Zachary was amazing. Super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Walked out same day a pair of Rx glasses and a pair of Rx sunglasses at a great price. It was a busy day and he was basically a Lone Ranger helping everyone with a smile and care. He spent extra time making sure I got the best price.

I stopped in at this location since I was in the mall. Didn’t have my vision insurance card with me so I asked the lady in the eye exam section to look up my information during that time the lady working in the same section was looking at me all funny, don’t know why. She kept whispering to the lady whom was helping me. Maybe she didn’t think I had insurance but I have great health insurance. I reported her to Ms Dee and MS Dee assist me. I picked out my frames and was told my frames would be ready in 2 hours (4:38pm) I did some errands in the area to kill time. I go back to pick up my frames at 7pm and the sales lady said there machine has been down and no on contact me at all, wasting my time for 2 hours in the area and come back to hear my frames aren’t ready. Poor customer service and communication to customer. I received a discount on my frames but my time was more important to me. The same day service didn’t work for me. I just want to pick up my frames and be done.

Came in to get my glasses fixed and they fixed it with no problem! They were super polite too.

Zachary was extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable no matter how many glasses I tried on . He explained gradients and colors making sure I had the exact look I wanted . I bought two pair of designer glasses today . Give this man a raise and promote him !!!!!!

Zachary was a joy to work with. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He assisted me in choosing the best eye glasses and sun glasses for me. My glasses were also ready in less than 2 hours. The pick up proceedure was also great, fast, with friendly customer service. I will have all of my families glasses made here moving forward. I even got a great sale!

I literally only came in to have my glasses tightened that I didn’t purchase from this company and they were soooo kind! They did it for free and even cleaned my glasses! So quick and easy I’m glad I stopped in here while I was shopping because I was so tired of my glasses slipping off my face! Thanks again for being so quick and great!

After enduring an awful year long experience with another optical shop (who sold me very expensive, progressive, designer eyeglasses’ that I continue to have issue with), I am so glad that I casually strolled into this LensCrafters while shopping at the mall. The experience was 5-star from minute I walked through the door. Monti, the assistant manager, was helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. It was clear that customer experience was atop of mind for her! I was able to get a same day eye exam appointment and was equally, if not more, impressed with Dr. Coyner. I explained my previous optical experience and the fact that I am in the beginning phase of a medical issue that can potentially worsen my already poor eyesight. She provided me with so much education regarding medical condition and retina effects. She performed an eye exam that was very thorough and thoughtful. She is definitely my new optometrist and I will be referring to to EVERYONE! I’m super impressed and very happy with all of the service I received. Can’t wait to pick up my new specs!

Friendly staff, limited but overall good selection of frames. Doctor was thorough and informative during my exam. The store was able to make my glasses within 1-2 hours which was awesome.

Terrific help from Demetrice, who understood what I wanted in a frame and offered appropriate suggestions. I was fussy but she was patient. I took plenty of time to make up my mind and never felt any pressure. Another associate also pitched in as I was trying to make up my mind. The two associates were cheerful, good-humored, and knowledgeable.

Brought in my sunglasses and prescription readers for repair. They repaired both pairs at no charge while I waited! Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I have been to this location on two separate occasions and each experience was wonderful all-around. The first time around, coming to them with no prescription and broken glasses, they got me in to see the eye doctor and got my lenses ordered the same day.Lovely helped me the second time around and I really appreciate the time she took with me; I know they were busy and I am not the only one! Its not every day I buy glasses or deal with insurance and she really helped make things easy to understand. I left confident that Lens Crafters (especially this one) is the place to go for glasses!

Staff was friendly and explained all the differentProducts for the glasses. Transitionals, polarized etc. You should have signs posted stating any glasses worn or touched must be set aside, to prevent confusion. Otherwise this was an enjoyable experience. Martina was an excellent representative .

I have shopped at the Annapolis, MD location twice, and she went beyond the call of duty.She helped me purchase a second pair of glasses without even stepping in to the store. This has been my go to lenscrafters for years. They have always been respectful and proffessional. When my partner had issues with the Glen Burnie location, the store market manager who helped us here went above and beyond to get us the help we needed and find out why glen burnie didnt have a glasses perscription on file but had a contact perscription. 100/10 will always recommend

Recently went to this location to have prescription lenses put into a pair of frames I already had. I was told they could not use my frames because... I think the term he used was drying. I stated that it seemed like a scam to get more money from me and we both chuckled. I ended up having an unpleasant interaction with the manager, which I will accept about 80% responsibility for. However this turned out to be in my favor as I decided to take my business to another location where they switched out my lenses without any problems. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location which is unfortunate because I’ve always had positive experiences with staff and they have a great selection of frames. My past experiences is why I’m giving a 3 star rating and not lower. I’m looking for recommendations for a new business to patron if anyone knows of any.

Thorough eye exam from a very kind and competent doctor.

We had a hard time finding my insurance coverage. The staff at Lenscrafter Annapolis patiently worked with me to retrieve it in every possible way. It ended up as a small overlook in data entry. They were very accommodating and made the whole experience less stressful. Based on this visit alone, my business stays with you. Thank you again.

Your price of $200 for both frames and lenses is very good for an in-store purchase as opposed to online prices.
