Love this practice! They took me on as a last minute new patient when I cracked a tooth. ALL of the staff and providers I’ve met have been friendly and outgoing. Definitely glad I found them! Dr Lo is wonderful!

Trying to find a dental office to call home has been difficult. Annapolis Dental Suite has been nothing but accommodating to my hectic schedule!The staff is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The doctors walked me through each procedure, leaving me comfortable. I look forward to my 6 month visits with Chelsey. Zeus is always personable, and puts my nerves at ease. Ebelin tops it off with explaining the financial aspects with a confident ease that puts my any lingering uneasiness at rest! I highly suggest Annapolis Dental Suite!

Today I had my first “major” dental work I’ve done (other than my wisdom teeth removal). Everyone was amazing. I had A LOT of questions and received nothing but informed answers with kindness. Caroline, as always, the BEST! Dr. Chen is very patient, walking me through every step of the process! Transparency is key for me when it comes to billing and Jessica took that into ‘account’ when explaining everything to me. They also have covid precautions that are still implemented within the practice🙌🏾 Truly enjoyed my experience!🖤

Best dental experience Ive ever had. Ive had several cavaties filled when I was younger and was anxious for my appointment today. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Miller was able to find a cavity that wasnt filled correctly by a previous dentist and got it taken care of at the same time as my other filling I was scheduled for today. I experienced zero pain or discomfort throughout my entire appointment. Highly recommend.

Great dental office. They cater to all types of situations and people. They perform procedures that most dentists refer patients to Oral Surgeons. Dr. Chen & Dr. Miller are both great dentists!

I was traveling to Annapolis, several hundred miles from home, when I started experiencing severe tooth pain. My home dentist recommend I see a local dentist ASAP so I found the Annapolis Dental Suite on the internet and scheduled an appointment for the next day. My tooth was cracked from top to bottom and infected. They removed it the following day AND began the procedure for an implant on this and another tooth. The quality of service was first rate. Absolutely everyone I met there was professional, efficient, and friendly. I consider myself lucky to have been in Annapolis when this happened. I will return to Annapolis just to return to these dentists! I can not rate them highly enough.

Dr. Miller and their team were awesome. I have major dental anxiety and they really worked to ease my nerves and were very gentle from the very beginning. I was there for a 3 hour long procedure but I left feeling very well taken care of with very little pain. Dr. Miller made sure to explain what and why he was doing things and took his time to do everything so that I wouldn’t have issues later on. I’m glad to have found Annapolis Dental Suite!!

If there is such a thing as a pleasant dental appointment, I just discovered it today at my first visit to Annapolis Dental Group. The front desk, the the X-ray tech, the hygienist, the Dentist and other staff were all very knowledgeable, professional and quick to address all my dental concerns. They offered different strategies and cost- effective ways to accomplish these. I look forward to working with them towards this goal.

Julie is the best! She did a wonderful job cleaning my tooth. ! Shes very friendly and has a great personality, I appreciate what shes have done for me. Five stars for her.Also Very strict rules for patients, only have 10 minutes of waiting time, because traffic I late 12 minutes, they just cancel my appointment. Unlucky day for me! One star for today.

My whole household goes to Annapolis Dental Suite and our household consist of ten occupants. The experience has been an rewarding experience and that has been mainly because the establishment really cares. With my husband and I having a very large family, transparency is very important. The dentist does a very thorough job and never pressures you to make a decision, he just gives you the facts. And if he cant do it, he wont hesitate to refer you to someone who can. What makes him so different is the fact that he cares. When you have major work done he calls that evening to make sure you are ok. I have never had a dentist do that. I have had may horror stories with dentist experiences and that is from receptionist to the dentist. For that reason we have stayed away from the dentist office. Until now, we just could not find the right dentist but with Annapolis Dental Suite we are at the dentist office quite frequently getting services done that we neglected to do down through the years because of horrible experiences at the dentist. At Annapolis Dental Suite, they are not just a dentist establishment but they are part of your family. We are very pleased with our experience and recommend anyone who wants a dentist who cares and is transparentto try Annapolis Dental Suite.

Yesterday I had a complicated dental procedure done by Dr. Miller.This is my first time meeting him. He did two root canals and saved these molars. He was knowledgeable and kind. I am extremely afraid of the dentist but Dr. Miller and his dental assistant Carolyn put me at ease. Twenty four hours later and I am experiencing no pain. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done. Having Dr. Miller treat me with such kindness I know I will finally address those other dental issues I have. Regarding price I don’t have dental insurance and found their prices were reasonable with other dental practices in the area.

