I started working with Dr. John Aaron Wolfe in October of 2020 when I had sciatica pain, I choose to work with him given his background and experience with Crohns. Since working with him I not only am pain free, but I follow the nutritional advice. I have lost over 100 pounds, my disease is in check and now I go for follow up alignments and keep my relationship with him because with each visit, I learn something new, I feel solid and am grateful for his expertise and guidance.

Dr Ziegler is Annapoliss best kept secret. I’ve been to several physical therapists in the area and he is by far the best. He’s extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how much to push and when to let off. Don’t expect a lot of stretches and counting, his approach is whole body strengthening. I like the fact that you’re not seeing a different physical therapist each time you go which can get confusing. His assistant Leslie and the rest of the office staff are always awesome to deal with too. The fact that you can schedule online is a big plus!

Elevate Life has been an absolute life-saver! As a new mom with a colicky/gassy/reflux baby, I was at a loss in finding a solution for his constant crying and discomfort. If you have arthritis in your knees, you need to schedule an appointment with Dr. Johns ASAP! He has been needling my knees for a few weeks and, for the first time in YEARS, I am walking without a limp and I am pain free! I started at Elevate Life during my second pregnancy because I had severe(almost crippling!) pelvic pain. They used a combination of chiropractic care, physical therapy, and massage therapy to help me manage pain during pregnancy and heal the issue after I delivered. The exercises I was given not only helped to strengthen myself during pregnancy, but also helped prepare my body for labor. I went from a 24 hour active labor with my first child to NINE hours for my second! My recovery was quicker, and with their help I was able to rehab my pelvic pain and get back to exercise postpartum. I love Elevate Life!

Dr. Johns and his staff are the best for pain relief! They always understand where my pain is, what is causing it, and show me great exercises or stretches to do to help. I WISH I HAD COME IN SOONER! MY KNEE PAIN IS COMPLETELY GONE!I had been having pain on the side of my right knee (ended up being IT Band Syndrome) and tightness/lack of flexibility in both hips for quite a long time and didnt do anything about it. Whenever I did leg work at the gym, took a jog, drove for too long or stood for too long I would have throbbing, sharp knee pain that would never really subside and pretty much any movement made it worse. Im 19 years old so I just figured I would heal from it eventually. Well, eventually never happened so I ended up going to see a physicians assistant at a doctors office who just gave me pain pills and told me not to exercise as much. Being someone who is pretty active that was not an option. So after a few weeks I finally had enough of the constant pain and decided to see what I could do to stop it. The number one recommended solution was to see a chiropractor so I looked up best chiropractors in the area and Elevate Life came up first! I saw all of the amazing reviews and couldnt resist getting on the phone immediately. The receptionists were so kind and helpful and set up an appointment for me with Dr. Wolfe for a few days later. When I got there the staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Once I met with Dr. Wolfe I told him what I was feeling and answered a few of his questions and he immediately knew what was going on! He was and has been very professional, kind and knowledgable. At the FIRST appointment he started treatment and the success with my knee pain only went up from there. Working with Lily has also been awesome, she is so patient, friendly and willing to help! After a few follow ups, I can now do all the leg workouts and running I want. Ive also learned a lot about how my body ended up in pain in the first place and how to strengthen it so that I stay pain free.Moral of the story: If you have pain and are hesitating to see a chiropractor, stop hesitating, come here, and they will take great care of you!

For pregnancy... pediatric... and everything in between! I started seeing Dr. Johns during my first pregnancy for SPD pain. Him and his team worked wonders for this pain as well as SI joint misalignment and low back pain with sciatica. Postpartum he worked to correct my diastasis recti issue. Additionally, at 2 months old, my son was diagnosed with torticollis which was keeping him from turning his head to the left. A few visits with Dr. Johns and he was showing significant improvement. His work is invaluable for pain relief and non-surgical treatment! As a side note... the front desk staff is extremely polite and efficient. Your time is valued here. I’ve been to other practices... this place is one of a kind!

