What can I say from the minute I walked in Tiffany and Linda were so welcoming. Rocio, Amy and Karla were extremely nice and made the process so easy. Dr Isaac and Maria were so kind and made my experience better then I could imagine. Best dental office to be at. Highly recommend to everyone.

Very good office! We been going here for about 3 years now and theyre always so good to my kids. The dentist is great! Very thorough and informative. Highly recommend!Update! I recently just did my deep cleaning here and the woman was so extremely nice (the whole office is actually!) And she did an amazing job! And she spent a little extra time to answer some questions I had. They were wonderful and I even scheduled for my husband to get his cleaning with them. I still HIGHLY recommend it!

They were able to squeeze me in and did an awesome job. Got a root canal done and feel so much better. He really takes his time administering the Novocaine so it doesnt hurt. Glad I found this dentist. I would definitely recommend!!!!

The process was straight forward, the front desk receptionists were helpful, clear and concise. The Dr, I think his name is Chung(sorry if I spelled that wrong) did a good job. I was scared, but he was quick and efficient while also making sure I was pain free and doing okay. His assistant was also awesome! (6/28/2021)

I had a very friendly experience at this office I would definitely recommend them. They had me out of there in less than a hour, being that I’m not big on going to the dentist that was a big plus for me. My kids also go here ages 2 and 6 and they do very well with them as well!

My family and I just recently moved to the high desert before the world broke (coronavirus). So, we didnt do our routine every six month checkup for our dental needs last year. So I finally looked one up and came across Desert Dentist. They had great reviews so I thought I would give them a shot. Both of my daughters (6 & 10) had their first exams today and I was very pleased with the service. We did not have to wait long (took my 6yo a few minutes after arriving while I was still checking us in at their kiosk) at all. They were also able to put sealant on my 10yo molars after seeing it has been 3 years since her last treatment, which they had mentioned we might have to come back for if services were needed due to any findings. So glad we were able to take care of everything right there and then. They were also very accommodating in scheduling both of my girls the same day.So far, I am very pleased with their service. The staff (front and back) are very nice and did well with my girls. My girls also said the staff there made them feel very comfortable and were even a little silly - which is great because kids need that to help them relax. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist that will do their best to meet you and your familys needs.

I went to see him on an emergency basis and it was a great visit!I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist was extremely helpful. She helped me with filling out my newPatient forms and more! (I was in so much pain that I couldn’t seem to fill them out myself). They were very friendly and I felt very welcome! The doctor/dentist was very personable and very professional! He spent a lot of time with me (which is very rare nowadays). He was thorough and made me feel secure with the outcome of my treatment!I have gone to many a dentist in the last 3 years and by far this office was the best. I would definitely recommend him! Another plus is his great and happy staff too! I’m going to make him my regular dentist!

I took my son to get a deep cleaning today paid out of my pocket 500$ and come to find out they just did a regular cleaning of his whole mouth. The Hygienist Maria was very rude to me on the phone trying to say she did a deep cleaning when I believe a deep cleaning is when they numb you and clean underneath the gum line. Basically I was ripped off and lied to. I will not be returning to this dentist office. I gotta say for the receptionist Tiffany was very kind.

One of the dentists that work there made my daughter feel uncomfortable. She tried to get over her fear of the dentist and he didnt help at all. Ive been going there with my kids for the last few years since we moved. Even suggested the pace to my sister. Not all of the dentists that work there are the same same and this was the first time it has happened to us.

Ive been to many dentist offices in the past and im sorry but im not impressed with the way this office works. With new insurance i was weary on where to go, this office had a good rating and was close to home so I decided to give it a chance. First, the copay seemed a bit high (not that they are in control of that, i should have done my homework) and I waited over an hour to go back. The front desk staff was nice and apologized several times for the wait. The back office staff didnt really seem to know what they were doing and were unprofessional. They were talking to each other instead of focusing on their patients and they seemed new. Thats the nicest way I can think to explain their behavior. I waited another 10-15 minutes in the chair for my turn for the xray, which as a new patient is necessary to proceed. After which the Dentist came over and looked at them for a while without saying anything to me. without looking at my teeth or my mouth and finally looked at me and asked if i had any pain. I told her of some pain in my back gums and she briefly looked and said thats not the teeth, i cant do anything for you. Then left to the next patient as the tech cleaned my teeth which consisted of a 2 minute polish and then they sent me on my way. I dont understand how that passes for a teeth cleaning? I finally have insurance after 2 years of being without only to have them brush me off. Waste of money and time. Will not be back.

I went from never having used my benefits (new provider) while experiencing a toothache to having the tooth extracted and on the road to recovery in one day! Thanks for the fast and great service. Ive found my dentist.🙂

Myself and my 5 kids come to this dentist 🥰 They are very understanding and caring. Also they check on you whenever you get work done. I advised everyone to join this desert dental group. Very easy to make appointments.

I dont go to the dentist till thier is no other option...Im scared of needles to the point of just seeing one makes me nauseous.. however the dr did a great job talking to me the entire time calmly..very professional and caring.. great staff and receptionist as well.. definitely be my dentist from here on out...I went in for a extraction of a severely painful tooth that was decaying with nerves exposed.great job from whole staff. 5 stars

I have been to the Apple Valley office twice.The wait time to see the doctor and the hygienist was very little. Thank you Desert Dentist!Today I had my deep cleaning appointment with Maria, the hygienist. She rocks! I have never had my teeth cleaned this well. Maria was way more gentle and thorough than my old hygienist. She is also super friendly and takes time to discuss and explain matters regarding your dental hygiene with you.I will never go to another dental office. Desert Dentist gets 5 stars in every category from me. I would recommend this dental office.

