I have been hung up on twice by the pharmacy. I received a phone call weeks ago that they were having some problems with my insurance and would call me if they weren’t resolved. They never called me so I asked if my prescription was ready and they said I wasn’t in the system. No one has called me back, and it seems like they are always gone. Hoping to get things sorted out soon, but so far customer service and hours have been subpar.
