9-16-2021- I did a walk-in service for a hour massage. There was a short wait, maybe 5 minutes. I had Amy and she was great. I had a deep tissue massage. The pressure was on point and she asked if she needed to adjust. This is not my first massage as I am a massage therapist myself. She work all of my stress knots without me having to ask her to pay attention to them. Amy kept the same pressure throughout. The only thing I would suggest is to not apply to much pressure to the spin. I expect to be sore for a couple of days 😫. Outside of that one thing, she was awesome and I will be back!

Both women and men are equally welcomed and will find an array of wellness and beauty treatments from which to choose.The Spa facilities are expertly cleaned, and rooms are sanitized after each use. Patrons also have the option of selecting paper sheets.Please stop by for wellness and beauty treatments whilst visiting the Annapolis Westfield Mall. The spa is located near the Container Store and Hallmark near the far end of the mall.The environment is welcoming and relaxing, and the staff are kind. I leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace emotionally.

Fantastic massage every time at a very affordable $59 per hour. They really do great work and you walk out feeling totally relaxed. There is a reason they are the only Massage Center in the mall that survived COVID19, its because they were the best all along. You wont be dissatisfied. They also do feet and leg massages. Try it, you will come back.

I came in today with an appointment for a hour massage at 10 a.m. We started a little late but after 15 minutes of the massage I changed my hour to 90 minutes....she was so good that after my 90 minutes I added the 20 minute foot massage....Ive never had a better massage ....will be back to tomorrow or the next day for another one...was amazing....and plan to bring my husband too...

Ive been going here for years so I guess that tells you everything. They are really good at loosening your muscles. I highly recommend them if you are into any type of sports.

Amazing. Both me ad my husband went. NEITHER of us had any complaints. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, top notch. I suffer from migraines that sometimes go for up to five days and my husband has severe back issues. Berry and Lily found our problems areas, worked out allot of our discomforts and we walked out of there feeling better than we have in years. AND, we slept great that night. I have extremely high standards. I am known or being hard to please.I have absolutely NO complaints when it comes to Healing Asian Spa, Berry & Lily.

When I read the staff was trained to do a lomi lomi massage I had to try it. Lily gave me a wonderfull massage and I have been back several times. She was not available the last time and Tina recommended Ying. I was shocked to find that she was equally well trained and capable. This place is 5 star when you consider the price. Tina also deserves much credit for her administrative portion of the business.

This review is based on customer service.If I could give this place zero stars, I would.So I go to check out this place to test it out for myself and future events for my business. While reading the sign, I was constantly stared at from inside by one of the employees (whom insisted on digging in her toenails) sitting at the window. When I went in to get a price list and a ten minute shoulder massage, I was told that I couldnt have one because I couldnt afford it. I was then asked to leave. At first I assumed that I perhaps I had arrived too late. However, seeing that it was an hour and a half before closing time, Ithen proceeded to ask (again) why I could not receive a massage. The hostess then says that I did not look like I can afford a $10 massage . The only courteous thing that they did was when they held the door open for me to walk out. One should never make an assumption on how much someone can afford.

They’ve been there for 9 years already. As I know most of their business come from referrals. I’m a big fan of this place. I told all my friends to try it. Guess what, they all love it and become regulars. I don’t understand why the previous post left one star without even had a service there. Seems like that lady only gave one star to all business she went to. I encourage all reviewers please be honest and helpful to other reviewers. If you are not sure good or bad? We give this place a try after walking around town. massage therapist was very professional with massage techniques, we did come 30 minuets feet n one hour table massage. Well worth the money spend. Recommend for everyday since was very clean quiet spa. We can’t wait come back soon!!

