I just want to say that I don’t write many reviews but I do like to acknowledge my good experiences as well.We started using this pharmacy because EVERY time at Walgreens there was an issue. And a line. When I go into this pharmacy I’m in and out within 5 minutes. A couple of times when I took the handwritten RX in I’ve been longer yes, but no more than 15 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. I have recommended many people there and will continue to recommend. After all somebody recommend me there. Mr Patel always makes it a point to speak to everyone. He also goes above and beyond. Besides, where can you find another pharmacy that greets you with a beautiful chandelier?Eddie and Debbie Dresser

I used to go to your everyday big chained pharmacy. My doctor recommended Patient Care Pharmacy to me. Im telling you, it was one of the best changes Ive EVER made! The owner is absolutely the most understanding pharmacist in the world; the ENTIRE staff is extremely helpful! They have a variety of everyday items you may need for your home, people without insurance wont break the bank to buy their meds, theyre extremely sanitary, and hands down have the best staff in Annapolis!!!

Most pleasant experience at a pharmacy EVER!! After hours on hold on phone with a big chain pharmacy, and then waiting in extremely long lines, I decided to get in my car and drive over to this pharmacy today to see if they could help with my daughters prescription issue. I could not believe it! In and out in 15 minutes. Solved an issue the big chain one could not (or just didnt want to) in no time. Walked out with prescription in hand. I will be moving ALL of my familys prescriptions here. The owner personally chatted with me and helped to problem solve. He made a few quick calls and called me over to say I was good to go! The employees greeted me quickly and could not have been more friendly or more courteous. I have never had a pharmacist take time to discuss the situation with me like he did. Amazing customer service and tremendous work ethic. They have definitely earned my business and a customer for life.

This was my first time at this pharmacy. I was highly recommended by a friend. My doctors office is on Chinquapin round road. This pharmacy is located on west street less then a mile away. I was in and out under 10 minuets From registration to pickup! I will never use another pharmacy after this experience. All employees are extremely friendly and customer service focused.

I will never use another pharmacy! The owner and staff are friendly and considerate. They communicate with each other so I dont have to explain myself more than once. They always have the prescriptions ready when they say they will. I originally started to go to patient care when I needed a medication many other pharmacies in the area said they would order and never got in stock. At my doctors recommendation, I went to Patient Care, where they had the prescription ready that day without any issues.

Owner and Pharmacist Vaibhav Patel acted like a drug dealer refused to fill medication until I transferred all 10 prescription from Walgreens to Patient Care . Not a professional no ethics. The State of Maryland will be investigating him soon. Thank God for Daily Care Pharmacy in Jennifer Square in Annapolis they just opened on July 2021. The Pharmacist helped me the same day Patel refused to fill my medication without any notice of being dropped. I travel a lot taking care of elderly mother in Georgia and needed my pain meds to travel. I am a Army Veteran and worked for the State of Maryland for twenty years. In my opinion Patel is a cruel and profit driven person. Please switch your Pharmacy needs to Daily Care Pharmacy a great Pharmacy with character.

I used the BIG C-- pharmacy and have waited in the store for 3 1/2 hours for a script to be filled, but then again all of us on narcotics are addicts anyway and not really in pain, so let us wait. I also have none narcotics filled and would get and email, check on line, and script is ready. But get to the store and it is not and still wait. At Patient Care it is almost instant, by the time I get from my Drs office there (5 minutes) its ready. They BELIEVE in if your waiting, your first-NOT LAST. My wife stopped using the big store also and loves this place. They truly are friendly and APPRECIATE their customers. Heck they never even acted annoyed at me for asking questions, cant say that about the big C store. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE IN IT. Thank You for understanding that we are there because we are sick and all we want to do is go home. Patient Care gets that in their hearts. Bless you All!!

This is the Best Pharmacy in Maryland, the pharmacist knows you by name and says hello every time you walk into the office. Best prices, all I can say is it is operated like an old school business where everyone is treated with respect and dignity

The first visit I made to Patient Pharmacy was after I was seen at the Patient first. The Dr. wrote the prescription and said take your first dose when you get home. I said it may take a few days to get it (from my supermarket pharmacy); she said try Patient Pharmacy across the street. I went across the highway to Patient Pharmacy and was greeted when I walked in as though I walked into a nice restaurant. I seriously thought I open the wrong door. The prescription was ready - time lapsed from Patient First - maybe 12 minutes.Five days later I did a follow up visit, was asked if I wanted to send the prescription to the supermarket pharmacy on record and I said please send it to Patient Care Pharmacy. I walked into the pharmacy and was greeted the same way and the prescription was ready.Im a local to Annapolis and over the last few decades have witnessed a decline of customer service with the population growth. The stores run by locals remain highly customer service based and you can tell when you walk in by the very personal greeting.At my company, we call it creating raving fans. With very complicated health issues, I love Patient Care Pharmacy, because its a small independent pharmacy where they know you. You can establish a relationship. Big chain pharmacies often have changing pharmacists and techs, and once they get to know you (if they care enough to), they often get moved to another store.

Patient Care Pharmacy, conveniently located at the intersection of West St. and Rte 2, is without a doubt the best pharmacy around, they are privately owned and it shows. They have a great practice of not making walk-in customers wait for service. The professional staff know their customers and give personal service that the huge national pharmacies cannot match. If youre unhappy with the service you receive from the big pharmacies and looking for a change, try the folks at Patient Care.

