The staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Calton is awesome and probably the best dentist I have ever had. She speaks to you like you are a person and not just another patient. She truly cares about your health and works with you for solutions that work for you. She offers honest opinions even if it may not be what you want to hear and explains things thoroughly. She is sincere. Dentistry prices are high and insurance covers little. However, I feel her rates are reasonable.

Each time i visit this office, I feel better and better about the quality of the whole experience, shocked that they can keep doing better, raising their own bar! They really are there to help you through the whole process, from explaining a procedure to the breakdown of the costs, along with scheduling as well! Everyone is friendly and reassuring, no matter the person or the procedure; they are efficient with their phone lines (using caller ID) and are incredibly helpful in scheduling the right appointment for you. As I said, my opinion of this dental practice continues to improve and I look forward to working with them in the future!

The staff at About Smiles is extremely professional, yet so friendly. They go out of their way to make everyone relaxed and comfortable. I can honestly say that this is the only dental office that I have ever enjoyed having my teeth cleaned. There is no other place I would go or recommend.

Dr. Worm is the best at making you comfortable AND doing the dental work as painlessly as possible. Had been to another dentist prior to Dr. Worm and had a bad experience. Dr. Worm has made me trust dentists again.The entire staff is warm and welcoming and makes a dental visit as pleasant as a dental visit can be. (If pleasant is the right term.)

I usually hate going to the dentist but About Smiles makes it a more enjoyable experience. When you walk in the front is always happy to see you and sometimes greets you by name. The hygienists are warm and easy to talk to and help you relax in the chair. I have had a few cavities filled here and have not had any issues with them! Everyone is gentle while dealing with your teeth and seem to cater to your needs well. If you are thinking about trying them out I would definitely suggest it! I have suggested them to friends and family!

I loved this dentist office! They’re very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. And to top it off their chairs are massage chairs which really helped with the stress of having work done on your teeth. 10/10 would recommend.

I was really nervous about going to the dentist but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The office was beautiful and I was really impressed by the technology. I especially appreciate that they have appointments that work with my job schedule. Plus, most everything was covered by my insurance!

Dr. Calton and her entire staff are great. Theyre friendly, on time and honest. The office is super clean and theyre great with kids. I just took my 1.5 year old son for his first check up and they were awesome with him. I recommend this office to all my family and friends. We couldnt be more pleased.

This office is really nice for first visits. They do not follow through though. Have been less than truthful about which dentist I will actually see despite me being clear with my preference . Schedule appts, cancel, then never reschedule. They like to send emails with no accountability. I will never use again.

Had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the next morning despite not being a regular patient. After such a pleasant experience I will be using them from now on

Im new to this office but Id like to say its sooo much better than any large scale dentistry Ive ever been. The front counter associates are super sweet and accommodating.The dentist and her assistant were amazing. Both made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. We talked about a plan and started on some dental work. I have never been to a place where I can joke around and laugh until now. Everyone has a bright personality and youre greeted with smiles.Oh and the cost!! Literally 4x cheaper than my previous dentist office!! I think I can actually afford to see a dentist regularly now. Lol. So glad I switched to About Smiles. 😍Edit: Ive (since this post) had a cleaning and two crowns done. Dr. T and Amanda are amazing. Im seriously so happy Ive found this practice!!

Always a pleasant experience. The staff treats me with respect, explains what they are doing, and continuously asks about my comfort during a cleaning or treatment. Scheduling has been easy, with no waiting.

Good Morning -I called this morning (9/23) to cancel my 5pm appointment for today. Due to unfortunate circumstances at work (I am a Image Scanning office manager) I am unable to keep my appointment. The young lady that answered the phone informed me that I will be charged a cancellation fee of $58 because I did not cancel 48 hours prior to my appointment. Well 48 hours would have meant calling on Saturday and your practice is closed both Saturday and Sunday. And your message specifically states that you cannot leave messages to cancel an appointment. I called this morning after you opened and now find out I am responsible for a cancellation fee when the ONLY option I had was to call the day of my appointment to cancel. I really disappointed that there isnt some type of flexibility when the patients hands are tied and cannot cancel a Monday appointment since we are not able to notify you until the office opens on Monday.Cheryl Logue

My family has had nothing but great experiences with About Smiles- even my three young kids started going here at age 1, and theyve done a superb job with them.They always sit down and explain procedures and cost before doing work, and staff is all friendly and professional.

The dental hygienists and the dentist seem very knowledgeable And they were very kind. I have had my teeth cleaned and two fillings here. However, they were not very upfront about costs and very misleading about total cost for procedures.

My son had 3 cavities taken care of today and he said this was the best experience hes had and well..... hes had a couple done by other doctors.

So far, so good! I just moved to Annapolis a year and a half ago and they were the first dentist office I decided to give a go. Very attractive, modern office. Incrediblely nice and professional ladies whom I swear, respectfully said, could be models. As for the more important part of this review, the work done by all of them is top notch. From the ladies at the front reception desk, to the hygienists, and dentists alike. Ive been there a few times already and my teeth have never been better! They are whiter, cleaner, healthier and just in better, overall condition then when I used my previous dentist(s) in previous states. They have cute little to go bags after an appointment with great teeth related products, different solutions for teeth whitening (which Im excited to finally try here in the next couple of weeks), and a cool reward sort of program for EVERY person you refer to them. Wish I knew people out here lol. Rewards aside, they would absolutely deserve those referrals. Im extremely satisfied with how theyve helped me out financially (they also have different ways of paying other than insurance for those who dont have it. Ive been able to exercise both options) as well as my oral health. Theyve shown they truly care about those they help rather than just their paycheck. That gets harder and harder to find nowadays in any profession.

Love Dr. Calton, Dr. Cherry, Dr. Olivero and all of the staff at About Smiles. They are great with kids and adults alike. My kids even enjoy going!
