Both of my daughters go to this doctors office. They have great doctors. But when it comes to needing to speak with someone there you can never get anyone’s on the phone and do not except walk ins .

I have always had a great experience here. My wait times are short, the doctors and nurse practitioners take time and listen to my questions, and I am always able to get an appointment when one of my children are sick.I am not usually one to post reviews, but I hate to see low ratings on a practice that I’ve never had any problems with.

This office has always been sweet to my child I am glad to have used them for my childs pediatrician.

Cancelled my daughter’s appointment on the same day of the appointment. When we came in the next day we weren’t informed that the office no longer allows patients to sit in their car, and wait on a text when the doctor is ready. So they skipped over her and was unapologetic about the miscommunication or misunderstanding , and didn’t even offer to reschedule her appointment. I waited 2 hours!! If my daughter was signed in, they should’ve thought to at least call !

We started using this office after our youngest was born. We then moved our oldest children there. It is wonderful. I always request to see Amy and I never regret it. She goes above and beyond to make sure my kids get what they need.

Wait times are ridiculously long. Since January 2020 they will no longer let parents decide to split up immunizations, if your baby is due for 8 shots at one time they require to give them ALL. Thats not something Im willing to let anyone other than me or my husdand decide. Theyve also refused to release health records of MY children to me even tho I had two forms of valid photo I.D. and anytime we call to make an appointment the receptionist is rude if you cannot make her suggested appointment date & time.

I love all the doctors here both my 12 yr old and my 5 yr old go here. There primary doctor is supposed to be Dr.Doggett but we have not seen him since my oldest was a toddler, that being said all the other doctors are amazing.

I took my daughter here and now my grandchildren. Never had any issues. Wait time has improved. Child can be seen the same day within hours of making appt.

I made an appointment for my grandson, it was for 2:30 at 4:00 we are still here and all they could say it that theyve been busy. I guess they scheduled all appointments for 2:30.

Good place to take your children. My husband went there as a child, and now the children of this generation in my family go there. the wait time isnt appealing but the quality of care certainly makes up for this.

The doctors are pretty great but one of the receptionists is awful rude. It would be 2 stars if I really didnt just love my sons doctor.

Mu children have strep. My daughter wasnt able to make it to her new patient appointment. I called fit an urgent appointment and was told she couldnt be seen bc of not going to new patient appointment. I feel its just wrong to refuse a sick child for any reason. Kind of unethical and heartless. Now shes suffering. On tp the ER. Was so pleased up until this Im very disappointed and sad that my daughter is sick but was refuses treatment over a policy. I believe the best interest of a sick child Trumps rules and regulations. Disappointed to say the least
