It is absolutely unacceptable that some black hair stylist still have no respect for customer’s time. Consistently I arrived on time for my appointment only to first wait to even get to chair and then put in the traditional dryer wait queue. I hate the overuse of dryer as a means to multitask. My hair takes only 30 minutes to dry but I was placed under the dryer for 1.5 hours as Keeli did the hurry up and wait round robin service. My condition service was also used so she could round robin. 1 hour under the dryer for condition; really? Absolutely unacceptable. Unless you have nothing better to do with the 2-3 extra hours of your time wasted; Find a true professional whom respect you and your time.

The salon is very nice and clean. Very welcoming environment. Im a black woman with natural hair and its been very challenging to find a stylist on this side of town that could wash and flat iron my hair. Keeli is the stylist that I have been going to for about 2 1/2 months now. I would recommend clients that are looking for a peaceful atmosphere, clean and healthy hair, and dont want to/ cant travel all the way to Oakland to contact this salon and to ask for Keeli.
