As usual we have had a very positive experience - from a wide selection of frames to detailed fitting, quality products, and suggestions to help us choose something flattering. The trees again have leaves, road signs are crystal clear, and a stranger asked where she could get glasses like mine ( we referred her to McNelly). The small repairs and adjustments have been helpful to us over many years. Our family would not go anywhere else for our optical needs.

Pam Lauer worked with me and made recommendations to help me with new progressive glasses for the computer with a special blue light protective coating for my eyes. She took her time to make sure i got the right frames that work for my lenses that also look and feel great. She also helped me upgrade four pairs of existing glasses with new lenses to match my updated prescription. She took the time to work with both me and my mom on our new glasses. She was absolutely wonderful. We have been customers of McNelly Optical for years and highly recommend using them. Their expertise and experience in the industry are outstanding.

After fifteen years with another optician I decided to give McNelly a try. It was a very pleasant experience and I was even more impressed by their attention to detail. They were not satisfied until I was completely satisfied. Having worn glasses for over 50 years there wasnt too much more for me to know; or so I thought. They discussed the proper way glasses should fit as well as the best way to clean them. They even ordered a new lense for my frame because they werent satisfied by the fit. Thank you soooooo much Ed & everyone at NcNelly! I tried 10 places before getting to you guys- I have an 87 year old needing glasses since he broke his frames. He just got released from the nursing home froma stroke- He is not easily mobile & an extreme fall risk. No one else would agree to do anything without him coming in in person, no matter what I said. Every other glasses 👓 Dr/ store would not give me any hope of anything to work with. They said he would have to come in in person to be measured, etc.there was no hope or help or reassurance. This was the 1st & only place out of about 10 actually offering real help. They not only helped me but also the same day!!!!!!I am still amazed. They helped when no one else would. Another great experience at McNelly Optical! I tried McNelly after several failed attempts to get a correct fit due to my tricky eye situation. I have had several glasses prescriptions filled their in the last 5 years and each one has worked out perfectly. They work hard to get each pair of glasses just right.

I cannot thank the McNelly staff enough. I took my 88 year old Grandma to her eye doctor appointment in the Sayjak building and went right up to the 6th floor to get her new glasses. We just happened to catch the team on a slower part of the day and we were seen immediately. Suzie was very kind and patient and professional with my Grandma. Suzie let my Grandma peruse at her own pace. She sat us down at her little desk and pulled out their new iPad technology to take pictures of my Grandmas face in order to measure down to the millimeter for her glasses. It was quite the scene but it was worth it. We paid for half of the glasses then and Suzie said see you in two weeks. One week later, Grandma had another eye appointment and she said lets just go upstairs and see if the glasses have arrived! They did! A week early! They fit perfectly and Suzie again could not have been more kind in assisting my Grandma.If you are in the Sayjak building and you are short on time -- head up to the 6th floor and go see Suzie and her team! No need to make a special trip to the mall.Disclaimer: they do not have the amount of options you would find at LensCrafters. However, their stock is sufficient to still have options.

They had the half frame reading glasses that I like and that are so hard to find nowadays. What I really appreciated is the way I was treated, like this is a health issue, a medical issue, and I am a patient. Instead of just some guy buying a piece of hardware at a department store. The optician took note of how close set my eyes are. She volunteered detailed instructions on how to clean the lenses properly to prolong their life. I felt that when she was talking to me, she was focusing on only me, and nothing else. I gotta refer my wife here.

I have worn glasses since I was eight years old, quite a long time of different experiences. McNelly was a once in a lifetime occurence. PAM presented me with many frames till we found the most becoming and then suggested a new lense that was the lightest, thinnest I ever used. I plan to always use McNally! Thank you, Diana W.