I have been seeing Dr. Johns and the team for about 3 months now during my 3rd pregnancy. This pregnancy has been plagued with pain in my lower back starting at about 4 months (due to a twisted pelvis, according to the Doc!) and thanks to Dr. Johns and the team, my pain has been well managed and minimized, despite my increasing size and chiropractic option limitations due to pregnancy. Cannot say enough good things about this practice and highly recommend!

Highly recommend for managing SPD pain during pregnancy. I sought chiropractic care with a previous pregnancy and it didn’t help much at all, but Dr. Johns used a very different, targeted technique as well as utilizing soft tissue massage and prescribing exercises for me to do at home. I went from almost being unable to walk or drive to being mobile again. I felt better at 9 months pregnant than I did at 6 months!

I started doing telehealth using the PhysiApp. The app has really helped keep me on track with my exercises. I wouldnt remember all of them without it and Dr. Danielle can see when I complete them. I also can put comments in to her on the exercises in case I have a problem or question. They have been great to work with and really care about my getting better and stronger.

I initially visited Dr. Johns due to ongoing SI joint issues. The whole team took great care of me, and I was doing well on my own for a few months. Then, one morning I woke up in excruciating, radiating pain down my right leg due to overexertion at the gym. I called the office, got in touch with the office manager immediately, and Dr. Johns fit me in for an emergency visit despite a completely full schedule. I got to the office unable to walk, and left that day more than 50% better, coming back every day that week until my pain was entirely gone. Without Dr. Johns and his professional, caring and diligent team, I simply dont know what I would have done. They truly saved me. I cannot emphasize enough that this is the best chiropractic care team I have ever encountered. Very personable. They listen to whats hurting and develop dynamic treatments from there. Some chiropractors just spend a few minutes with you and then thats it but the ones here genuinely care about your well being. The entire staff is super friendly.

I love Elevate Life! Seriously I look forward to my appointments because I honestly feel so much better after every appointment. I started going to Dr. Johns after seeing on social media that my CrossFit coaches were seeing great results. I used to get really bad migraines and after a couple of appointments with adjustments and dry needling I stopped getting them regularly and now I haven’t had one in almost a year! I became pregnant in January and I have continued with regular chiropractic care at Elevate Life and I feel great! I have very little back pain and when I do it’s because it’s about time for my next adjustment! I’ve been seeing Dr.Johns for a few years and his care has always been phenomenal. I recently started seeing Dr.Leslie for PT to help with Vertigo I’ve had for over 2 years. I’ve seen multiple doctors and a few specialists, yet was never given answers or have seen results. After 3 appointments with Dr.Leslie I am already noticing a huge difference. I first came to Dr. Johns for pain I was experiencing after an accident. He reached beyond standard protocol and also revealed and treated the underlying causes of some chronic pain I was experiencing as well. His detailed and thorough explanations, and willingness to address any and all questions, made me feel empowered in my own healing and supremely confident in his care. After suffering from a poor and painful latch with my newborn for many weeks on one side I was at a loss of what to do and nervous it would hinder my ability to breastfeed for much longer. I highly recommend Dr. John to anyone who has been dealing with pain, discomfort or injury.Ive had five surgeries in the past seven years (Back, Shoulder, Forearm, Elbow, Nose, Knee), with most of my injuries stemming from long-term injuries sustained in college sports, but some have also been freak accidents. Ive spent the past seven years experimenting with different solutions to my chronic pain and limited range of motion, seeing Orthos, Doctors, PT specialist, alternative medicine doctors, chiropractors, etc., all with very little results, therefore I went in to see Dr. John with an open mind, but low expectations.I went in to my sessions with Dr. John with my first priority being to eliminate the pain and numbness in my elbow when gripping a bar/rope. After one month/six sessions I performed a squat clean with no pain for the first time in four years. I was shocked as I have been so used to the pain! I still have some work to do in regards to discomfort and weakness but Ive been very pleased with his professional approach, honest feedback, in-session explanations and RESULTS!! My next priority is a long-standing issue with my Back/Sciatica/Calf nerve. Based on my results so far with my elbow, I am confident that, over time, he will help me get to pain-free living. I continue to remind Dr. John that he should identify himself as more than just a Chiropractor - his ability to use many different modalities is what sets him apart.If you are someone preparing for surgery I would recommend a visit PRIOR to having surgery to get his professional take on your particular concerns. Dr. Johns and his staff are absolutely incredible! About 3 weeks ago I came into his office with a dull ache on my right side ribs/diaphragm area that other doctors and specialists couldn’t diagnose. Dr. Johns treated me and now 3 weeks later I am feeling so much better. The pain spread to my back and my left side and with each new issue Dr. Johns was able to help. He and his staff are so nice and professional and really care about your issues and well being. I can not recommend him enough!

