The staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and they listen and understand any concerns You have. They are all great in their jobs and it makes going to the dentist a pleasure. I trust them totally with taking care of my teeth. The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable.

Everyone here is so kind and compassionate - I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled and root canal and had a lot of anxiety before -Dr Bonnick, Dr. Scarupa/CT put me at ease and made the procedures pain free. Dr. Val/Brandy/Debbie are all are amazing as well - always explain everything and give you all the options, happy to answer any questions I have.

Very disappointed in the time management. I had an appointment and didnt get seen for almost 50 minutes after the appointment time. This is not the first time that Ive had to wait longer than my appointment time. Plus you have to book your appointment way early and sometimes they change it and not contact you about the change. Im very disappointed and disgusted.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Scarupa and I was pleasantly surprised since I’ve had bad experiences with prior dentists. He made me feel at ease and took the time to explain what I needed done and was very thorough. I normally suffer with anxiety and nervousness but didn’t experience either one with him. I would highly recommend him and his asst. CT who was also a real pleasure and made me feel at ease.

Ms. Autumn Gerres is very caring person. She is very professional and super informative and let me know everything that she was doing and why she is doing that. It really put me at ease. She is the BEST Hygienist that is ever worked on my teeth.

Dr V @ Dental One has been my dentist for over 10 years since I moved to Annapolis as a middle aged woman. She and her staff have always been fantastic. Thorough in ensuring my dental health without overselling yet being sure I know my options. They get me in reasonably quickly when necessary and keep me on top of my dental health. Thank You Dr V and all your great staff.

Let’s start with the good. The receptionists: Very nice. The dental assistants: SO lovely. The dentists are a miss or hit, mostly nice I’d say.As for the bad. The dental hygienist. I’m don’t remember her name but it’s one that had her spot on the left side (if you are facing the reception desk). My experience was horrible. She welcomed me and seemed serious, which is ok with me. I’m introverted and quiet so I prefer not a lot of conversation. When we got to her area she wanted to make small talk but it just didn’t feel sincere, but this was still not so bad. The part that started bothering me is when she started asking me about my medical history out loud . Mind that those patient areas are pretty much like cubicles. I don’t care for other people listening about my medical details. Then the worst part: I’ve had many cleaning in my life. Never had such a painful one in my life. The worst part is that I was flinching and giving obvious signals for her to slow down, but she was relentless. I really left angry (hiding my feelings) but left with the sensation that she might be straight up sadist. The cherry on top was the aggressive selling for their “sonic toothbrushes”. I almost guarantee that she gets some kick backs. She said “our prices are really reduced and you won’t find them anywhere” — I quickly grabbed my phone and checked amazon for the same one and guess what? The price was 1/2 on Amazon for the exact one! Ugh, this is not the only thing she offered but I rather end this review here. Bottom line: watch out for this hygienist, truly not recommend, at all.

A well run business. Everyone was kind and considerate in their care and Diane was extremely considerate and sensitive with me while taking teeth xrays first thing in the morning - she showed me how to remove the bite wing immediately after I heard the beep so I wouldnt gag

I am very happy that I chose Dental One Associates of Annapolis. My sister recommended them to me and I am not disappointed. The service was awesome. The staff very friendly and accommodating. I can honestly say that I never thought a person could doze off during a cleaning, but Debbie was so good, taking her time, explaining everything as she went along with the process. I would definitely recommend Dental One Associates of Annapolis.

The staff was very friendly. I came in for my appointment and was seen right away. Dr. Val assessed my needs and created plan made just for me. The staff made me feel really comfortable. Any dentist office makes me very anxious but they made feel at ease.

