I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kleiman. He had been my doctor for two years now. We have been through a serious time together. With Dr. Kleimans help and his expertise, I am doing fine now. He is such a fine and caring person, as well as the BEST doctor ever. Love his staff too. Came to the office for sinus issues, i was able to get an appointment with in a week!! the doctor and staff were all very nice and helpful. I had all my questions and concerns answered. I would recommend this office to anyone.

He is awesome and is the most experienced and knowledgeable ent I’ve ever dealt with and unfortunately ive had to deal with a few(that includes the head of John Hopkins). He is not afraid to tell you how it is either.

Visited this facility for a consult to have laser treatment on some freckles on my body. Dr. Kleinman spent a whole 30 seconds on the consult for what I came in for and immediately started trying to up-sell me to expensive cosmetic treatments such as botox, fillers, and laser facials. I found this to be extremely rude and very unprofessional to charge me the $50 consult fee and provide completely unsolicited consulting for totally unrelated services. I would not recommend this office or this doctor.

Kudos to Dr. Kleinman and your entire staff and the surgical staff for the way I was treated with the ear problem I was having. Great job.

He may be ok but he is surrounded by useless people.Everything regarding my consultarion with Dr Lee Kleiman was terrible:1) It took me 3 calls to make an appt. You always reach a voicemail. You better do leave one so they can call you back. They did, same day. but because in my message i said i though i had cancer.2) They offered me an appointment for 8 days later at 3:15pm and asked me to be there 10m prior because 1st consultation. I did. At 4:45pm, still waiting in the lounge with 10m twin babies (who i had no choice but to drag with me), they came and said they were running behind and if i wanted to re-schedule, which i refused. I knew they wanted to go home at 5pm but i was not leaving until i;ve seen him. So at 5pm they moved me to the room and the nurse numb my throat (she thought she did). Then i was moved a another room so the tech could slip the camera though my nose whole but she realized i wasnt numb enogh. So we had to start all over and spray more gas and wait 10 more.They took some pics.About 15 mins later Dr Kleiman showed up, asked me 2 questions, never apologized for making me and my babies wait almost 2 hours.He said i had nothing and had no explanation for the swollen throat. He asked me to take a lot of water for a week and if that did not do anything call so he could prescribe antibiotics. (Despite i insisted to start the med right then because the ball i feel in my throat has now over 2 months).Before i was sent home they offered me to make a follow up appointment and they said dont come in the afternoon because YOU ALWAYS WAIT 2 HOURS (So it wasnt just a one time urgency they had back there when i asked them about the delay). Early mornings are the best. Late mornings you have to wait about an hour... so be prepared or save yourself the time and book somewhere else.So a week later and tons of water urinated, i called at 4:53pm to ask them for that prescription to be faxed. Someone answered. I explained. She said if needed to hold. Music comes along. More music. 7 Minutes of music. and then transferred to voicemail we are closed. Of course!! coming from these people i wasnt surprised. They dont give a penny for you, your time, how you feel. Anything. I left a nasty message to be called first thing in the morning. They called me at 2pm next day...