Ive been a customer of Healing Asian Spa on and off for quite a few years, dating back to when They were Healing Hands Touch. Ive had massages at all kinds of places - chains, private LMTs, strip malls, and the like, and the ladies at Healing Asian Spa always provide one of the better massages.Although the space is small, they recently remodeled the inside. Gone are the curtains that used to separate rooms, and now there are not-quite ceiling height walls. Some of the rooms are equipped for Ashiatsu (back walking) if you are so inclined.Their VIP package is excellent, and it vaults Healing Asian Spa to the Best Deal in Annapolis Mall category. Yes, there is an initial outlay of $50.00 for a 1 year VIP, but you can make that up within two visits (based on regular prices). With the VIP, you can also get warm-therapy, which includes a hot pad and hot stones for a little bit (not a full hot stone massage, but a 3-5 minute session where the therapist uses them on your back). A one hour session with the warm therapy costs $52.00 on VIP. For non-VIP, it would be $68.00 (Acupressure Massage) or $78.00 (Enhanced Detail massage)The therapists that Ive worked with are all excellent, and can handle anything from a light touch Swedish-relaxation massage to serious deep tissue work. Although I have found a favorite there, my experiences with Wendy, Sara, Ella, and Helen have all been top-notch. Ive also had the pleasure of working with the owner/manager (Tina) on some situations, and she has been responsive and worked with me to make sure I got the specific massage and style I was looking for.The only potential drawback of Healing Asian Spa is the occasional language barrier, but if you are clear with your preferences at the front desk, they will make sure the therapist understands and gives you the massage you want.

Have been coming here for over seven years. Introduced many family friends and gifted one hour massages. I like a strong intense massage, until I got what I asked for. The lady was great at her craft. My body was unable to take the ultra hard preassure I requested. Reflexology is a must. I found tender points in my feet I never knew existed. And yes, I use my coupon card to get points. However so, if I did have a bad experience at Healing Asian Spa, I would look at the individual employee. Not the Spa.

What a great massage! Whats more is how helpful the receptionist was in helping me find the place. Its kind of tucked away in a corner next to a major retailer and kind of tough to find unless youre looking for it. Prior to my appointment they texted me pictures of the storefront and mall directory. Very thoughtful of them.

This place is usually good, but I just had a terrible experience.Im a pretty regular customer - Ive been here maybe 50 times over the past 6 years. Some of their masseurs are better than others, but theyre all solid. Except today.Today, I had a 30 minute massage with a masseuse who had little to no idea what she was doing. At the end, I very discreetly explained this to the woman who runs the place. She told me, Sorry. Its [that masseuses] first day, and I havent trained her yet.What?! She explained the masseuse had worked somewhere else for three years, but is brand new at this place. This woman personally trains all their staff, to make sure they are good. She hadnt gotten to train this new masseuse yet. Basically, she had no idea if the masseuse was any good, but was giving her customers anyway. And now that I was a dissatisfied customer, all she kept saying was, Sorry, its her first day.I explained that I dont think thats right. Im paying the same amount regardless. Customers expect the business to have confidence in their masseurs. This lady clearly had no confidence in her first-day hire, and did not care at all that I knew it. Nor did she care to do anything about it. Maybe I was too nice, and a tantrum would have gotten me a refund, or even a future discount to make up for my full-price payment on terrible service. No. The message was clearly, We had no idea what the quality would be, but you already paid, so we dont care.A sub-par massage is one thing. Sub-par customer service is entirely different. Im left very annoyed, as this is a place Ive enjoyed for years. But if they dont even have confidence in their own staff, then neither can I. I wont be going back.

Well... That was a fierce and extremely good deep tissue massage. Reading some of the other reviews, maybe I lucked out--but my massage was great. The lady did just what I asked her to, paid attention to my trouble areas, and really did a good job. I was a like skeptical when I walked in, but Ill definitely go back.

I’ve been going to this place for the last four years. Reasonably price, super nice, and amazing work. My only complaint, not enough to downvote, is that the customers don’t know to keep their voices down when they first come in, a little distracting but tolerable.

I am hoping that writing this doesnt make it so I cant have my regulars so I wont list names. I have had back issues for over 16 years and have had massages at most places in central and southern md. In addition, I have had many in other states when I visited them. There is one other massage therapist that I found that finds the knots and issues that you didnt even know about until they worked on them. I found my second person who does that here. She is amazing and I tell her the areas to focus on and she finds things I didnt even know were issues until I feel the relief from her. They are amazing and a great price here. I highly recommend trying this place as you will not be disappointed!!!

One of the best massages Ive had. Went in with a sore and stiff back/neck. Left feeling very relaxed and my muscles loose. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the rooms are just separated by curtains and you could hear some noise from the waiting room and even noise from the mall (screaming kid at one point). I will note I was in the first room, so maybe if I had been farther back these sounds would have been muffled. Regardless, I would still go back because of the quality of massage and very decent price ($60/hr).

