Just a all around great place & costumer service. This place has help me with my teeth and has done things that other places couldnt or wouldnt... most definitely will be goin back...

I recently had a routine appointment with Dr. Nasir and Nikki. It was a great experience. I felt like I was a priority and that they were very interested in my dental health. I explored several options with them and they educated me on the tradeoffs and helped me make the best decision. I highly recommend them as best in class dental professionals and caring people.

My family went in for a routine cleaning—three of us ended up having cavities. After having them filled, my brother and mother had to go back after their fills due to pain (3 visits total). I cannot speak of their fill nor follow up appointments, but my experience at this practice (specifically for my cavity fill) was awful.The dentist and assistant had a full, casual conversation over my open mouth, leaving me to feel as less than a priority during my procedure. Then, when it came to “correcting my bite” I immediately knew/felt more drilling was done than necessary. Three of my teeth has been shaved until they felt completely smoothed out (i.e, no ridges) and as soon as the numbing solution wore off, those teeth were highly sensitive and the pain has been prominent. Additionally, the spaces between each tooth are extremely sharp.I have yet to go back because I do not feel the care provided by this practice is adequate (as 3/4 member of my family have had severe tooth pain following what should have been standard cavity-fill procedures). Due to my apprehension, it is now a few weeks later, the pain has not subsided, and my tooth is now loose. I will be booking an emergency appointment with a different practice, and I would not recommend this one to anyone I care about.

I am quite impressed with the quality service, state of the art equipment and excellent and efficient dental work. I have my teeth cleaned and was fitted for a mouth guard. No more Gooey gel for the mold. The fitting was done with an electronic scan wand. Also a cavity was discovered in an eye tooth. They were able to address it, and repair it on the spot! it looks so much much better too! I highly recommend this office!

Katrina had a wonderful energy and I really enjoyed the conversation...it was fun. Dr. Nhu was special today...so sweet and patient with me...I knew I was in good hands! Everyone here is very professional and kind. They are holistic which is very hard to find in Maryland! The dentist we see is so sweet, patient and very efficient. Caitlin is an excellent hygienist who is efficient but also cleans in a pain-free way! Excellent care all around.

This place will try to rip you off every step of the way. They were paid by my insurance company but then came back to me and said that they were never paid, trying to get me to pay full price out of pocket. Not only that but the fillings I got here fell out a couple months later. This is a shady practice and I will be reporting them to the attorney generals office. Reply to owner: the issue was not my insurance company. I finally had to pull a detailed record of all payments to you from insurance to get you guys to stop sending me bills ( which kept coming for over a year despite my calls to you telling you that you have already been paid). Good idea trying to disparage this review by saying Im not a customer though ... Kudos. I dont want anything else from you all. Now you just gotta deal with a bad review. Stop trying to rip people off

Went here for around two years before deciding to leave after I saw a pattern of pushing for unnecessary dental work. They are very nice and incorporate environmentally friendly products and approaches, which appeals to me and originally attracted me to them. However, things went downhill when a different dentist they employee started pushing unnecessary work. They initially told me I should get a filling (Ive never had any cavities in my life), which I said I wanted to wait on taking action on. But what raised red flags for me is when they then told my son he should get 3 fillings as well. I decided to see my wifes dentist for a second opinion for both of us, and they didnt find anything that warranted fillings on either of us and were surprised at Annapolis Green Dentals diagnosis. Just be forewarned if you decide to give them a try and dont be afraid to ask questions and ask for a second opinion.

I love this practice! I started coming here about 2 years ago when looking for a more holistic dental approach. Today I saw Dr O and Nikki and they are an amazing team. I needed a crown replaced and this was the absolute best dental procedure I have ever had. The office is so nice and peaceful too! I recommend them to all my friends.

My son and I went in and I shared some of my fears about dentists and everything with the staff. They were all very gentle with my son and I and they did so great with my little guy! Very pleasant experience. I really appreciate the holistic and friendly approach of this office. They were able to get my two children and I seen within an hour’s time. The hygienist was very kind, gentle and thorough. She gave me a menu to choose my own healthy polish which was really neat. It left my teeth feeling nice and clean. I wanted a green holistic dental practice that was close to home, so I did a google search and found this one. Their holistic philosophy is in line with mine, and several of the free products they offer at the front desk are ones that are similar to ones Im already using. I was thrilled to learn that they can replace the abutment and crown Ive had for 10 years that Ive never been happy with, and that the implant itself will not need to be replaced. Keeping the implant intact and replacing just the abutment and crown will greatly reduce the cost of the procedure. Everyone is friendly and professional. Very happy to have found this practice.

Annapolis Green Dental was an overall great experience. From the moment I walked in the staff treated me with courtesy and were very friendly. I had forgotten my insurance card at home but they were able to find out my information regardless. They brought me back for my cleaning which was efficient and expedient. The dental technician was very nice, as gentle as could be while still cleaning my teeth thoroughly, and informative. Dr. Gena Schultheis (Dr. G.) and her staff are consistently professional and pleasant. Ive been a patient for about 5 years. Dr. G. is my first green dentist and its been great to learn about non-toxic/holistic ways to care for my oral health.

