Absolutely, FABULOUS! Everyone is beyond friendly, professional and allows one to feel totally comfortable. Dr. Djawdan is gentle, wealth of information to make an informative decision and above all gives the patient the feeling of being in most capable hands. I had an issue and the Office Assistant scheduled me straight away with an appointment. His assistants are FANTASTIC. I travel a distance and do so knowing I am receiving excellent care. BRILLIANT!

Dr. Djawdan is so wonderful, gentle, kind and patient. The entire staff is compassionate, professional and never appear rushed. I have had horrible experiences with other dentists and had few expectations for this visit but felt as if I was in a sacred place from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I thought that once I paid and agreed to a procedure that the staff would change but they have been so wonderful and I never want to go anywhere else for dental care.I wish primary care doctors could learn about customer service from Dr. Djawdans crew as I think the world would be healthier.Im not an easy patient, lots of questions, fears but they help me to feel comfortable with every interaction.

I went to smile keepers dental twice in the last few month and each time they billed my insurance and did absolutely nothing but sent me to two other dentists because he didnt wanna do his job and fix my tooth. The first dentist he sent me to was a specialist that could only do root canals but told him how to fix it and when I go back he tells me he cant do anything for that tooth or another one that had a loose cap that HE put on there and recommended yet another dentist to go to then when Im about to leave he says dont loose that cap The worst part is when he was looking at scans of my teeth he says to himself this is so annoying well Im sorry your clients are so annoying to you. Its all about money Ive been going to him for years and had great insurance but as soon as I got switched to a lesser insurance he didnt wanna help me anymore after this experience none of my family is going to go there anymore and we will be looking for a new dentist.

This is the most caring wonderful dentist I have ever met and I have met many in my lifetime. He takes his time with the patient and explains everything in lay terms so that it is understandable to the patient.The staff is very caring and pleasant and friendly. I cant even wrap my head around how wonderful everyone in this office is. We first went to Dr. Djawdan for my husbands needs, and after witnessing his experience, I decided to go as well. I had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago, and what could have been a nightmare of an experience, was actually one of the most pleasant experiences of my life. It sounds funny, considering, but from the moment you walk in the door you are taken care of as if you are family. They are active in COVID spread prevention, and I took great comfort in knowing how clean the office is.I could go on and on about this place. They are some of the best people I have ever met and I cannot recommend them enough.

After Covid19 I was very hesitant to go in any office for a procedure but was so happy I did. It was like a surgical procedure room! Even my own husband wasn’t allowed to come in with me. One person per visit and they lock it down to clean in between the next patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Besides their code tap work is impeccable.

Love everything about Dr Djawdan, Renee and the staff. Always pleasant and welcoming. Dr Djawdan is patient and always provides thoroughly explanations of what he is doing before, during and after a VC procedure.

I went to the Djawdan center after having been to a couple of dentist. When I finally worked up the courage to begin my complete restoration the dentist I chose strung me along for over a year.I reach the end of my patients and sent an e mail to the Djawdan center, they responded the very next morning. I made the appointment for my first visit.The staff is wonderful. I got a extensive examination with x- rays, cat scans etc. I received a written dental plan with what Dr D could do for me and the cost. There was no pressure I called a couple of days later and told them I wanted to go through with the work. I am almost finished and in 2 weeks I get my final set of teeth.I never had any pain or problems. I am a big chicken and don’t like pain. I never thought in a million years how easy and pain free this was going to be. I never would have wasted so much time walking around with bad teeth. I have found my forever Dentist. The staff and Dr D are the best. I can’t say enough GOOD THINGS , if you are thinking about getting your teeth fixed I highly recommend THE DJAWDAN DENTAL CENTER.Caroline

I went there for a consultation for a plan for my mouth. After loosing another upper bridge I knew that I would have to have work done to restore my ability to have functioning teeth. They gave me all my options with pricing for each and also information to take home to study. I was told to come back or call anytime I needed additional questions answered. The entire staff was very professional and welcoming. I would recommend them highly.

From the moment I walked in the door everyone so very nice and patient with me. Sue noticed I was extremely nervous and scared. She and Renee did everything to help me relax and understand they are here to help. Brittany explained every step of the consultation to me which helped make me feel at ease. She was gentle, caring and never once did I feel judged or embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. Dr. Djawdan took his time explaining my treatment options and answered the tons of questions I had. He made sure I understood everything. Renee stayed with me after the office closed to make sure I was ok and continued to answer my questions. I never thought in a million years that I would ever feel comfortable in a dentist office like I did here. I cant express enough how wonderful and caring everyone was.

From the moment I walked in to 6 months later after much dental surgery and implants, I felt like they were my family. All of the staff and Dr. Djawdan were wonderful. Will only go to them going forward.

I had dental problems, ranging from periodontal disease to loose teeth. With no other alternatives I went to a number of specialists for a consultation on what was my best direction forward. I choose the Djawdan Center for Implant because of a number of factors. First, Dr. Djawdan was straight forward in his explanation of the procedures involved. Most importantly he is able perform all steps of the procedures in his office. Everything is under one roof. Also obviously price is a factor. He was also very competitive with the total price and lower than the other specialists that I had consulted with. My decision to utilize the Djawdan Center for my ALL in FOUR implants was primarily based on the efficiency, effectiveness and caring nature of the entire staff. I live in Newark, Delaware and it is approximately an hour and forty five minute ride to their office in Annapolis, Maryland. Believe me when I say it is worth the ride to use the services of the Djawdan Center for Implant. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Djawdan is fantastic along with his entire staff.You will be well taken care of every step of the way in a highly professional and caring manner. I have been terrified of going to the dentist most of my adult life. After bolting from a dentist chair I went in search of a dentist that would do sedation dentistry. I went for my first procedure with Dr Djawdan and had the best dental experience of my life. Over the past 6 years I have had implants and other procedures done with the same experience every time! I met with Renee , Dr Djawdans wife who runs the office, who worked out a plan that fit my budget. I have recommended many of my family and friends and they too have had similar experiences. Dr Djawdan even came in on a Saturday when I had an emergency due to an abscess. Altogether an amazing team led by a truly gifted orthodontic surgeon.

Im always amazed at the cutting-edge technology. Im impressed how Dr. Djawdan stays on top of all. The experience is seamless from the time you enter to the time you leave. No wasted motion, all very pleasant and professional.

OMG!!!! I may have found my people! I HATE dentists. No surprise that I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dentists. Dont like them near my face, dont like to hear the drill, smell the smells - nothing about it makes me comfortable except for going to sleep. I would opt for twilight sleep during the initial consultation, if that were feasible. I used to have a dentist that I liked. I was with him for 25+ years. I was still scared, but at least he got me. Then he sadly retired.I have tried several others since, and have not been very happy with them. But I think I have finally come home to roost. Dr. Djawdan and his staff were compassionate, understanding, and not pushy. They explained everything and every step, in a way I could understand. Everyone was awesome. And we will move at my pace. I love that. Now, if Dr. Djawdan gives a good needle, I will cluck happily until the cows come home! This was the initial consultation, but things are looking very good indeed.

Dr Djawden and his staff are so professional, skilled, and caring. They managed to get me an appointment the same day one of my veneers (froma previous dentist) came off. I have a severe dental phobia, but I managed to undergo my treatment with just novocaine this time. I travel about an hour to Dr. Djawden, but it is well worth the trip.