Scheduled two appointments for an exam, was told I needed to reschedule so the doctor could leave early. Understandable if this is a one time thing. Rescheduled for an earlier time. I was told I needed to reschedule again. Rescheduled again. Went in for my exam and was given a list of the recommended treatment plan for my next appointment. No explanation of what any of it meant. Googled it- decided I didnt want it all done. Went in for my next appointment which I thought was a cleaning and a filling. They only scheduled the cleaning. So I would have to come back a third time within 3 weeks. I told them I only wanted the typical cleaning. Was told I may have to get everything done. Told them I would leave if I was forced to do anything. They said it was fine to just do the cleaning. Left feeling annoyed. Scheduled my filling appointment. I was told the day of the appointment that I had to reschedule for an earlier time. AGAIN. Im assuming the doctor wants to leave early. I said no. They rescheduled me for an earlier time anyway. I said please cancel the appointment that I didnt make after they sent me a text wanting me to confirm it. Meanwhile, they were the ones that cancelled my original appointment and made it for a new time without me approving. I work in healthcare- and I dont understand why people are this unorganized, this confused, and this naive to think that patients will just go along with whatever they they tell them to do. Its a waste of time- and after a month of scheduling and re-scheduling, all I got was a cleaning I could have done on my own. I never write reviews, but when my time is wasted repeatedly- something needs to change.

I came across them by accident, in need of an emergency procedure. They took me pretty much straight away. Made me very comfortable (Im a total dental chicken) and Dr. Grant and her staff worked their magic. They are now my dentist, and Ive recommended them to my grown children and friends. ((Even so Dr. Grants name isnt on the door, shes really there!))

Every visit was explained in full by the staff and Dr. Tong. We always felt very welcomed and the energy in the practice was always positive (in the orthodontics area:) They were all very knowledgeable and punctual during appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Tong and his amazing staff!!

I give the office itself a 3-4 star rating, because it can be a bit more organized, & the receptionists can be a bit more pleasant & professional. However, Dr. Tong was the orthodontist that did my 😬 braces. He was nothing short of AMAZING!! He was very kind. He’s also very knowledgeable, and great at his craft. I absolutely LOVED my results. Would recommend!! I would rate him 10/10 for sure.

Ive been going to this office for almost 30 years. Always pleased with the cleanings and procedures. For more significant issues, they have worked well with the oral surgeon. Currently seeing Cheryl for cleanings, and she does a very thorough job. It is also convenient to have a periodontist in the office for routine exams. Would (and have) recommended the office.

Been going here for years! Dr. Val is amazing and so friendly and attentive. Dr. Scary part recently did my root canal and I can’t speak more highly of him or his assistant CT. A little pricey but a great practice to patronize!

The front office staff members were not professional - they always had patients / customers got held for several times in one phone call, and wiped out appointments without informing patients / customers. The attitude and tone was rude and impatient.

Experience is ALWAYS GREAT. Professional, very friendly, the young lady at the sign in desk always greets me with hello Mr Green, she remembers us and the personal touch lets me know that I am more than just a customer but moreso family. She is to be commended.

UPDATE 11/18 -- I ended up calling the office manager. She told me she received my e-mail and asked the receptionist to call me to reschedule -- never got a message. I guess they only tried to reach me once, supposedly. I basically repeated what I had to say, and its done. Of course, I would never go back there. I ended up going to Goodman Dental -- very customer and patient-focused practice.UPDATE 11/18 -- they say below that they have tried to reach me several times by phone. I can assure you that I have not ONE message from this place. Again, UNBELIEVABLE. Why should I be calling you? Feel free to try me again...UPDATE 11/3:. STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM DENTAL ONE...UNBELIEVABLE!!UPDATE 10/16: I sent a message through Corporate and STILL have not heard from anyone. The most disappointing customer service Ive ever seen. If you look up my last name in the Annapolis location computer, you should have no problem finding me... Im not holding my breath on being contacted.I made an appointment and showed up on 8/31. I gave my insurance details ahead of time -- thinking they would check my benefits before I got there. I sat down and the tech was going to proceed to take 16 bite wing x-rays and a panoramic. I asked her if Im due for that and is it covered? She did not know and proceeded to go up front to check. I waited for over 40 minutes while they were trying to figure it out. I asked her how much it would cost if it wasnt covered. They couldnt tell me that either. When I left the receptionist said they should have my insurance verified the next day and they would contact me -- never heard a thing. The next day I sent a message through the website telling of my experience the previous day -- never heard a word. Very disappointing!

