At first, it went good. Then after a couple times going here, it felt like they did my hair in a hurry and didn’t take their time. They kept missing spots in my hair & it happened twice. Then, they put bleach on my shirt and didn’t bother to say they would pay for it. I also left my bottle there & they said I can go back to pick it up. I go back, they said someone threw it away. They didn’t bother to say they would pay for that either and I wasted my gas going to there instead of them telling me they threw it away.

I love Gina , she always slays my hair and achieves my hair goals. She is very informative and kindhearted🤎

This place is amazing the atmosphere and everything . I needed my hair highlighted and cut before my wedding because my hairstylist canceled on me . My husband googled and found wild hair company . Considering my wedding was 1 day before they fit me in ! GINA did an amazing job and I couldn’t have had a better hairstylist . I called to schedule appointment the man whom answered was huffing and puffing on the phone as if he didn’t wanna schedule my appointment then kept sayin he couldn’t hear me . So I said “okay then I’ll try a different salon thank you”! Not even 2 mins later I got a text with a schedule appointment witch I will not be attending because that’s tells me he did hear me . So unprofessional.

Stations areas are super clean and lots of hair products 👍Now about my experienceHailee Stewart : thank you so much for doing my hair . My experience was amazing !! I called hailee at the last minute and she was able to take me in and work with my schedule . My hair was looking orange and I was not happy with it . After talking with Hailee she gave me different options and Ideas and she was super honest about the outcome, I love this girl she nailed the color got me pretty close to the color I wanted it , cut and style my hair and I’m very happy !! Also she gives you personal service and prepare her time just for you !! Very professional, respectful and she knows exactly what she is doing . Also she explains and provides information how to take care of your hair !!! I have fun my stylist in the high desert !!!I will recommend Haidee to all ladies looking to make a drastic hair color she is an expert!! You will be happy with her work 💯 satisfied customer

Really nice place and people

Jenny Nassar is not great at cutting hair, she blames poor lighting. I tried to get credit for another haircut despite her trying to fix it, which would of been impossible. There was no way to fix it unless I shaved my head. She wasnt reasonable so I wont be going back. I would highly suggest that no-one goes there. Plus, she takes forever for a mediocre haircut. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I have been to this salon on two occasions: once for a haircut a couple years ago and once for a gel manicure which was today. Both times I was not disappointed. Nicole did my hair and Sean did my manicure exceptionally! Ive never been to a location that actually took their time to make sure everything was perfect and I was 100% happy before leaving. I have yet to try their spa services, but Im sure it will be equally enjoyable!

I hear nothing but great reviews about Laurie at Wild Hair Salon and that she is amazing with crazy colors. Let me tell you I had the WORST experience. I show Laurie what I want and she starts going. We talk about the color and the fact that I wash my hair less frequently than a lot of people. She told me that means my hair would last longer than most people since I wouldnt be washing the dye out as frequently. She goes to wash out my color and their sinks are broken. Its overflowing all over the floor, its not draining in my sink. I dont even think I received a proper rinse due to it. My hair was taking longer than normal and expected and I told her how I needed to get home. She then proceeds to curl my hair and LOAD it up with hairspray because SHE wants to take a picture. So she took 40 minutes blow drying and curling my hair even though I didnt want you too to then go on top of it for another 30 minutes to straighten it like I wanted. She kept me there past closing because she wanted to play dress up and do what she wanted NOT what the client wanted. My hair was all stiff and gross from all the hairspray that my hair looked HORRIBLE. I was crying in the chair and I cried the whole way home. I left the dye sit for 4 days for optimal dye absorption. Ive washed my hair 3 times since its been done and I look like a purple zebra whos mane is on fire because my ends are orange. I expressed my dissatisfaction in color because I was told at least 6 weeks not 3 washes. I reach out and tells me to bad. Then she had the nerve to tell me that if I didnt want her to curl my hair I should have told her before. Excuse me? I had no idea that me showing you a picture of what I want and the hair is straight it requires and additional dont curl it by the way. I got the owner Sean involved and he is just a rude person. He repeatedly interrupted me, lied as he saw fit, even when it contradicted what he said prior. I have it recorded and the second I told me he went ghost white and didnt want to talk anymore. No one told me when I was suppose to come back to the salon, I was told that it would last 6 weeks. They conveniently cannot prove their side but I can easily prove mine. Instead of wanting to fix it he was insulting and just not someone you want to give your business to. He said and I quote no one has to disclose that its not permanent because its common knowledge that, that specific hair dye isnt permanent I told him that its not common knowledge as I didnt know and he responded with yes, every person knows that. Excuse me? Am I not a person? Can you be even ruder? Seriously, to my face you call me stupid? That I dont have common knowledge Im not a hairdresser so no Sean, its not common knowledge. My knowledge goes based on what your people tell me and I was told at least 6 weeks. Now Im out $160 and my hair looks horrible! I would avoid this place solely for their customer service. A customer comes to your dissatisfied because the color doesnt look good and on top of that you had done what you want with my hair and my time instead of what I had asked and you tell me to bad go away and insult them. Just bad.

