Greta is a fantastic therapist. She takes the time to understand what I need and we discuss the session plan ahead of time. She is also very skilled with having multiple techniques with which to address an issue. Been going to her for well over a year now and have been very pleased.

Tamaya is by far the best massage therapist I have had. I have traveled the world and have had massages at 5 star resorts that rival her expertise. She is thoughtful and caring. Knowledgeable about her craft and listens to her clients. She is simply amazing.

I have been seeing Michelle F. at the Annapolis location since January, and she is fantastic! She has an innate knowledge of the body and a great sense of humor too. As soon as I walk in she can tell what kind of massage I need just by my posture or demeanor, and gets it perfect every time. My only complaint is that she is so good that she’s usually booked up solid.

The front desk staff is always friendly and answers any questions I may have. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing and I just can’t say enough about my massage therapist Marissa. I was in a car accident in October 2019 which is why I came to massage envy, regular physical therapy just wasn’t helping my pain and muscle tightness and spasms. Marissa did a deep tissue massage and said schedule for a another visit but for 90 min. Well after that everything was relaxed and stayed relaxed. Needles to say I signed up as a member both me and my boyfriend. Now we make it a day out to enjoy our time together.

Michelle was great. I told her about a foot problem that I was having and she knew exactly what to do. The foot is feeling much better.

Liz always delivers! I look forward to my sessions with her… She listens to my needs and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Not possible to get an appointment unless you don’t work during the day. Earliest appointment i could get was six weeks out. Not acceptable.

This is my first ever massage and it was long overdue. Greta was my masseuse and she was amazing. She asked me what I was looking for, and what were areas to focus on. I had a 90 minute massage and enjoyed every minute of it.I plan on coming back next month to help relieve soreness from my workout regimen.

Healthcare workers beware! This location discriminates against healthcare workers regardless if you follow CDC guidelines or not. Apparently they think they’re “experts” on the spread of COVID and make up rules on the fly to deny service. I’m a travel RN who’s been in the state for 3 weeks. Most locations I’ve been to all over the country don’t even care if you’ve been out of state in the last two weeks as long as you follow CDC guidelines (as I always do, duh) but this “special” location with its 19 year old “manager” learned I was a travel nurse and that’s all they needed to hear to deny me service. I’ve been in the state for 3 weeks and their guideline is 2 weeks but that didn’t matter, they saw my home location was out of state and denied me service once they learned what I did for a living. Then this manager calls my home location to ask for my private information and tried to use a past appointment in Virginia as an excuse to deny me service but that appointment was CANCELED and I never left the state. The discrimination continued and she could not give me a proper explanation for canceling my appointment other than she felt like it. Way to treat your healthcare workers.

Ive been going to this Massage Envy for four years and love it! The therapists and the front staff are always friendly and professional and the establishment is very clean and well maintained. I have an ever-changing schedule, and the front staff has always been happy to help find appointments that work for me, and often reschedule when I need to do that too! I look forward to my visits, both massage and facial, and highly recommend this location. If you regularly book massages or facials, it really is beneficial to join the membership program - Ive never regretted it.

I went with 2 friends to celebrate our birthdays. We called a few weeks in advance to schedule, but a week before they called to cancel one appointment saying the masseuse quit. A day before they called back saying someone else could do one. The times were all messed up, lots of confusion and disorganization. In the end they got two of us mixed up after, trying to clarify several times. So the information i filled out went to her ans not me. Neither of us got the body massage areas we requested massaged and got some we declined done. I was offered a free lotion for the confusion, but they were so disorganized they couldnt even remember to follow through with that. Unfortunately, it was also the most unrelaxing message Ive received. In the end we all felt it was a waste of money and will be looking for a different spot for next time.

Subpar massages at best. I showed up 10 min early, massage didnt start till 10 min late, and still ended on time.Spent 20 min on my focus area, which was amazing and felt great, then rolled over and, for some reason, got my collar bone and jaw massaged for 15 min? I wanted neck and shoulders and that happens. Last time Ill be coming here for sure, cancelled my membership right there

Couples massage! The worse experience. I mentioned to the therapist that we were cold and to make the room and beds warm. Turns out both beds did not work! We were freezing the entire time. Not relaxing! I am so upset that we did not leave the minute we were told the beds do no provide any heat! I mentioned to the receptionist our experience and did not offer to reschedule or any type of compensation. We drove 45 minutes to this location! Waste of time! Appointment on 6.23.2018

I came here to use a gift card for a massage....I was initially disappointed by the experience, but management was very understanding and had me schedule to come back. In this regard, I have to say that they have excellent customer service.The next massage was with Olivia, and she was great! She used professional technique and really helped to relieve my problem areas. I was a little confused when she told me my right side is tight, since I felt problematic on the left...either way, she showed me a few stretches that should help me, and suggested that I come back for continued treatment.Overall, I would go back to this location.

I bought a Christmas gift card for a massage 1 year ago and went back the following year to do it again and they told me it was a new customer deal and now I had to buy a membership? I went somewhere else and got what I wanted.

This location is the reason I have not cancelled my contract with Massage Envy.The staff is always cheerful and when other locations are booked except for new customers; the Annapolis location always has available appointments. I have never been disappointed with any of the therapist, on the contrary I have been delighted!

Do not go here. They created a fake membership for me after I paid for my daughter to get a massage and facial. They also stored my credit card number and attempted to charge it. After I called the manager, (Kendall), he lied to me about giving me a complimentary service for my troubles. After I called to confirm the complimentary service, he said that he did not say it. If you go, use cash.

Decided to take advantage of the $49 intro massage...You know the saying you get what you pay for...well, this might be true here. The expereince started with the intake person who was pleasant enough, but it was clear she didnt bother to read the intake form that I had just completed. She asked me questions that I had already answered on the form. She also expected me to discuss my personal needs in the front and very un-private waiting area. I told her I preferred a private space so we went into the more private waiting area-why didnt we do that in the first place?--why isnt there a private space for intake or why didnt we just go into the massage room I was going into anyway?? I made it clear on the intake form, to the intake person, and to the massage therapist that I had injured my knee and it should be avoided competely. Despite this, the massage therapist touched my knee and placed pressure on it. I had to tell her not to touch the entire leg since I felt I couldnt trust her again. In addition, I had requested someone who was more experienced--you guessed it--that fell thru and I got someone who was inexperienced as a massage therapist and as someone dealing with customers in a very intimate setting. When all was done, I will have to say that I felt lighter, but not satsified. When I left, the intake person asked me if I would like to leave a tip. I simply said no and it was very obvious that she didnt like that. I wont be back. There are many excellent, caring, gentle massage therapists out there who Id rather visit.

First time massage. $100 Gift was given to me from my wife, for my back problems. Scheduled a week prior. Took the day off specifically for the appointment. I was asked to provide credit card information so they can charge me if I was complacent and cancelled within 24-hours. I was instructed to show up 15 minutes earlier for documentation.The morning of the appointment (2 hours prior), I was called and told my appointment was cancelled. The massage therapist stayed due to her kids.I called back and the next available appointment was in another week. I was told from Brittany over the phone that, Our Massage therapists are held in high regard. I respect that from a company, but needless to say, I felt very belittled with that comment. I asked if my $100 would be retrievable because the experience was unsettling. I was given a generic response that the company wouldnt allow that. I will be working my way up the chain unnecessarily and will most likely be writing this for no reason, as most corporate companies do not care or value the ideal of CUSTOMER SERVICE as I do.

It was ok.For what the charge however, I was disappointed.

Always booked few months in advance, very difficult to get an appointment, which is not convenient at all.