Dr. Khleif just placed my 3rd implant , and Dr Fooksman has done such a good job making them look perfect. The hygienists are very good and i have seen Elizabeth and Cheryl and they are both great. Very glad with the dental / ortho services - I love the dentist who has worked on my teeth for dental and my Invisalign this last year.However, the office staff is often unhappy or in a disgruntled mood. When you call it seems they are doing you a favor.The big reason for the 2 stars - BILLING!I had a dental bill listed to go to collections for $50 despite the fact that I had been in their office in the last month paying hundreds of dollars to pay off my Invisalign. They said they sent one notice to my house (never recd). I asked why they wouldnt tell me given I was just in the office. They said I was in for an ortho appointment and the billing person upon my departure would only see my ortho chart & not my dental chart.FUN FACT - I have only seen a dentist when I go into the office (he is Invisalign certified) so not only would I have no idea to check with an ortho department but as a customer I would not know they completely split this up in that way.This is RIDICULOUS. I know any system is always more complicated than it seems but the fact that someone cant double check to see if anything is outstanding upon departure is just poor customer service.I dont think they appreciate what a bill going to collections can do to someones credit. Let alone a background check for someone who works in the financial services industry or other industries.Fortunately, I am not traveling but if I was, I very well could have not recd this courtesy call / voicemail. And even though I have an appointment in 3-4 weeks, nobody would have flagged this for me.Very disappointed that this happened after I spent thousands of dollars (all paid off) in the last 6 months.

I had a very good experience with my daughter orthodontist. She got her braces off and her teeth are beautiful!

Debbie let me know what was going to happening during my visit. She was friendly and warm. She explained the procedures as she started them. She answered my questions and gave me a choice of which dentist to do my review since my regular dentist was off that day rather than making that choice herself. She was gentle during the cleaning procedure. I would recommend Debbie to everyone.

Dr Val is the best! Her assistant (I’m drawing a blank on name, so sorry) is also a credit to the Annapolis office. Both are very professional but set you at ease with their personable style. I honestly have never felt more of a connection to my dental health than I have since becoming a patient there. Thanks to all at The Annapolis office for making dental care something not to dread!

This is a wonderful dental office. Every person on the team was very knowledgeable and super nice! I went for my 1st exam and they were able to fit me into the schedule and get a cleaning done 5 minutes later. That saved me so much time, thanks guys! The orthodontist was great as well as the dentist Eric Fooksman. Also Cheryl, Summer, Sherrie and Beth were all wonderful 👍

My husband and i both go to Dental One Associates in Annapolis and have been very happy with our Dds/hygienist. Dr.B and Jen are great! Jen is thorough, and very knowledgable. She ALWAYS has a fantastic attitude and greets you with a smile. She is very warm and caring, and we wouldnt go to any other dental hygienist! She is amazing. Dr. B, is also fantastic. Explains what she is doing, which is important for nervous folks! Both Jen and Dr B are gregarious and engaging and make a great team.

I recommend these folks whenever I get the chance. Dr. Val, Jennifer and the nice lady who did my x-rays (Im sorry I cant remember your name!) take great care of me. And if you need any specialists, they have them in house. One team, one chart, everyone on the same page. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this crew makes it so much better!

My experiences at Dental One in Annapolis have always been exemplary .The friendliness of the staff (Maxine especially) and the dentists, specialists, and technicians make it a joy to visit (I cant believe I am saying that about a dentists office). Dr, Bjorklund (Dr. B.) is highly skilled and great with explaining the process from start to finish and asking me if I have any questions. She is always mindful of affordability issues. thoroughness, and personalized care. Katelyn, her assistant, made me feel welcome as well and is an excellent complement to Dr. B. I highly recommend this team and this business.

Dr. Fooksman is wonderful dentist. I got dentures recently very pleased with service. The staff was professional and all appointments I had no waiting. Explained all procedures and did not try to convince me to do things out of normal. Made suggestions but I made final decision. Appreciated all the attention to details. Would recommend him to friends.

