Amazing massage. After a long day of driving this place took good care of my feet and back. I basically fell asleep. Amazing!!

Havent been here for a while, been out of the area. The massages here were pretty good. My massues was a young lady named Monica. She was very attentive and gave a pretty good massage. If you want a good stretch she can also do that for she is heavy into Yoga.. come to find out she is also back so I suggest you ask for Monica.

Yes, this is truly an Asian SPA [Chinese] and their English is somewhat limited. Also, they are not up to American concepts of customer service but the girls are cute and are trying, some of their photos are actually close to what these girls look like. They are trying to work out the kinks, and it is not easy with young girls but it is enjoyable.

Went in for 1 hour massage, i went into room to undress .. gal just stood in room. I had to ask her to leave,before she did she wanted $$. I gave her $60. They charge $50. She came back in room and i elsewhere what change was for the $60 a year she said oh I forgot. Five minutes into the massage I had asked her to use some type of oil or lotion cuz it rubbing dry skin doesnt feel good. I mean I had to ask for it usually its just comes with the massage? Then after her getting oil on my time .Another employee. Was talking loud on her phone.im thr next room.Had to ask massage lady can you ask her to be quiet, 15 mins into massage no more relax music being played..Guess it broke? I was so annoyed & couldnt relax. I told her stop. Massage Barstow you now come to find out they charge me $40 for 30 minute massage and told the girl I didnt even enjoy it. not good customer service they told me well thank you thank you good night and escorted me out. This is a fairly new massage business that just opened and you think they would do anything the extra mile to get their customers returned to their business that that didnt happen .this instead of perfect Spa this is more like a nightmare SPA.I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. *** Update**** Im happy to hear owner cares about business. If you offered a free massage I would come back & give your spa a second chance & leave nice review if Im pleased with the service. I will even tip.thid time if its a satisfactory experience.
