Zzzzzeeee BEST DENTIST!!! His dad was awesome and now his son is too. You can’t say enough good things about this doctor. Unfortunately, we had to change dentist because it was so far and I really can’t stand to drive through that Baltimore tunnel. I don’t miss that tunnel one bit😁!

I’ve been going to Dr. Russell since 2014 and won’t go anywhere else. He and his staff are professional and friendly. The work flow is extremely efficient. My appointment confirmations are digital, which I love. His office feels like a spa and I’ve never, in 6 years, waited. I got a filling two weeks ago and was in and out in less than 30 min. The procedures are always painless. I feel very safe with the changes they’ve made due to COVID. Thank you to everyone there!

Every experience at Dr. Russells is an amazing one. Michelle is always so friendly on the phone and in-person. The office is very clean and the waiting room is inviting; although I havent spent much time there because they take you back so quickly. Besides Dr. Russells skills being top-notch, he has impeccable bedside manner and is easy to talk to. Susie did my cleaning today and was kind and gentle. My husband and I struggled to find a new dentist in the area after moving here a few years ago, and had some less than stellar experiences at other local offices. Then we found Dr. Russell’s office, and we could not be any happier. Not only is he a fantastic dentist, he is a genuinely caring and thoughtful practitioner who always remembers personal details about you, whether coming in for routine maintenance or for more advanced dental work. The office is always willing to get you seen when necessary, even getting me seen right away when one of my dental implant crowns was found to be loose during a routine cleaning. Tierney their hygienist is so thorough and friendly, and Michelle at the front desk always makes us feel welcome. Went in for a fine scale cleaning and to have a temporary crown put in after a root canal. I am not a fan of dental procedures of any kind and normally have terrible anxiety when it comes to that type of appointment. Both Stephanie and Dr. Russell were absolutely fantastic! Having back to back appointments on the same day, you would almost anticipate being there forever, but it was super quick. The professionalism and kindness of the staff of this office should not be overlooked, they are great and I am glad that I found the practice! Thanks again!

I recently moved to Annapolis from Virginia and needed to find a new dentist. After some internet research I chose Dr. Russell and I am extremely happy I did. He and his entire staff are friendly, professional and caring. I knew I found the right practice the minute I walked in. Dr. Russell was thorough, and personable and not only listened to my concerns but took a few minutes to get to know me. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I travel from Texas/Louisiana to Maryland twice each year, and I found my favorite dentist about 1,300 miles from home. This office provides the best dental care that I have ever received. When you walk in the door, somebody greets you by name as they check you in for your appointment. The most I have had to wait after a scheduled appointment time is around 3 minutes but they are usually able to get you in earlier than your scheduled appointment – an experience that most do not expect from a dentist’s office. Dr. Russell is very kind and careful with his work, explaining just about everything that he is doing. The only truly positive experience I have had with a dentist is at his office.

There arent enough stars for Dr. Russel. Ive had a long history with fear of the dentist due to some terrible childhood experiences. I asked around for whom friends were using and Dr. Russels office came highly recommended. I cant rave about my experiences enough. Such a breath of fresh air for me. After 3 years of avoiding dentists, I knew I would have to have at least one filling. I was terrified until I met Dr. Russel and his hygienist. My first filling from the time I sat down only took 18 minutes, to include time for numbing and I had zero latent pain from the shot or the work. I had to return because I had two cracked, aged fillings, but I was almost happy to be there. Both fillings only took him 35 minutes and once again, I experienced zero pain afterward. My husband and I both, couldnt be more pleased Oneal Russel DDSs office.

After many years of root canals and a host of periodontal problems with other dentists in Missouri and Maryland, I have finally found a dentist with both the interest and talent to map out a comprehensive program without breaking the bank. I couldnt be more pleased with the progress to date. Phenomenal experience. Easy to make an appointment. Didnt get a chance to read any magazines in the waiting room because I didnt have to wait. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment with new patient forms already filled out and was taken right on time. The three people I met on this appointment, the receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist were all highly skilled and extremely efficient. I am impressed and ecstatic that I found a provider and facility of this caliber in my area.

Recommended by my roomate, I went to see Dr. Russel after a very long hiatus from seeing a dentist. Needless to say at my age there was worl to be done. Two of his assistants worked on me and were very professional and knowledgeable. Along side the mechanical work ( xrays, probing, scalling, polishing ) the advice about the work I needed to do at home combined to have me back to good health in just over 9 months. Again needless to say super grateful to this group for getting me back together. Dr Russel had to administer several hard shots to my jaw and I must say I felt little to nothing. He would make a great magician with his ability to distract. The office is clean and simple .The view from the chair is large windows to lish greens for a zen like meditation. Lastly Dr Russel exudes a great confidence in his ability to do the work and do with great care. He has the all American boy charm that will put many at ease quickly. If you need to see a Dentist go see this group. The whole staff is kind and helpful, and the Doctor knows what he is doing .