I am very pleased to hear from a coworker the results of his appointment. He was very apprehensive about going for his cleaning. This individual is a cigar smoker and his teeth were stained. Lets just say he was very dissatisfied with his last appointment and with the individual who performed the services. He stated the employee was very unprofessional and he was belittled. Fast forward to today 01/31/2018, My coworker called to say he couldnt have been more pleased with the services he received from Elizabeth. He stated she was the best. She was professional, thorough, and and very courteous. The reason why I am writing this review is because we have the same insurance carrier and I have to send my family to this office as a provider. I am pleased to hear the positive feedback and wanted Elizabeth to get the recognition she deserves!

Dr Val did my lower teeth in a day procedure a couple years back and she was incredibly conscientious and diligent about her work. She is also very friendly and will take the time to explain everything...2 or 3 times if you have to! Yesterdays appointment was a cleaning where she removed the entire bottom device , cleaned it and my implants and then screwed them back in. She counts as she goes to make sure all screws are removed and replaced. ❤️Dr Val.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I’ve always had a great experience- as far as going to the dentist goes. I’ve never had to wait too long and everyone is friendly. The waiting room and dentist rooms are pretty nice too.

The dental hygienist was so sweet and friendly to my little 3-year-old and explained everything she was doing to make her feel comfortable. Both times I’ve visited the office I’ve been very impressed and would recommend it to anyone! Especially those with little ones.

The staff, office and dentist were fine. However, I could not reschedule a cleaning appointment for SIX MONTHS due to an unexpected event causing me to have to cancel the scheduled teeth cleaning. I was supposedly put on a well call you if we get a cancellation list, but was never called. Since I was in a dental HMO, I had no choice but to go without a cleaning for the entire time. So this is a buyer beware situation - know what you are getting yourself into prior to getting irrevocably linked to this office...

I just love Dr. Val! Shes a professional denist with a fun personality. Im anxious over anything needed besides a cleaning and Dr. Val does her best to ensure Im as comfortable as possible.

I have been going here for the past couple of months and I have loved this place since! The staff is polite and personable. The wait times are not bad and everyone is nice enough to let you know what is going on. Ive had Dr. Fooksman as my main dentist I have seen and also been there twice for a cleaning. They were accommodating to my needs and all my appointments have been very quick and easy. All the staff is well trained and and I usually hate going to the dentist but they have always met all my needs and made the appearance a pleasure.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Khleif to discuss a procedure I need to have done. He was warm and welcoming, and very thorough. He took time to answer my questions and was very assuring and patient. His assistant was very friendly as well. Because of this, I would give a review of 5 stars.However, when I sat down at the end of the appointment to go over paperwork and make my payment, the lady who checked me out seemed extra abrasive and annoyed. She presented me with paperwork that said insurance doesnt cover it, and that my out of pocket was about a $1k. I was a little taken aback (at my insurance, not at the office), and asked if there was a payment plan. She said there wasnt and asked me to sign the paper saying shed gone over it with me. I signed it, and then she presented me with a brochure about a credit account to make payments. I asked if I could just take it home and apply from there, and she said she had a tablet that I could apply for it immediately. I said not right now and asked to make an appointment for a cleaning instead. She said something into her headset and abruptly got up and left. When she came back, I wasnt aware that she was talking to me (as she had just left the desk when she was talking into her headset) and I apologized when I looked up from the brochure to find her glaring at me. I made the appointment for my cleaning and left.I dont know if Im supposed to feel ashamed for not having a thousand dollars at my disposal or wanting to take time to come home and talk to my husband to move forward with a plan, but thats certainly how I ended up feeling.

Despite having much anxiety about my scheduled procedure (2 hours involving extractions, bone regenerative material and denture placement), Dr. Khleif helped put me at ease. He is an excellent periodontist who takes the time to explain things well. My trust in everyone there was validated. Highly recommended.

Hello my name is Ms. Golden dental one is good!Dr. Val assistanthelped me with my impression and was pleasant.

