My husband and I both had appointments at the same time. We saw Dr. Corner. She was the best eye dr. That we have ever seen. Her staff was super friendly and efficient. They navigated our tricky insurance effortlessly and told us exactly what was covered. All of our questions were explained well and patiently. The stellar service was extended on the retail side as well. Best eye experience we have ever had, we would give 10 stars if would could!!!

Dr. Coyner was outstanding. Very thorough and professional while remaining friendly and open to questions/concerns. I was promptly fitted with daily wear multi focal contacts and I’m thrilled with them. She’s top notch!

Woke up on Independence Day with an eye problem. Everything closed except Lens Crafters at the mall. They made an appointment for me right away with Dr Karen Norman. She was great! They have all the high-end medical equipment needed to take pictures inside my eyeball. Diagnosed my issue, explained everything in detail and then called around to find an Optamoligist who was available on the holiday to see me immediately. Dr. Norman is Very knowledgeable. Extremely empathetic. Helpful through the whole process. Highly recommended!!!!

Got stuck in Annapolis traffic on the way there and was running a few minutes late, they were very pleasant when I called and they said no problem well see you when you get here. Once in, staff was very friendly and our back to back appts went very smoothly.

In 2020 my annual eye exam was on the first day Lens Crafters re-opened following Pandemic protocols and it went well. A year later to the exact date I had my 2021 annual eye exam and was delighted that prior to my appointment I could submit all my paperwork in advance online and when I arrived the check in was very easy. Back are all the optional diagnostic tests. I was seen by Dr. Jaclyn Coyner, who discussed my concerns about my cataract progression, a macular pucker and my new prescription. The retail store technician assisted in my in choosing a pair each of everyday glasses and sunglasses promptly. The entire process took just a hour.

The Doctor and employees provided excellent customer service.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was so pleased with the Doctor. She was so friendly and actually took the time to explain when glasses are actually needed. She also helped me discover that I didnt even need the glasses I was prescribed a few years ago. My vision was blury on the test she gave me with my glasses and normal without. I had a hunch I was prescribed them and didnt actually need them. I would highly recommend this place. I also want to add that the wait to be seen was not long at all.

I sincerely appreciate the high level of care and overall support. Dr. Coyner really takes her time answer all of questions and is to share information in clear, concise terms.

Dr Norman had my paperwork filled out before I asked, she is very passionate about her work and u can tell she loves what she does ,hands down the best !!!

I was please with Doc Norman. I didnt get the doctor that I was told that I would be seeing. I will have to get adjusted to these progressive glasses. Kimberly was wonderful too.

I went into the lens crafters in Annapolis mall because I needed a eye exam and newFrames and lenses for my glasses and new frames for my sunglasses. They were very helpful and followed all social distancing rules for the state of Maryland. I was very pleased with my visit and will continue to use that location in the future!!

Excellent experience. Scheduling online was super easy and quick. Front desk staff was great and wonderful for keeping an eye on my kids during my appointment (no pun intended) Dr. Norman was very friendly and helpful. Prompt with the appointment and explained the differences very well.The staff at LensCrafters was awesome as well. Quick to see if I needed help. Kayleigh was super sweet to me and my girls. Glasses were ready in less than an hour and I couldn’t be happier.

One thing I noticed during my visit was the staff was so personable and helpful, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. This was a perfect visit from start to finish. I recommend this practice and I will definitely continue getting my eye care from this Lenscrafters.

Dr Karen A. Norman is nothing short of AMAZING❗❗❗She is a great opthalmologist. Last year she caught an issue with my retina in time, which although I needed surgery to correct it, had she not did the in depth check on my right eye in her office that Saturday evening when I went in, I could of lost vision in my right eye and for that I am forever grateful and will not go to another opthalmologist as long as she is in practice.

She was super professional, friendly and incredible detailed with my questions! Can’t wait to take my daughter there too, with her only! :-)

This is the second year in a row I visited Dr. Norman’s practice and the second year in a row I had a truly exceptional experience. The appointments never feel rushed and the front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Having a LensCrafters next door is conviennent for filling prescriptions after the appointment, but the real reason I come is because I trust Dr. Norman and her team to take care of my eyes. I’ll keep coming and I feel very comfortable recommending the practice to friends and family.