Absolutely loved Melanie H. I came in with severely damaged hair and looking for a pixie cut. I have very thick coarse hair and I’ve had a few places that just couldn’t get it right. She did an amazing job I won’t go to anyone else ever again! I’ve had so many compliments on my new look. She even cut it in a way I can style it a few different ways if I want.

Despite attempts, via texts, letters and then certified letters, to get Sean Stewart, the owner, to engage in a professional and fair-minded discussion with me about my experiences with him, he still remains silent and unapproachable. I have been trying to contact him since October.I gave him a deadline of Feb 1st, else I’d be taking action, hence, this review.I started seeing Sean 1 yr ago. I immediately told him that my hair easily turns brassy (with shades of brown). I handed him the color codes of a Matrix Product that my Arizona hair stylist found that worked well on my hair, without any resulting brassiness. He never even looked at the codes. He just said “Oh I use Redkin. I got this!” He colored my hair about 6 times over 8 months and only got the color right once! I liked Sean, so I kept going back thinking “he’ll get it right this time!” Then I asked about hair extensions. I’ve never had any. He said he knew how to put them in. We discussed the length and type of hair (12” and wavy). He said the hair and application, color, etc would be $700. I laid down a deposit of $400 so he could order the hair, and made an appt for 3 weeks out. He forgot to order the hair. So I waited another week or so. Well, the hair he gave me was 18” long and straight as silk. Not wavy at all. He said “This hair will be easier for you to manage. Wavy is too hard. You can just flat iron your hair”. That sounded a bit hoaky to me, especially since he originally had planned on buying wavy hair. Why the sudden change of opinion? I let him apply the straight hair, against my better judgement, because after all, he was the expert, right?! Well, the straight hair is SO MUCH WORK for me. I never ironed my own hair before. Now I have to every day, or there is a big obvious mismatch between my hair and the extension hair. It looks ridiculous. The hair he put in came in a sandwich bag!! I have since learned that newly purchased hair comes in a long thin plastic bag with a manufacture’s label on it - not a sandwich bag! Friends since, have told me that he most likely resold me hair that someone else stopped using. The hair itself is of good quality and is easy to manage, but IT DOES NOT MATCH MY HAIR, at all. I flat iron daily to make my hair match the extension hair. Also, the day I got it, I asked him to trim the hair bc it was too long for me. He literally spent less than 3 min trimming it. It looked super square on the ends, not bluntly tapered at all. So every time I turned my head or bent my head forward, the square ends of the extensions gave the whole doo a choppy look. Really ugly. After 5 days, 9 of the clip-in extensions fell out! Just 5 days! I learned later that he used clips that were too big for the hair plugs. He charged me $800, after quoting me $700 “because the hair is 18” long!” I still wear the same extensions because I can’t afford a properly matching set now. They are re-applied by a new stylist. I have never once (in 3 resets now) lost one of her plugs! It is trimmed beautifully.With my experiences, over 8 months, with Sean, I learned that he doesn’t LISTEN to his clients’ concerns, he does not know how to apply hair extensions, and as a salon owner, he is very unprofessional.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars.Because Laurie does not deserve not even 1I’m mortified and embarrassed to go out in public because it looks like my 6 year old took his school scissors and chopped my hair off. My hair was well past the middle of my back. I asked for a trim. My hair is now chopped and above my bra strap. I asked for blond. My hair is gray. My hair is jacked up! Do not schedule with Laurie.