Dr. Khleif called in the afternoon to see how I was doing after my gum surgery. Very pleased with a follow up call.

They are ALWAYS behind. I showed up at 11:50 for a noon appointment, wasnt seen till 12:35. Then sat for another 10 minutes in the chair before the doctor showed up. Then he saw me for 5 minutes and was done. Then, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my follow up to be scheduled at the front desk. This is not a rarity. My normal cleaning appointments are always 30 to 40 minutes behind as well. This has been the case for the last 3 years at least. The doctors, hygienists, and facilities are very nice, so its sad to be frustrated every time I leave. But the scheduling is terrible. Just try to schedule less patients if you cant keep to the schedule honestly.

Overall I have to say I am very happy with Dental One. Theyre dentists are really nice. I did however need some work done and was giving a price. I called back to check what portion my insurance covered and was giving a smaller amount then the initial quote. I was quite pleased with the smaller amount. It seemed too good to be true so I called back a couple days later and the smaller amount was confirmed so I booked my appointment. I had a great experience with the appointment and when I went to pay I was charged the smaller amount. 2 weeks later I received a bill for the difference between the price I paid and the initial quote. After talking to someone at the office I was told I could not have my follow up visit until the difference is paid. I explained I didnt have the money and hardly seems like it was my fault. I was told just put it on a credit card, which I responded I know I can put it on a card but why wasnt I told there was a balance when I paid the bill after the appointment? She really had no answer. I need the work done so I have no choice but rearrange things and pay the difference. It makes me think if I get more work done there will there be more mysterious bills to appear. We live in a world where most people have to budget for something like this and to be quoted a price multiple times, pay that amount and then receive a bill catches you off guard.

The staff and Dr. B were absolutely outstanding! Everyone was very personable and attentive. Dr. B. was very knowledgeable regarding my tooth issue and she walked me through all my viable options. She was also very mindful of the affordability aspect and offered me some cost saving options to consider. At no time did I feel pressured or misled. Thanks again for a great first time experience! I will definitely be back!

Best Dental office I’ve ever been a patient of, so helpful that every specialist is all in the same office. From dental to oral surgery to ortho to periodontist to you name it it’s all covered here. The staff at Dental One could not be kinder, more sympathetic if they tried. I have always had a great experience with them, and, like may others, I really dont like dentists. Fortunately I have very good teeth and am sure they will always take very good care of them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Val for over 3 years. I was 100% happy with her service until recent events which has led to my decision to move on from Dental One Associates. On Dec 2nd with no pain, I was told I would need a crown. On Dec 16th the crown was completed. Once the pain medication ran out I was in a tremendous amount of pain during the holidays. I reached out and the team did a great job getting me in for a follow up on Jan 14. Dr. Val said sometimes a procedure like this could “poke the bear” meaning where there was once no pain, now had pain due to the work that was done. She prescribed a refill on pain meds and said next steps may need to be a root canal if the pain continues. For reasons outside of my knowledge from that date on quality of service and overall regard for my well being decreased. I called a couple weeks later saying the pain had not ceased and I was now using over the counter meds which wasn’t helping very much. Val’s assistance Beth let me know they would refill my prescription and I would receive a call for next steps once Dr. Val spoke with another Dr to consult. Another 2+ weeks went by yet no follow up call. I then again ran out of pain meds as the pain worsened. I call back this Monday, Feb 10th (which is now almost 2 full months of pain). I know it can get busy so when the front desk member (name starts with a T.) said she would have Beth call me as soon as she could I understood. That was around 9:15am. Around 2pm I called again due to my pain level. T. said Beth was now at lunch but she would be sure to let her know that I called again. Well Monday came and went. I am now waking up crying during the night due to significant pain. On Tuesday I try to hold off as long as I can without pestering the office and made it to 2pm. No answer so I call back at 4pm. T. forwards me to Beth. Beth is friendly. I tell her the amount of pain I have been in the past few weeks. She checks calendar to schedule a root canal per Vals recommendation. It is not until a full month away in March but at least it is scheduled. She also assures me Dr. Val will fill my prescription before end of business. Well that night, which was yesterday, 8pm rolls around and now I feel like I’m going to pass out from the pain. My husband doesn’t know what to do. I call my pharmacist for an update on the prescription only to find out it had not been called in. I leave a voicemail for dental one at 8:30pm that night. I express my concern for poor service and care. I do the only thing I can and take now 4 Tylenol pills for the pain to cease. Who knows how many pills I have taken in a course of 24 hours. Absolutely well over the recommended amount. 7:30am this morning I receive a voicemail from T. that she has spoken to Dr. Val. I call back and was told Dr. Val will fill my prescription when “she can get around to it”. This was a new contact. With the amount of pain I have been in since December that was the last straw for me. I called back. Spoke with Beth on what steps I would need to transfer my paperwork to a new dentist. I also asked before leaving how would I be notified that my prescription had been submitted by Dr. Val. She said I would be notified when the prescription was “filled” by my pharmacist. I said that’s not what I asked, I asked when would I be notified that the prescription was “called in” those are two different things and last night I was under the impression it was already called in per what I was told. She could not give me an answer. I think it is absurd to disregard a long standing patient with a need. I feel unheard with a sense of “out of sight, out of mind”. I am Project Manager and manage over 75+ clients. I understand time management can be challenging however I am the type of person that does not leave my office until the last email has been responded to. In this case until the last prescription has been called in before ending the day. I am extremely disappointed with the diminishing level of service over the past month. The service started on Dec 2nd. Why am I still in pain and in limbo?

