I made an appointment for my mom for a massage. My mom arrived for her appointment with nobody there. Wellness with Wells was closed on the very day of my moms appointment. She did not call, text or email to cancel. Ive called several times to find out what happened and she hasnt answered any calls. This behavior is unprofessional and irresponsible. It was a horrible experience for my mom and a waste of her time. I dont recommend Wellness with Wells. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where youre an appreciated client!

April is an amazing massage therapist. She is knowledgeable in so many different types of massages from pregnancy massages to sport massages. She is professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need for just relaxing or to work out any kinks they may have.

I have called 4 separate days in a row to ask a simple question about some offers they have. Left voicemails with no response for the 4th time today. Pretty upsetting since their websites booking system only shows on masseuse... and only 2 days to choose from... is this place even legit?