Dr. Johns is incredible! I injured my shoulders (both of them) about a year ago. I kept putting off getting help, hoping that they would heal on their own. Since then, anytime I lifted overhead I had a lot of pain. But after only two appointments I have been able to lift overhead with nearly no pain at all. I have no doubt that after another appointment or two, I will be fully functional. I love that Dr. Johns is more than just a chiropractor, he also does massage, cupping, and dry needling. When I was feeling nervous about working with a new doctor he helped alleviate my worries by explaining in detail the methods he used to treat my lower back pain. I highly recommend Dr. Nick DiMichele! And Krystal and the office team are warm and welcoming. The office has a soothing vibe, as soon as I walked in it felt like a spa. I also have a lot of respect for Dr. Johns dedicated community service to support the Roberto Clemente clinic. This is a center for healing and helping those in need. My husband and I took our daughter to see Dr. Johns when she was just a month old. She had misalignment issues due to her position in the womb and was born with torticollis. This led to difficulties with nursing.We are happy to say he was absolutely great with her, even when she was crying nonstop! After just a few sessions she is now able to nurse successfully! Dr Johns has a complete practice. He is an excellent diagnostician and you can see him take great care at finding the source of the issue. He has multiple techniques and provides therapeutic homework in his PT facility. An excellent option if you are looking for a change of care or tackling a new issue.

Dr. Johns helped me through my third pregnancy. My baby was breech and I had pretty bad lower back pain that made it hard to walk comfortably. After my first treatment baby flipped and I could stand and walk with no pain. He was able to give my back relief throughout the rest of my pregnancy- and I love how he explained everything that was happening, and how his treatment was helping. My delivery was smooth and easy and fast- and I believe Dr. Johns treatment helped with that too. All staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Johns is very knowledgable. I highly recommend his practice!

I was curious if Dr. Johns could help me after a fall 3 years ago resulting in an unplanned hip replacement that was still painful despite 100 PT visits. Our daughter used him during her pregnancy but I had no idea of going outside the medical norm. However, the prospect of pain relief was impossible to pass on. Dr. Johns is very committed to managing pain in the most compassionate and holistic way. In addition to quick relief, he listens to you and educates on how the various body parts must work together. He is also realistic about the partnership between doctor and patient, but you feel like you have the tools to push forward. P.S. I like the Motown music on Thursdays!

I just finished treatment for a back injury and could not be more happy with the treatment and healing time! Dr. Toth was awesome and gave me follow up exercises to continue to strengthen the muscles and prevent further injury. Dry needling was like a miracle after I initially injured myself and I cant suggest trying it enough. The office staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. They worked perfectly with my insurance as well! If you have an injury or have continuous aches and pains give them a call, youll be wondering why you didnt call sooner! I seriously could have saved myself a few days of misery.