I have been with this practice for 20 plus years and had a very good experience yet again today..this time with Pat..great bedside manner! Procedure not fun but care was great.

Good luck getting a cleaning appointment. Although they are happy to cancel your appointment, they apparently book cleanings six months in advance so it is not convenient to reschedule if you have other things on your schedule. If you are a new patient, dont expect to have your teeth cleaned that day either. The dentist does little more than look at your x-rays and didnt even put a tool in my mouth to feel for smaller, superficial cavities.

Im giving this place a 2 for the stark contrast between the office staff and the doctors. Ive been in 4 or 5 times for various things and the staff is routinely cold, abrasive, and lacks knowledge for even the simplest questions.Also they have no emergency line, so if there are any major issues with surgery you could be on your own for up to 4 days (I personally had to send multiple emails and leave a message BEGGING for them to get back to me regarding the severe amount of pain I was in), and thats IF anyone gets back to you. The woman who works the surgeons schedules did not respond to any of my emails, nor was she even there during the business hours described on HER OWN ANSWERING MACHINE. Also, she is the only person who schedules for the surgeons and only works there once a week. The rest of the week you have to try to get a hold of her at another office. Why cant they hire someone to be there week-long??? Youre better off going to the emergency room. But why should a paying customer have to deal with that!? Especially when their services can run into the thousands!In contrast, the facilities are clean and all of the doctors/surgeons assistants were wonderful. My doctor was also very nice and shared a lot of information with me. My surgeon was pretty good too. Unfortunately though, because of how awful everyone in the main office is, and because of the surgery mishap and the fact that no one seemed to care or be held accountable, I can only give this place a 2. Either they fix the issues with their office staff or I will be finding another dentist.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Long story short, this practice will lie to you in order to get more money. For the full story, keep reading...I recently took out my own insurance policy for dental. I was happy to see that this practice was close by work and was under my affordable HMO plan. I scheduled an appointment and came in for a general check-up. After 30 mins of waiting to be seen (despite being one of the first people there that morning) I proceeded to have an hours worth of x-rays and being poked and prodded before being told that I wouldnt have a cleaning that day. I had repeatedly said that I wanted to come into the office for a cleaning and the one scheduling the appointment never said anything to the contrary. I have since let this part go after hearing from many friends that this is standard fare for your first appointment at a dentist. But the next part got my blood boiling...I was then told that since I had deep pockets I would need to have deep cleaning doing for my teeth instead of a generic cleaning. I didnt understand because after going to my previous dentist for 20 some years I have never heard of this before let alone had to get deep cleaning done. I proceeded to ask why I had to do get it done and they repeated because I had deep pockets. When I objected they said that this was the only way to get my teeth cleaned. When I asked for a generic cleaning, they refused to give it to me. I found out that the deep cleaning would be $300+ out of my pocket in order to get it done. After arguing for a generic cleaning and being refused, I left frustrated and upset.I proceeded to come back and request my records for my old dentist (the one I have seen for most of my life) to take a look. First they requested $15 to release my records to which I refused to pay for my own medical records. I was glad that they waived the fee because all they did was print my images on a piece of paper. I requested that they give me a copy of the digital images and they refused and would only send it to the other office via email. After another request for my medical records and another waived $15, my old office received my medical images.Guess what... my old dentist took a look and confirmed: I didnt need to get any deep cleaning done. My teeth were perfectly healthy and didnt need a deep cleaning.Needless to say, stay away from this practice. They are not looking out for your best interest only for your wallet. Dental One, I hope you read this and change the way you do business. What youre doing is wrong and I hope you change before it gets worse.

