Parking around back only now. There is no side alley access anymore. The interior has recently been upgraded with a well patient room and breastfeeding room. The staff and doctors have always been nice to us.

Slowest place I have ever stepped foot in.... do not listen or try to help

I am the parent of a child with Cystic Fibrosis. We first decided to try Purohit Pediatrics because we were looking for a credible pediatrician in the Anniston area. After having made four or five appointments here, we are extremely unsatisfied. With CF, cross-contamination and spread of pulmonary illness is a primary concern. Weve asked for a disposable mask on every visit and its just dismissed like its not a big deal. The reception staff is rude and short (we can still hear and see you behind your privacy glass). In four or five visits, we still have not seen a medical doctor. Almost EVERYTHING is delegated to the Nurse Practitioners. On our most recent visit, the restrooms were disgusting and smelled like urine. You could tell that they had not been properly cleaned. They routinely overbook, so expect 35-40 people to be in the waiting area (still no masks). DO NOT USE THIS THIRD WORLD STYLE CLINIC!

You never see the same dr twice its always someone different. Every time i have gone in the new doctor had no idea why we was there or who we even were. They made an apt for my son at childrens hospital n refused to tell me. I didnt even know what it was for.The only way in knew is because childrens hospital called me a reminder the day before his appointment and they told me what it was for. So the random doctor that looked at him saw something concerning and didnt tell me.

I used to enjoy the doctors here, but the last time I took my daughter for extreme anxiety, the nurse practitioner Google it and printed a pamphlet for me and sent me on my way.She has since been diagnosed with GAD and found the correct combo of medication. Her life was seriously affected for over a year before she was able to really get a handle on it.I havent been able to bring myself to return to this office because of this. Anxiety and depression is real and it is serious. The people here need to take it seriously.

When you go in to get your kid looked at and they are sick and you want curtain test done to cover the basics and you get a doctor like Dr Puroit. And all he does is a quick exam in an out in a min. And all the time complaining about running a test for strep and the flue. Last time I checked, thats his job.

Definitely I will change them, the waiting time is too long and that is not only because they are busy, they are disorganized and they forget me in the room, the doctor saw many patients before me although I signed in the fisrt one in the morning and my appointment was at 8. This happened many times before though.Also it is abig clinic but no place for nursingNo toys to keep toddlers busy for the long waitingI am really frustrated

Been here since the doors opened and they have only put us in a room. This place sucks. My kids use pediatrics plus. I just had to being my neice because her mom had to work. Its been almost 2 hours and we still havent seen a Dr. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

He is awesome. Never have to wait long very attentive and actually talks to you. Nice staff, nice facility. Easy online med refills and appointment scheduling.

My baby has a temperature of 101.1 for 2 days, we waited 3 hours & was charge $136 & was told to keep giving him Tylenol every 4 hours for a week

Horrible and not knowledgeable at all about Pediatric care, refers to a google search for any of your questions, very money hungry and very lazy staff

Sometimes The Waiting Rooms Are Full Nd It Takes A Minute To Be Seen. I No Longer Use This Physician.

Truely listens to a mothers concerns and acts accordingly.