After seeing four different doctors, a friend recommended I see Dr. Johns for a shoulder impingement. On my first visit, he walked me through, step by step, on reasons my shoulder was causing me pain. He listened and answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process for healing. Was not a fan of chiropractic care based on a previoius experience with another office. Started seeing Dr Johns for tightness rested to exercise and being a desk jockey...shoulders and back. I started going to see Dr. Johns around 32 weeks pregnant. The initial reason that brought me in was sciatica pain and carpel tunnel in both wrists. After the first appointment I felt so much better! I continued going 1-2 times per week for adjustments and I seriously look forward to every appointment. When I mentioned that my baby was breech, Dr. Johns told me he could help with that too. He did adjustments and gave me exercises to do at home. My baby flipped at 38 weeks! I would highly recommend going to Elevate Life and seeing Dr. Johns especially during pregnancy.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Johns and Elevate Life Clinic. I usually drove 35-40 min for each appointment and it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Johns not only works to relieve the pain you are in, but to get to the root of the problem. Would absolutely recommend, and even though I have moved out of state, I will absolutely be back.

Dr Johns is personable, easy to talk with and answers questions thoroughly. I actually enjoy the time with him during my treatments. He was treating me for pain in my knee. When I stood up after one of my treatments, the first thing out of my mouth was How did you do that? There was no pain. I recommend him to many people and will definitely be back for the next issue that arises.

This office is exceptional in all they do! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for assistance with muscle or skeletal concerns.

Seeing Dr. Johns has been life changing- Ive learned more from my visits with him than I have in the last couple years, in regards to some chronic symptoms and pain that I have experienced. Hes very thorough and knowledgeable!

Dr. Johns has treated me with the NAET treatment and has cleared me of my yeast allergy allowing to get off of a very strict diet that I had been on for years! He is now working on other sensitivities on me and both of my sons. This treatment has been a life changer.

Dr. Johns is amazing. I went to see him after struggling with recurring headaches for over a year. After two treatments my headaches were completely gone! He is now the only chiropractor I will see and the only one I take my 4 year old to.

Dr. Johns is an amazing chiropractor who I trusted with my treatment from the first visit. He worked with me throughout the duration of my Ironman training. He treated my knees, back, feet and shoulders with adjustments and dry needling. I could not have crossed the finish line without him.

I wish I could give Dr.John and Elevate Life ten stars! I had shoulder surgery almost three years ago and have had issues with range of motion, soreness, pinching, etc. ever since. Couldnt raise my arm to my head without a pinch and struggled with instabilities with workouts. After just ONE visit with Dr. John, the pinch feeling went away. Thus far, my experience with Dr. Johns has been great. He has helped to mitigate a significant amount of pain after I suffered a low-back injury, and expedite the recovery process as well. I recommend Dr. Johns to anyone struggling with daily aches and pains.

I started seeing Dr Johns because my shoulder had started aching and it had become virtually constant after a couple years of doing CrossFit. I initially thought it was my rotator cuff or bicep tendon. I explained that I was willing to scale back but really didn’t want to stop working out altogether. Also, I was not interested in having any surgery no matter how minimally invasive. Dr Johns indicated that he could help and after reviewing my MRI it was determined that I had arthritis in my acromioclavicular joint or AC joint. This was good news, Dr Johns was able to examine my mechanics and the way I had been lifting in order to determine the root of the problem. Using multiple therapies including dry needling, message, natural anti- inflammatories, laser, and stretching exercises Dr Johns was able to reduce the inflammation. He then provided me with an exercise regimen to strengthen the muscles that would help correct my form when lifting weight overhead or pushing off the ground.Dr Johns is professional, thorough, and attentive. He worked with me to help me get back to my fitness regimen. He accepted my BlueCross insurance. I would highly recommend Dr Johns to friends and family, especially before considering other therapies.

Dr. Johns has helped me with everything from headaches to lower back pain to tenonditis in my elbow. In addition to helping address the issue he helps me understand why he uses certain techniques in each sitaution.

I can’t say enough good things about my treatment with Dr. Johns and staff. I had a ‘frozen shoulder ‘ a couple years ago and physical therapy took a few months to fix it. Now it’s the other shoulder, and In two sessions I had as much progress as a month of PT.

Dr. Johns is simply the best! He is a great chiropractor and has tons of experience in fixing lower back pain.