This dentist office is a great place for adults and children. The dentist is gentle and the staff is very professional. I promise that you will leave with a smile.

Moving to the area I was nervous to find a new dentist office. But the idea that I can handle not only general dental needs but also Invisalign in ONE office is a major win. When I walked in I was having a rough morning, the staff from check in, to check out were SO pleasant. I know I made the right choice, thank you!

No one likes to go to the dentist, but I love my dental team! They are pleasant, efficient, and do a great job! Would recommend to anyone, especially those who really dont want to go to the dentist!

This place is awful!I had an appointment at 8am on Wednesday. I showed up and they had no record of my appointment. The lady at the front desk told me there was an appointment at 2:20 pm. There was not an appointment! I took an entire day off of work and didnt get my cavity filled!. I came back the next day 20 minutes late and they told me I missed my appointment! I gave up an entire day of work for their mistake and they cant give me 20 minutes... the reason I was late was because I was trying to catch up from missing work the day before. The manager was an awful person with no people skills! If my company had messed up like hers did, I would do everything I could to make it up to them. She was a complete jerk! Please dont go here. And as you can see from these other reviews, the staff in the front are terrible people. No skills and shouldnt have a job.I will continue to write negative reviews, email the company, write to the paper until I receive an apology from the manager of this department. I wasted a whole day for her, because of her employees mistake and she cant give me 20 minutes??? Awful!

DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH CJ!!! I have never met a person so incompetent and lack customer service skills. My daughter needed teeth extraction and no one informed me that I needed a referral from the Primary Dentist. Not only did she blame the orthodontist department of her error, but she didnt bother to fix her mistake. I went in twice and hope my daughter teeth would be extracted, but now we have to delay her ortho plan because I have to go to a competent oral surgeon scheduler. While I was talking to her she had to answer her cell phone and I had to hear how the assistants get paid. This ridiculous.

Great experience! Ive been going here for years, love my dentist and my cleaning tech! Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE BEWARE!!! Dr Val is a joke! I have great teeth and never had a cavity til I was 23 yrs old. My first visit she told me I needed a root scaling (deep clean) so I trusted her and agreed to it. My gums have receded since then and I have alot of sensitivity now. I also had a cavity on my back top molar. She filled my back molar and Ive have sensitivity problems since. She kept telling me it was normal to be sensitive... but 5 yrs later I went to another dentist who told me I needed a root canal due to a crap job filling. I was devastated. She will ruin your teeth just to get you back in the chair! Wish I could give a negative review.

I just move to Annapolis Maryland. So I was checking the place for my furniture dental appointment. And all the stuff are very rude 😒. Star front the lady is on Front desk 😑. I never come back!