This group impressed me! I was well taken care of by hygienist Jenny (sp) she explained what she was doing as she went along! I also felt DDS Chen was very thorough in explaining my dental needs for now and future care!

Great with kids! I got my appointment and my daughters appointment scheduled together. The dentist was patient and obviously loves kids. They were all so good with her, helped her to stay busy while I had my cleaning/x-rays. We went in yesterday and this morning my daughter asked if we could go back! She is 3 and this was her first dentist visit and it was very positive. Also everything moved along smoothly and I didnt have to wait. Their Covid protocols were good - everyone wearing masks and checking temperatures and wiping everything down when I left the room. I look forward to making them our regular dentists.

Dr. Miller, the hygienist and their team, are a pleasure to work with. My daughters felt comfortable and even engaged in small talk. They made things easy and simple for my daughters to understand the things they need to do.My 4-star review is due to the poor communication, lack of organization skills, and quick to judge from the front desk.

Today I had my second appointment at Annapolis Dental Suite, and it was even better than my initial visit. I was seen by a very nice dental hygienist named Julie. She was very very informative and did an awesome job with my cleaning! My teeth have never felt cleaner!!! Once my cleaning was finished I was then seen by Dr. Miller who was very knowledgeable and seemed to know everything about my teeth from one look! Dr. Miller immediately recommended a Invisalign treatment to correct my grinding in lieu of a night guard which seemed like a very good option.

I’m a new patient there and am so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everyone was, the quality of the dentistry was exceptional, they have what seemed to be top of the line tech equipment, and it didn’t take 8months to get an appointment. I can’t recommend this dentist group enough!!!

I had a dental emergency and was in a tough spot because while I needed to deal with it ASAPI had no one to watch my 2 month old daughter. Besides that I am traumatized because Of previous experiences at other dentists so it’s something I tend to put off until I can’t any longer (hence the emergency). I called and a warm receptionist answered she calmed me down and was very understanding of the situation. She said bringing my daughter was no problem and she would be taken care of. The doctor Miller was very professional and also sensitive to the fact I had previous bad experiences. At the close of the appointment I’m still scared of the dentist but it’s not something I will put off anymore as long as I can go to this practice.

I had my dentist appointment on Monday and I had the best experience that I have had in a long time at a dental office. I arrived early and I was taken back to the chair right away where my dental hygienist Chelsey Guy was very thorough and listen to all my concerns and gave great advice on things I needed to do to improve my dental hygiene. Dr. Miller also was very thorough in his examination and has a very uplifting and great personality. if yout want a great experience at a dental office and an awesome cleaning you need to try them!!!

Let me say this is by far the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. The first dentist I saw was Mr Chen he did and AMAZING job at identifying the issue and coming up with and amazing plan that was best for my tooth extraction. The next day I receive a phone call from Jessica telling me that she saw there was an opening to get me in that day. Side note THE ENTIRE FRONT END STAFF ARE SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY UGH SO RARE but Jessica took the time to talk to me about my everyday life and literally took me step by step on my bill break down to make sure I was fully aware of what my treatment would be and how much my insurance would cover she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! My Dr was Bryce Miller and his assistant was Zeus. Both took a lot of interest in me and my mouth emergency. I suffer from terrible anxiety and they talked to me every step of the way. They took their time with me and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I plan to take my family there as our main dentist.

Staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Miller, though he looks like Doogie Howser, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get me in quickly and fix a missing filling. Several dentists have had difficultly getting me numb, but he got it on the first try.

Oh my gosh! Best team EVERRRR!!! I had got my tooth extracted I didn’t feel a THING. Ms Jessica has such great personality and really care made me feel so comfortable also the doctor .

My first time visiting Annapolis Dental was this year in February with only one month left of my pregnancy. Everyone working there including the front desk were nice and friendly. They took very good care of me with every pro caution. I will be coming next time and I also plan on taking my son here too!

When I had an emergency, they were very accommodating. They were able to get me in the same day and make me comfortable. Dr. Miller gave me his full attention. I had a history of cavities and needed root canals and crowns. After I moved to Maryland, I choose Dr.Chen and his team from a friend’s recommendation. The office is equipped with comprehensive X-ray imaging and cameras to visualize all my teeth,fillings, issues and potential issues. Very patient,friendly, and professional staff who took all 18 of my xrays efficiently. Chelsea, the dental hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Chen was attentive and patient with explaining issues and flexible with treatment options. Importantly, the cost of the treatment is satisfactory compared to other practices. Would recommend to friends and family.