Visiting & needed a massage. Was loving for couples massage and took a chance at this place. We were skeptical cause it was inside of a mall but wow they did an awesome job. I have chronic shoulder & back pain and we workout alot. We were tense and left out loose. They dont offer couples massage the rooms separated by curtains. I like how they ask about problem areas & intensity of massage. The lady I had did a thorough job for my 90 minutes, I wanted more.The massage was what I expected as I had a lot of knots & tight muscles. When I am in town I will definitely come back!

My husband had some really bad back pain. He wasnt able to sleep well because it. By chance, we stopped in to see what was possible. He got a 20min massage and he came out like a new man. She was able to work out all the knots. He sleeps like a baby for months

Healing Asian Spa scratched all itches that I didnt even know. I normally take hour long full body massage here, sometimes for relaxation, others for deep strong work to break knots on my back. And I always walk out the place like a brand new person.Some staff speak mainly Chinese & little English but no problem at all for them to accommodate whatever pressure you like & areas you want to focus on ~~Language barrier is not a problem, Skillful hands is the key~~They are so good with their hands (guess that is why they called Healing Hands before) & they are the sweetest professional Chinese masseuses. I can felt every knot in my shoulders pop and loosen up.It was really a full hour full body from head to the toes detail treatment. Honestly, nothing to complaint about!! This is a cozy local convenient massage place in the mall. Nothing fancy just straight up massage all your sore spots and fix your pain. Big time agree with the other reviews: it worth every penny you spend!

Hesitant to get a massage in the first place I never the less scheduled an appointment at Healing Asian Spa. I am glad I did. My job is at times quite stressful and I often find myself knotted up so to speak and have lately begun to have headaches after a stressful day at the office... After my first massage ( a 90 minutes session) my stress was gone and I felt that every muscle was loose and able to function without soreness. This will not be my last massage.A very professional atmosphere permeates the entire Spa and the staff is courteous and respectful. The spa is clean and very relaxing. Every aspect of the Spa to aid the client to enjoy the massage and to relax and let the strain of the day drain from his or her body. It was indeed a wonderful experience at Healing Asian Spa and I look forward to many more relaxing massages.

Love Love Love this place! A hidden gem. I always just walk in and do an hour massage at least once a month. I have had a variety of the staff women there do my massage and they are all GREAT! Have never tried any of their other services but will continue going here. You should check it out. The one downfall is the sheet walls between rooms, which is fine except when newbees come in the front they are talking all loud and dont realize everyone getting a massage can hear their loud self. Doesnt honestly bother me though.

Btw, they changed name to Healing Asian Spa now bec they add more services. Anyway, I love this place so so much. Hope they will stay here forever. I need it! Ive been coming here for 90 min body and foot reflexology for almost 8 years, but Ive never left a feedback before. I think I should give honest support to such business that always work so hard to keep high quality of their services...great price, excellent service, sweet staff.I was suffering from sciatic nerve for many years. I was first referred to this place by my physical theapist who was a regular here. After the first visit, I fell in love with this place. Every session I had so far was phenomenal, especially Sarah, Ying, Jenny are all the best at finding my problem areas. All the staff are so friendly and caring. I feel saved from pain at this place. I brought many of my friends here and they all love their treatments.Ohh~~ another highlight about this place is they can take group of people at same time without reservation. I always go there without an appointment and never had to wait. Will continure coming for another 8 years at least.

I was really excited for my massage today because I work on my feet and really needed it. When I arrived I was asked what parts of my body needed attention and I might as well been talking to a wall as none of these areas were focused on.I paid $70 plus tip for a 60 minute massage (30 on feet and 30 on upper back) that was cut short by 5 minutes on each 30 minutes period.She spent more time putting my feet in water and taking them out and drying them off than she did on my actual massage. She put them in the water bucket that was lined with a trash bag three different times.Then when I specifically asked for attention to my upper neck and upper back area she started by climbing on top on me and using her knees on my lower back for quite some time. I found this painful.When I mentioned these things to the lady up front she was argumentative and her answer was sorry. I wont be going back.