Such a disappointment. I will never go back to Annapolis Green Dental. I was so, so excited to find a dentist that was a part of the holistic movement! After my first cleaning, I was sold! So, I signed up for their form of insurance to help defray the cost of the six metal fillings I wanted to get redone with resin. After the first three were done, it took three months for my mouth to heal from sensitivity. I went into their office twice looking for answers as to why my teeth were so sore. Id never had a reaction like this to a filling before. They couldnt help me. Finally my teeth started feeling better and then TWO of the fillings chipped. So, I had to get those two redone, one of which was much bigger than the first one they did. A week after, I went back to see them and find out why I was in so much pain. Again, they couldnt help me. After three weeks, I finally went for a second opinion. I needed a root canal. I couldnt even drink room temperature water. My gums were swollen and I couldnt chew on that side of my mouth.The first thing the second opinion dentist said was These fillings are too high. Annapolis Green Dental didnt check my bite well enough. After nearly six months of pain, I now have to pay $2500 for a root canal and crown.I regret ever going in their office. And, the worst part? When I called to ask for a refund to help pay for the root canal, their office manager was talked over me and didnt let me finish my sentences. Rude. Refused to listen to what the second opinion dentist had told me.My advice? Stay away. If you need fillings replaced, see someone else.

I have been a patient since they opened. They are always very professional and accommodating. Ive gotten fillings, crowns , and two bridges and I wouldnt t go any where else. They will work with you and make sure youre happy and do whatever it takes. Kelly and Dave are awesome! The staff have become my second family and my daughter looks forward to our visits!!

We are so happy that we made a change to Annapolis Green Dental! We were frustrated with some of the policies, procedures, costs, and recommendations from the standard dentistry community. I was looking for a holistic and natural dental practice that was conscientious of overall body health. Dr. Gena and all of her staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. My husband had an issue after our last general dentist did a root canal, and Dr. Taylor corrected it and alleviated any further concerns. I have had a cleaning and 3 amalgam fillings removed through a safe, effective, and painless process with AGD. They are gentle and attentive during all procedures. The office is organized and neat, and runs according to schedule. The staff caters to your needs, is extremely knowledgeable, and explains all procedures and options. They suggest healthy and natural products for overall health. We have told all of our family and friends about this wonderful team at AGD.

I called, they got me in straight away and I was able to enjoy the holidays without a single problem from my tooth! I will not go anywhere else! I hadnt been to the dentist in over 10 years because my last dentist did not do a good job and I was having a difficult time finding a practice that embraced my granola girl values. During my initial visit (cleaning and x-rays) i found out I had been clenching in my sleep and had to have 3 teeth crowned, a few fillings replaced and a night guard made. They worked with my limited insurance and gave me the pricing up front, less than I had imagined. It was a total of 6 visits. The staff was amazing! Even though the lab got my crowns wrong twice, they handled it with grace and made the experience as easy as possible. Thank you ladies! Ill see you again in 6 months for my cleaning.

To be honest, Im never thrilled to go to the dentist but I found my visit to Annapolis Green Dental very easy. The people who work there were very welcoming and the building and dental room was warm and not clinical feeling at all.

When you walk in, the office is very clean and open. They offer all natural products and have quite a few samples of products to try out. The dentist I had was very friendly and professional as well as the dental assistant.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for any kind of dental work done in the future you will not be disappointed and you might even actually look forward to your next experience with them, I know I will. Dr. Schultheis safely replaced my toxic mercury amalgam fillings that have been bothering me for years! She and her team went above and beyond to have me relaxed and explained the entire process as they went. ALL my questions and concerns were addressed. I was impressed that they even gave me recommendations for doctors in the area that were for other concerns other than dental as well as a great supplement store in the area that had effective homeopathic medicine that helped my recovery. I was glad to see that they know their stuff and gave me information on detox protocols since I had mercury in my system for years and it will take time to get out. Their kindness and professionalism makes me look forward to my next appointment without dread. That being said I believe that the industry should move toward less invasive methods and look into The Dental Diet and Cure Tooth Decay. Actual healing. Other than knowing that drilling causes major damage to the tooth, my experience here was by far the best customer service I have ever received in Maryland! I am so glad my mercury amalgams are OUT!

I recently had some fillings replaced here and had a great experience. They numbed the area just enough where I didnt feel anything during the procedure and I didnt have a numb face all day either. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth coming here!

Where to start?!! The facility was clean, bight, Eco-friendly, they even have a fireplace! The staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and was able to answer all my questions I had about my teeth, mouth and gums. Dr. Schultheis was very patient with me and was gentle on my teeth. I highly recommend this practice! Before you leave make sure you get some candy! Yes candy! (it is sugar-free, but delicious).

My kids saw Jen today and what can I say? She was absolutely wonderful. She took time and I could tell she cared. The office reminds me of an exclusive day spa...Doctor Nhu was super sweet and made my son feel at ease and let him wear his ear buds while she worked on his crown. Besides the professionalism, the best part about this office is the AVAILABILITY. It took me 14 minutes to get her from Severna Park, and I would have had to wait 21 days to get another dentist to perform the same procedure. If youre frustrated with your current office, please try this one, you will not be disappointed. They do pediatic... 5 and up and all types of work. The staff is organized, professional, and experienced. They answered all of my questions, explained everything needing work, and were on time for all of my visits. Having had some pretty bad dental experiences, I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

Major problems with the billing department. I requested to have my records sent elsewhere over a year ago. My husband remained a client. I just received an un-itemized bill for services performed on my husband, as delinquent. Services billed- to me- not performed on me- not authorized to be billed to me-as delinquent. My husband and I have separate medical records and always have. As far as I can tell, this is our individual PMI and should not be disclosed or billed to another party, especially since no liability documents were ever signed.Additionally, when trying to move forward and solve these issues, understanding that billing departments sometimes make mistakes, I was spoken to in a very belligerent manner by the office manager, Kelly. I would not have taken the time to write this negative review had I been treated in a fair manner to politely resolve their mistake.
