Very experienced eyebrow artist. I will be going back! She was very friendly and talked me out of an unnecessary eyebrow tinting service. Ive found a new eyebrow place!

Always been a wax person, but when I get my brows done they always end up being a little thin. So I wanted to give threading a shot and try out the tinting.First impression... clean establishment, no wait and very friendly staff (just Geeta at the time)She gets started. Conversation is good, threading experience is good. Takes a minute, but shes thorough.Threading ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Now tint time.. she puts it on..we chat during wait time. She wipes off, cleans up and was like ..much betterI didnt have my glasses and I was all oh yeah I like.. Pay, get to the car, pull the mirror down AND..well lets just say TINTING causes a minus 3 for patchy, uneven and spots on my faceI had to come home clean them up and found a few spots on my face. Leaving 2 stars. If I wouldve stopped at threading this review would be a solid 5..Thanks Geeta..Ill be back just for threading

This is my first time visiting and my first facial and I loved it. The herbal facial has my face feeling so soft it’s so clean and I also learned so much about my skin there I would definitely return they recommend this place. I also have my eyebrows threaded I wish I would’ve known about this place for years I would’ve been started going here.

It was my first time getting a facial. Making an appointment was easy, greeted instantly, prices are different from the website and Yelp and in person(no big deal). The thing was I asked for a chemical peel and she did more than needed and I felt it too (okay...), When I got to the register the price was a little more, saw she did three different facial but adjust the price.I appreciate the facial and the job she did, just need a heads up you are doing more than expected, (everyones pockets are different).Family loved the facial and could tell a difference.

I’m a dark skinned woman and I got a facial here 2 months ago. I got a skin burn and had to go to urgent care and see a dermatologist. The lady who assisted me was amazing and super sweet however clearly, if you are of darker skin tone you need to be more active in ensuring that the products and methods aren’t detrimental to your skin! Do a skin test on a small area first if anything😊

The lady that does my eyebrows is good and she knows what she doing. The only problem is that they are SO SLOW, you have got to make sure you have time if you go in. I made a few appointments and they always take me super late, the last I went in I had to wait for over 30 minutes. They took another customer but I had to wait. The line is long but the service is good. So its up to you.

Love this place. get my eyebrows done by the same lady and she keeps them just the way i want. just wish she had a tip jar so i can give her a whole twenty every visit lol.

I really liked how Geta did my eye brows and the location was so convenient, but the service is extremely slow. I would wait 30 mins or more most of the time. So I made an appointment . I wasntgreeted or acknowledged when I walked in. I waited 20 mins and no one approached me or tried to help me. So I just walked out and never went back.

Very bad customer service. Also she is very bad at threading eyebrows, she mess up my eyebrows I will never go in her shop again.

Took my daughter in for a henna tattoo, it came out awful! It was so sloppy and it looked nothing like the picture! They should not be doing henna tattoos. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Geetas!

I am a man with long hair. I had 2 hair cuts here, the first was ok except she was interrupted buy a phone call and forgot to do my other sideburn. I thought easy enough to fix at home. The second was just what I didnt want. I made it clear I wanted longer in the front and no layers. She was almost done when she took the front of my hair and snipped a layer about an 1 1/2 up. I asked her on the spot why she did that. She had no real answer, I called a few days later to let her know I was very unhappy with the cut she gave me. She said little more then ok. I saw her website, it talks about good service, but I didnt see much of an effort to provide it.

Waited 15 minutes and was never even greeted when I walked in. Step up your customer service/communication or you wont be in business for long.
