Receptionist is a snarky witch. I thought she had a bad day the first time I came in, but a month later, nope! Same snarky attitude. Dr Pacheco came off as lacking personality, will see if its different in the next appointment. They charged 600.00+ for using the scope up my nose and used it literally less than 30 seconds total. Initial visit was 1000.00. gave meds that made me extremely ill then when I called about it he blew me off. If things are the same next visit, Ill find a new ENT.

Called their call center bc their google directions were wrong. Got their 10mins late and was told I had to reschedule bc the dr was already running an hour behind. So my 10mins affects him already being an hour behind?

We saw Dr.Marcus at the Glenburnie Location .. Love Love Love him , his bedside manner was the absolute best. He answered EVERY question and concern that I had in regards to my 2 year son tonsils and adenoid removal. The office staff could use some customer service training ( learning to smile more and getting rid of the attitudes - started from the front desk down to the Medical assistant.

Got me in and out quickly. Dr. Marcus was polite and diagnosed me quickly on an issue I have been battling with my primary care for 2 months. Very professional and highly recommended.

Professional office & staff. I met with Dr. Bhagat & she was very thorough, she explained my options regarding my allergies and what her opinions were. Plan on spending an hour or so in the office for allergy testing. Overall great experience!

Dr.Marcus is a great doctor,he is very thorough and straight forward with diagnosing.He helped me get through an issue that no other doctor in ENTAA or any other doctor could figure out.I feel very comfortable going into an appointment with him.He is one of the only doctors that I trust and makes me and my family very comfortable.

Ive used both the audiologist and surgical serves of ENTAA. Have had good results and have confidence in their highly professional personnel.

We were two minutes late for my daughters appointment at the Annapolis location, and they refused to see us. I attempted to call them because we were running late due to traffic from the rain and having pulled over for an ambulance, but no one answered. Her appointment was the last of the day, we were literally only two minutes late. Less actually if you dont count the time I waited for someone to come back to the front desk. I asked if there was any way we could still be seen and they said no. The doctor was still there, but would not see us. My seven year old was upset, confused, and disappointed. I will also note that I have waited over fifteen minutes past my appointment time at this same office, and over thirty minutes past my childrens appointment times. With no apologies given for their lateness.To be so callus towards a child, is inexcusable in my opinion. My family will no longer be using ENTAA Care at any of their locations.
