Excellent unique healing methods.

I usually float out of here feeling as though we have had a deep conversation without words. This is a gentle approach to whole body alignment and self care that goes at my own pace and addresses my own unique needs of the moment. I am very grateful for Marios skill, compassion, and kindness.

After years and years of pain, I am finally able to say that most days I feel great!I have been to so many different chiropractors of the years since my car accident but always felt that I would have to go right back again and I was not making any progress as far as my pain levels. What I love about Vital Essence and Mario is that he is really helping you tune into the natural healing that you can do yourself. He isnt forcing correction, but helping you to do it yourself. I can not say enough about him and the work he does. I will never go anywhere else. I take all my family to him too, right down to newborn babies. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Uncoventional but Extremely Effective 5-Star TreatmentMario is a magician, or more accurately; our bodies are the magicians and he is just the curator of the bodys magic. The proof is in the results, and the results speak for themselves, and I am testament to the those results. I was a professional roofer, and I could barely move after 20+ years of abuse to my lower back. The various things leading up to my atrocious back condition and eventual hospitalization included lifting heavy objects, bending over at weird angles for 8+ hrs a day, and sustaining many accidents which led to herniation of my L4/L5/S1 disks. After seeking ineffective medical relief from traditional snap-crackle-pop chiropractors, and fearing the next visit because of the aggressive and mostly ineffective technique they employ, I decided to try Marios unconventional network chiropractic approach to spinal adjustment and realignment. After the first visit, I immediately experienced relief from what was an otherwise debilitating condition. The rest is history, because after over 10+ years of treatment with Mario, he has actually trained my body to adjust itself!!!!! Several years ago I moved out of state. However, I return to the Annapolis area a few times a year, and I always schedule my trips around a visit to Mario for a spinal re tuning. On at least 2 occasions, I made the trip back to the States specifically to have Mario work his magic. I highly recommend Mario and look forward to continue using his services in the future.

I have been seeing Mario at Vital Essence for several months now. I had been suffering with chronic pain due to compressive tension in the body from trauma. I had been seeing various doctors in the medical field for years because of the pain, trouble sleeping, and difficulty functioning etc,.. and this type of work (network chiropractic) is the only thing that has helped me. I am beginning to feel normal in my body again and can feel at ease and enjoy life, sleeping better, etc. I highly recommend this type of energy work to anyone suffering with anything at all really or even if theres nothing going on, try it because its amazing. Mario is also a very knowledgable and inquisitive person. Great to to talk to and offers great insight into energy work and spirituality. Dr. Mario has increased my quality of life, tremendously! I used to suffer, almost on a daily basis, from sciatica and muscle spasms. I found immediate relief, on my first visit! The work that he does, is so truly amazing and noninvasive, that we started bringing the children along to be seen. Although they protested at first, it wasnt long before they were asking for appointments. :) This modality of bodywork, can prevent our young ones from suffering from some of the same aches and pains that we have, and alleviate many of the ones that we suffer from now. We have been seeing him for years now and would highly recommend his services, not only for current pain, but for preventing it in the future. ;)
