I have been coming here on a regular basis for more than two years and love it!! Before seeing Justine, I was using 3 different topical prescriptions to treat my super sensitive skin that turns red and breaks out at the drop of a hat. I have 3 very painful laser burns on my chest following microneedling/laser appointment. No follow up instructions past the 7 day MLM kit I was given. Just “do what you normally do” and “come back in a month” What?!?! Went to a different clinic 3 days post tx where I was treated for the burns and given in-depth instructions on post microneedling procedure with high quality products to use (SkinMedica). Not cheap but when spending this time and money for treatment I wasn’t expecting bargain basement prices. . Super disappointed with the lack of attention to detail after spending the money $350 to have this procedure. Laser should not have been used on sun damaged skin this aggressively as confirmed by 2 separate clinics. Very aggressive approach which resulted in a very painful laser burn lesions in 3 locations. This was looked at by two separate clinics post tx... each having the same opinion. Too agressive! The MLM product I was given post tx also has alcohol glycerin and other low quality ingredients in the formulas. I switched to SkinMedica 3 days later per another nurses suggestions and my skin completely calmed down Super disappointing

Thank you Justine for introducing me to the Skinpen treatment. The sun spots on my skin are almost completely gone after only one treatment! My skin feels very smooth and soft and the pores on my nose and chin have diminished. I cannot wait for six weeks to pass to get another treatment!