I don’t know what happened to this pharmacy. I used to be able to come in to call with no problem. I have had 2 incredibly bad experiences with whomever answers the phone.First experience was my request to have my RX transferred from a pharmacy. The woman who answered blatantly ignored my request and said you already have one here. I said I have a new doctor with new instructions with a new dose, my old RX is incorrect. I went to pick it up and they filled the old RX with the incorrect dose, directions, and provider.Second experience is that they do not keep RXs on file. I have a script that expires 8/2020, but they refuse to fill it.I will not come back to this pharmacy. Used to be a great place! Preferred over Walgreens but I will return to Walgreens after these issues.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. From day one they treated my family as if they have known us forever. I would not go to another place to fill my scripts. They treat everyone with respect and are extremely helpful. Please try them out. You will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic staff and they care about you saving money. Theyre quick and dont make you wait like other pharmacies. You can pick it up or they will mail it to you. They will help you save money with or without insurance. The best pharmacy Ive ever been to!!!

I want to give this place a million stars! I’m SO impressed. Needed a medication, no one had it in stock, hubby checked several pharmacies. Nothing. Then he went to Patient Care, and the owner Vaibhav Patel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us. He personally called several pharmacies until he found the medication we needed. I’ve never experienced such awesome service before. He wasn’t even making any profit off of that. That’s the definition of going the extra mile!They do free deliveries, curbside pickup, and they have really good prices. From now on, we will be getting all of our medications from there.

I have been taking the same medication for over 20 years. I will continue to take the same medication until I die. The government and insurance company has changed many many many times concerning my medication. I have learned to play their games. This pharmacy actually understands every month I get the exact same medication. Others (CVS) would tell me they did not get their shipment yet. This pharmacy knows me and knows I come in every month with the exact same scripts. They have ordered my medication prior to my visit. It’s a miracle that a company meets and exceeds the customer expectations! Love this place!!!!

I went to three pharmacies. None of them had my prescription. Then I went to Patient Care. They had the prescription and were extremely friendly. Great business and they provided wonderful advice about the medication.

Everyone that works at this place are so nice and actually help you if you have a problem with insurance etc. Rather then telling you to call your doctor or anything else. They have helped me so much and I will never.go.to another pharmacy. I strongly suggest everyone try them out and you will never go to a cvs or rite aid again

Do yourself a favor, and at least check this.place out. I have a couple chronic illnesses. With constantly changing insurance, I deal with pharmacies frequently, and have tried countless ones. This place is by far the best.

Everyone treats you as if you are their only customer. If there is a way to get your medication to you quicker and at prices that challenge market pricing, consider it done. After many years using other resources, this is the 1st pharmacy in which I decided will handle all of my meds.

Im in pain management. The latest trend has seen the local chain pharmacies intentionally block me from my medications to get the opioids off their books. Im a 10+ year patient in pain management and have always followed the rules. My meds help me function in real life versus being home and in pain, thats a fact. Why tell you this? Because Patient Care Pharmacy took the time to learn my history and understand why Im on the meds I am. They consult with the Doctor and health insurance company, not play God like some other local pharmacist. They greet me by name every time I walk in and are always patient and understanding. Theyve taken the time to explain things when my prescription was denied. All I ask is to be treated with respect and to work with me because I shouldnt be caught up in this crack down on abusers. Patient Care has done just that!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPIERANCE :I brought in my regular monthly prescription to be filled on a Tuesday. My doctor had accidentally wrote the wrong date on my prescription and crossed it out, wrote the proper date and then intialed it I guess. The owner told me that was against the law to fill a prescription with a crossed out date so he suggested I go back to doctor and get another one that was not crossed out. I had to take off work half day on Wednesday to go back to doctor and lost approx 4 hours of work day. But yet I did so because that was required according to the owner. With my new prescription in hand I came back Thursday to have filled because I was leaving late Thursday night on a red eye to west coast for work. I arrive Thursday and the owner says he no longer has enough medicine to fill my prescription and to come back Friday morning at 9:30am.....well now I can’t go to the west coast for 3 weeks without my medicine so I had to pay $250 dollars to change my flight to Friday night. I arrive at pharmacy today to fill my prescription in the early afternoon just to be told oh sorry the delivery DID NOT SHOW UP and now he can’t fill them till after the 1st of next month..... they could have called me to let me know #1, #2 I lost 4 hours of my work day to go get a corrected prescription that my own doctor told me he has never heard of crossing out a date, correcting it.... for that to be AGAINST the LAW.#3 I had to pay $250 to change my airline ticket to make sure I had my prescription for my work trip and had to delay my work trip for a day....So 4 hours of lost wages, $250 airline transfer ticket and a delay in one day for work, and guess what, I STILL don’t have my precription for my flight that leaves in 6 hours.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPIERANCE, waste of so much time and money. Thanks for that.

Not very helpful. Did not want to fill certain prescriptions for me unless I switched over all my prescriptions to them- and as I had just filled a couple of them the day before, that wasnt practical or possible. I am traveling and use national pharmacies, as a rule, so I found this unfeasible. Not impressed. Parking kind of a pain, tough to get in and out of this location from the road as well. If you are located might be an option, but if you are traveling, shmeh...Stick with your national chain, its easier in Maryland....And not such a hassle to get to the building.