The hair didnt do my hair as I wanted it, he didnt give me the wispy rounded bangs, or layerd hair to give the look I wanted.

Super bummed...loved the fact I made an appointment online and was able to. I hadnt come to the fact Ive moved to the high desert and needed to change my hair stylist and brow stylist but bit the bullet To save money. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I made an appointment online changed it, so I could have someone with four five star reviews. So after driving 25 minutes to Apple valley to try out a new place and a new stylist I was disappointed. Not only did it take a couple minutes to be greeted but I was told by the person I made an appointment with (whom accepted the appointment the day before by the way) saying he didnt have any wax. Clearly, I put an eye brow wax. At this point he continued to tell me that Id be with someone different....it wouldve been nice to have a call possibly earlier in the day saying, hey I forgot I had said yes to the appointment and could care less about your first experience here. (Thats how I took it anyways). Im an upbeat and happy person as It is but when it comes to my money Im not pleased. The girl I had been put with had great personality but I specifically told her not to do my brows thin. Im more of a fuller side. My friend came to back me up. Melanie did not make them stay on the fuller side. I left with thin brows. So here I am with barely any brows and I have to take pictures with my nieces in a couple days. When and doubt dont trust new places in the high desert. I dont care how many awesome reviews it has. I wont be coming here for my hair cuts or anything else. TRUST YOUR HEART. STICK WITH YOUR NORMAL PEOPLE. DRIVE THE EXTRA FORTY MIN. Now I have to grow my brows out. I wish I couldve given a better review. I was so excited too. :(

Great place to go for all your salon needs. Tilly does a fabulous job on my nails and Sean is great with hair. If youre looking to get spoiled, this is the place to go.

When I came into the salon I was a Redhead. Paige took me back to my natural color Blonde (corrective color). It was a process and when she was done I was a beautiful pale Blonde with a few Low Lights. Absolutely beautiful. Paige is an excellent Colorist & Stylist!!! Thank you Paige for a beautiful job!!!!

I learned how to color and tone my hair at home by using products such as Ion and Wella because going to a salon is always costly. I had bad experiences with salons in the past (including a really choppy haircut recently) so I was a little apprehensive. I booked with Hailee since the salon I was originally going to go to cancelled last minute. First she immediately rejected my appointment but once she saw that it was already blonde in my pictures, she changed her mind and decided to take me.I wanted a balayage so my roots could grow out without looking so harsh and thats not what I got. We discussed incorporating brown pieces into my hair and a different shade of blonde... all she did was dye my roots a different shade of brown about 1/2 inch down my head. She tried to say that she toned my hair as well but I obviously knew that it was a lie because she only used one color bowl of brown dye the entire time. The only thing I cant complain about was the price.. she charged $70 but I definitely have no interest in going back to just have my roots done. Far from a balayage, I cant trust a salon once again. I also didnt like the fact that the ladies in the salon were gossiping about their clients hair and how horrible it is, I understand the work that goes into fixing it but you dont need to throw them under the bus.

I had a 90 minute massage today with Jonathan Cruz, he was amazing and he listened to all of my concerns. I definitely highly recommend him for a fantastic massage.

I asked for my hair to be done ombre and the lady who did my hair hailie which is the owners daughther just put blonde highlights in my hair and got a attitude and argued with me when I asked her to fix it I heard her dad tell her which is the owner tell her to tell me I’m not worth their time and all she did to fix it was put a few brown highlights in I wouldn’t recommend this place