Im always scared of going to a new dentist. Most of the dentists that I have had are rude and insensitive. But everyone here was all super nice. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. What I most appreciate about Desert dental is that the lobby area is very clean and sanitize. Everyone that works behind the reception desk are very friendly and kind. I also like the fact that they will try to get you in as soon as possible.I also like the doctors and the whole staff review. The reason why I didn’t give it five stars was that day was really busy so I did have to wait a little longer than I wanted to.

I am still giving Apple Valley Desert Dentist a 5 Stars rating and review even after making my daughter wait 45 minutes past her 10am appt, on a school day no less, just to fix a high filling w/o the need for numbing simply because they have great staff and the Dentist is really personable and it also helps that hes quite the comic.Gentle hands to boot.They keep you informed and aware of whats going on during every visit & procedure.I highly recommend them.

They are very nice here! Made sure everything was sanitized and up to COVID standards and got me in and out of there in an hour! They were very busy too!

Waited over an hour from appointment time to be taken back, only to be sent out into the lobby again because they grabbed the wrong chart and were about to perform a root canal on me. I had to interject and tell them im there as a new patient, certainly not for a root canal. When I finally got back they polished my teeth and had the nerve to call that teeth cleaning. Thats not teeth cleaning. I wont be back and I recommend you find another dentist. Waste of my time!

Excellent service, friendly staff, cute receptionist. Went to western dental first and they tried to get me to sign for 33,000$ worth of dental work and I’m on medi cal. These guys were very thorough and didn’t try to up sell a guy with no money a bunch of stuff there’s no way I can afford.

Starting from the front desk you are met with professionalism and courtesy along with a warm welcome. Nice people from the first phone call to the exiting “see you in 6 months”. Never an attitude or vibe of condescension which I did experience with other dentists office tryin to find one that is compatible with my insurance. I went there because of the high rating but suggest new patients to look somewhere else. If I could I would give it no stars. My wife and child had the worse service!!! The doctor was very unprofessional and rude. She did not want to give the right care to my son, and in three hours his expectations of what needed to be taken for were not met.The receptionist was kind no complaints.

Ive been bad and have not been to a dentist in over 20 years. I finally got myself into gear and made an appointment with Dr. Chong. I am very glad I did. I just had three fillings and this was one of the best dental experiences Ive had. I will be having a root canal in a few days and I feel very comfortable with the staff and their competence and am actually looking forward to having the procedure done.

Absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. But most importantly the Dr. Was the best Ive ever seen. He truly listened and cared. He was extremely attentive and gentle. I hate dentists and their favorite line its pressure not pain. But this dentist actually listened to me, constantly reassured me, and made sure i was comfortable and okay. i didnt even need to be numbed. Cant thank or recommend them enough.

Rude lady’s on the phone were so horrible and rude and leave you on hold for so long multiple times followed by a hang up without a call back .... I canceled never even got the chance to get my daughter seen because of it and really needed that appointment date which was yesterday July 22nd at 10 am. Seeing all the good reviews I thought it would be a great place but I never even got that far .....Terrible first impression I just wanted to Confirm I had the address correct before I headed to her appointment and ended up canceling because of their ignorance . They definitely need a job that doesn’t involve answering phones and better customer service.

Went in for a check up, because of the treatment needed, I was referred to a pediatric dentist. They said even tho they could do it there, it will be easier where they specialize in kids dentistry. I let them know the place they referred me too isnt seeing new patients until Sept. and I cannot wait that long. Was given a we referred you, youre not our problem attitude.

First timer and loved it! Called due severe pain and they were able to schedule me an appointment on the same day just a few hours after my call. Office is really clean and staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable! The doctor was awesome! I needed emergency work and he walked me thru it all, explained my options and took care of the problem in no time! I didn’t feel a thing! Will definitely keep coming back, best dentist experience by far.

I love Desert Dentist for its location, bright sunny office and friendly staff. The main concern I had was the Dental Hygienist Maria was not friendly at all and she was rushed and kept scolding me about when to swallow, as I have a sensitive choking reflux and she was not caring enough to ask me, I thanked her when finished before she thanked me. I want to continue as a patient with Desert Dentist.

1 star is definitely appropriate for this dentist office. I thought that this would be a good office for my 2 young children after looking at the reviews. However, my children had some difficulty maintaining their composure to needles, so we were referred out. We were referred to a dentist office in Ontario! Far! But good things is, that office is actually great with the kids and gets the job done. The issue I have with this place is since then, I have needed to bring my children back for check-up or prescription I am told that I need to go back to were I was referred! After statimg that my child does not need any oral service but only to be seen for prescription, they insisted that I needed to drive to Ontario because I was referred out. I will not draw any conclusions why we were treated this way, but a referral does not(should not) change you as a primary care dentist!

I would not take a scared child to this Office. The front office staff was very polite and welcoming . The dental assistant tried her best to get x-rays of my difficult son’s The dentist would not let her continue, he told her to stop and they referred me to a child specialist.

My son has a serious fear of dentists and Desert Dentist worked with his fears. He now looks forward to getting his teeth cleaned. Thank Stephanie for helping us with his fears.