BEWARE. Not happy. Called because my husband had broken a tooth and needed the root pulled out. Explained the situation. Asked if they could do the extraction. They made an appointment for the next morning. We arrived, they put him in the chair then took him for a panoramic X-ray. Reseated him and gave him a slip of paper and referred him to an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon couldnt see him for 2 weeks. Why didnt they tell me that they were unable to extract the root the day before when I called? There is a certificate/license on the wall for an oral surgeon on staff. My experience has been in the past that a dental office will make an appointment for you with an oral surgeon immediately. They could have done the customer service for the patient if they could not handle the extraction. Why should we have to pay for an office visit and X-rays that were not needed only to be referred to another dentist?I phoned a dentist office in the area that I had used for a root canal a year earlier. I explained the situation and asked who they would refer us to for the extraction as my husband was in pain and could not wait the 2 weeks for an appointment for the oral surgeon that Dental One had referred us to use. Not only did they remember me, pulling up my records, but they called and made an immediate appointment with an oral surgeon for my husband. Now that is customer service!!!We phoned our insurance company and filed a complaint and told them NOT to honor any claims that came through for Dental One. They agreed with our decision.

Dr. Sagafi is pleasant, professional, and very friendly with my four kids. She is calm and gentle, and every visit with her is easy and happy. Shes the best.

I didnt even want to give the practice a star rating; deserves a 0 out of 5. I have had many bad encounters with this practice. It all started with billing issues. Before my scheduled procedure, I asked to review an estimate of the out of pocket expenses and confirmed that my dental insurance would cover it. They lied about a lot of things that were covered leaving me with a huge bill. I claim responsibility because I shouldve double checked with my insurance. When talking to the manager about the poor service from the office staff, she was very argumentative and did not take my feedback as opportunities for staff growth. I went back a few months later to give them another chance, they lost all of my dental records that I had with them and said theyd call me back when they found them.... Its been months and I still havent heard from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE... Get them out of business!!!!

For me, this clinic is not recommendable! I always arrive on time but I always end up waiting past my appointment time! And for 2 services that I had, they sent me letters 6 months past the dates of service saying that they were unsuccessful in resolving claims with my insurance. I called my insurance only to find out that they never received claims from Dental one! I want to be as objective as possible but if I were you, I should look at other dental offices instead!

Everyone I talked with for any reason were so nice. Except the receptionist that makes appointments both times I spoke to her she was nasty and rude! It was my first time at this dentist I told her I was referred there because I needed dentures and was told I needed dental surgeon. All she kept asking was which dentist did I want to see (calling them by their names) again 1st visit no clue what names go to what dentist and what they specialized in. And so she made me an appointment. And when I was making an appointment to come back she was just as nasty telling me I went and saw wrong dentist and my insurance probably wont pay for it because the one I saw was general dentist. If it wasnt for the fact I liked the dentist and I know they take my insurance I wouldnt go back.

Everyone has been super nice and attentive. Dr. Val even answered a call from me directly on a Friday evening.

Tried to tell me I needed more work done than I did. I found this out later after going to a family friend who is a dentist. Also, their online help support is not the friendliest... Not a very personable office, seems like they just want to get people in and sell them as many services as possible. I havent gone in over a year and still receive emails trying to sell me products and/or services, even after I tried to unsubscribe.

Would not recommend going here. I had to contact their billing department three times over them having problems filing my insurance properly. After the third time I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed them money.I also had made an appointment for six months out, at the time of my last appointment. I called to cancel the appointment a week before (because of the collection agency issue) and they told me I wasnt in the system for having an appointment. Which was fine because I didnt want it, however, it shows their lack of competence.(Update) My new dentistry asked if I could get my records sent over from Dental One, and when I called I was told I had to come in and sign something saying they can send them or I can sign it and have it notarized :( I can appreciate their care for security, but it is a bit of an inconvenience. The real concern I had is that they charge $15 just to give me my records and x-rays! This just seems like insult to injury at this point. I would not recommend anyone go to this place.

Place is terrible. I didnt grasp the extent of ineptitude in this place until I moved and switched dentists. I went back 4 times to correct fillings, and had to get additional fillings due to the time between diagnosing a cavity and when I could get on their schedule to treat it. God forbid you have to reschedule something. Avoid this dentist.

Dr Val is so great with kids! Getting a cavity filled went so smoothly!
