb. Very efficient. Very professional. So are his staff except for the office manager who treats veterans like crap. She made it a point to humiliate me when I needed to make payment arrangements, even after I informed the receptionist that I had no insurance when I made the appointment and after I checked on their forms that I needed to make arrangements.

This mf was so rough on my mouth and rude af. I was awake through the whole extraction and though he saw that I was SHOUTING in pain he proceeded to work on my mouth, basicly told me Im fine while he kept working on my mouth and told me is know if its pain and that its not

Tinasha , so ture had same issue. staff lets their kids run around like crazy and play with paperwork what a circus i also think their are racist. do to my experience.(towards blacks and people with lower income i will never go their also thank you but no thank you dr. perry.

NEVER see this dentist...... the front desk is rude and racist. I have never been to any doctors office where the front desk staff was so rude, doesnt belong in a front desk position of any business. Im assuming that if the front desk help is so racist that the doctor would be the same.they lost my guardian paper work and refused my family ,had me drive over an hour to appointment an wait an hour then refused me because they lost the copy of the paper work when i first went in. my have been lost because of staffs kids where playing in files.not the only time i have witness these these is suppose to be a dentist office.
