Dr. Bouffard and the staff around him is outstanding. He has done five dental implants for me and the implants have worked out great. He is also an outstanding periodontist. He is more than willing to explain to you your dental problems and recommended treatments. He does all that he can to get the best treatments for you fully covered by your insurance company. The dental hygienists and supporting staff is excellent as well. Dr. Patton runs a fine office.

I will start out by saying I have not seen a dentist in over 4 years due to a horrible experience with a dentist on the eastern shore. I did a google search of dentists in Annapolis and Dr. Patton had amazing reviews so I chose to book an appointment with him. The office staff at check in and check out were amazing, they are so friendly and welcoming, more so than any medical office I have ever been to. Dr. Patton was the nicest and most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met! He values your time as a patient and does his best to get you out at or before the expected time. I would highly recommend him!

My appointment was for a cleaning, and throughout the appointment, i was comfortable and pleased with the level of care. The technician and the dentist were both professional and personable. Dr. Patton always makes things as painless as possible. He always puts on a topical anesthetic before giving the anesthetic shot, so that you dont feel it. I had to have significant work done on a wisdom tooth which took over an hour, but I never felt uncomfortable.

The experience at the office was phenomenal and the staff was great! And besides the Great work he does he makes you feel very comfortable he treats you very special.

I visited Dr. Patton for a cleaning and checkup. Their safety protocols alleviated my concerns regarding the Covid situation. I was shown into the office and I was seemingly the only patient in the office. Dr. Patton has the best hygienists I have experienced- and I am a senior who has been treated by dozens during my life. Great experience! Dr. Patton is an outstanding Dentist. I had an incisor crown replaced and it was painless. He informs you on everything he is going to do, to ensure you understand whats going to take place before starting anything. The temporary crown looks good enough to be permanent. Looking forward to the final result when the permanent crown comes in. Highly recommend this practice.Lastly, all the admin. staff and dental assistants are also top notch and very helpful as you are guided through the process. Look, no one really likes going to the dentist, but if you need one you can trust, give Patton Smiles a try, you wont be disappointed.

The care and professionalism experienced every visit has been top notch. He is amazingly skilled and his kindness is rare. Wait time was not long, she explain my x-rays to me tooth by tooth and what I need to have done, she did a very good job cleaning my teeth and than Dr. Patton walked in to explain what procedures I needed done, customer service was excellent. This was my first visit to this office. I tend to be on the nervous side when it comes to dental procedures and the entire staff was so incredibly caring and comforting and I felt completely at ease. I was in and out and very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

Although I was asked by phone call on Monday to come in to my appointment 15 minutes early on Tuesday, and did, I still had to wait till 1 PM before being seated for my cleaning. The explanation I received is that those extra 15 minutes would be used for the Dr. to look at a cavity near to the base of a crown. When I asked about the delay, I was told by the hygienist that the Dr. was scheduled for, and was, at lunch till 1 PM. So I adjusted my schedule at the request of the office, and still had my appt. at the scheduled time. Its not a big deal actually, and Im not complaining about this. However, being a self employed person, Im always looking for ways to improve my processes and Im confident that Dr. Patton is too.

He just did a filling replacement, using a laser tool that does not require Novocaine, and the procedure was completely painless.

Dr. Bouffard is a fantastic dentist. He is both a top flight oral surgeon and periodontist. He has done four dental implants on me through the years and we are working on a fifth. Very knowledgeable, caring, and reachable. He will do all in his power to get the benefits from your insurance company that you are entitled to.

They have all the latest technologies but give service like in years gone by in a family business. Thats hard to find these days. I had a cavity repaired and didnt feel anything.
