I highly recommend Annapolis Pain Management. Every single employee has always been professional. I recently lost my father, grandmother and aunt in the last 2 months. As a result, I suffered major stress, migraines and fog. Oh did I mention closing on a house and losing a friend to covid. I missed several appointments. APM was very understanding. I use to be an Office Manager of a very thriving practice and I understood that not everything had to do with money. Sometimes clients/patients need a hug. I taught my staff to always be professional but more than anything be understanding to the unknown. Have a conversation, ask is all well and work with the results. I’ve been going here since March 2021 (about 5 months) for neck, back and wrist (carpal tunnel) issues and they are all very personable people. I enjoy doing PT and getting adjusted. Dr. Matt & Dr. Jess are very friendly and good at their jobs. Colby and John are one of the few core people at this place! They all generally have a great sense of humor and are helpful when it comes to PT. As far as treatment, there are periodic evaluations to make sure you are improving and you are usually told a recommendation for how often you should come to improve faster. So far I’ve only moved forward. I’m able to do weight lifting again! Anyway, I’m not good with my words but there isn’t much more to say. It’s straightforward and easy here!

I came to APM for treatment after a car accident. There was considerable pain in my neck and back. The treatment plan included chiropractic care and physical therapy. I have been going to APM for many years for chronic pain. I cannot recommend them enough, they never gave up on me and the goal was to manage pain long term. We have gotten there but have not stopped there. They will see you through or refer you for your overall health, they care and want you to feel your best self.

I absolutely love coming here! After an injury 6 months ago, I was seeing a different place that was way over charging and wasn’t worried about the patient, but the money. APM is a complete night and day from there. They care so much about you and your health. They are very open and clear about treatment, always friendly, and never make me feel like a source of money in their pocket. I dont give 5 stars often and this place deserves it. Not only do they treat the pain but they find the root cause of the problem to correct whats causing the pain. Especially if you are honest and open with your pain and whats ailing you, they know exactly what course of treatment is best for you. They work closely with you to get better and/or manage the pain. It will take some work on your end to follow the pain management plan developed for you, but its all worth it to get to your end goal. Added bonus is that everyone there knows you by your name and are so welcoming and helpful.

Ive been going to APM for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with everyone Ive interacted with at APM! I first started going for their Chiropractic services, but later tore my ACL and decided to stick with APM through my post-surgery ACL rehabilitation. Following that recovery, I started having hip pain and went back to APM and they proved again to be well-equipped and knowledgeable to help me return to being able to run and play sports pain-free. I highly recommend APM! Dr. Kim, Dr. Jess, and Dr. Matt are all great!

I came to APM to treat my shoulder pain. They have been wonderful since day one. The entire staff is very friendly. I’ve never been to the chiropractor before but really enjoy my adjustments and both chiropractors on staff are great and make you feel very comfortable. The occupational therapists that assist with the physical therapy exercises are really good at explaining and demonstrating the stretches and exercises and they’re fun to talk to. I never would have expected to look forward to physical therapy, but I’ve had such a pleasant experience with everyone here that I don’t mind coming in at all! Five stars, would recommend APM to anyone looking for alternatives to surgery to help treat and manage pain or injuries.

Awesome people and amazing help for my back and neck

I was skeptic of chiro, but a mix of suggested PT and chiro healed my shoulder impingement and tendinitis and help me avoid an mri and steroid shots (and possible surgery). All staff were always professional, compassionate and positive. Appt’s are timely and they worked with my insurance to get me max coverage. You gotta put in work with PT, but trust the process. Also, one the few places in annapolis to give B12 shots.

Everyone in this building is wonderful! The entire staff is friendly and engaging. They are very kind and committed to helping people to live pain free! I see the chiropractic team, and couldnt be happier with the progress Im seeing, especially with my chronic headaches. I am so grateful to have found them!!In regards to COVID, these folks bust their butts cleaning every item and surface thoroughly. They scan every patients temperature upon arrival, and all staff and patients wear masks inside.

Thanks goodness Annapolis Pain Management fixed my back trouble so now they can fix my knee trouble. Just finished round four of PRP for my meniscus. Definitely noticeable improvement but now they can work some more magic with physical therapy.

Ive been visiting Green Life for about a year now and when I look back to where I was when I began to where I am today, I cant believe it took me so long to let them get their hands on me. Dr. Brandt, Dr. Mary Beth and the entire staff are not only of the highest quality in their field of practice but are of the highest quality of people as well. I never feel like Im just going to the dcotors office but going to catch up with some friends as well. As a CrossFit athlete/coach its been easy for other chiros to say stop doing CrossFit but at Green Life, they found the root of any pain or limitations in the way I move and after some treatment they give me all the tools I need to make sure Im doing all the right things inside the gym and outside the gym to get me to feeling as great as I do today. I highly recommend this practice for anything that ails you, not just back pain.

So Ive been through 15 or so appointments here and I cannot recommend APM enough.From the friendly and ridiculously helpful front desk staff, to the physical therapy folks, to the pros providing me my knee injections...everyone is top notch.The improvements Ive seen with my mobility, strength, and great reduction in pain have me well pleased.

When I first came APM, I could not move my neck and was in severe pain. Even though they had a fully booked schedule, they were able to get me in that day and set me on a plan for success. I highly recommend Green Life Chiropractic & Wellness- I actually ended up at Green Life Chiropractic & Wellness a couple months ago by chance and it was the best thing I could have done. I saw their ad and I had never tried a Chiropractor for my lower back pain, so I thought why not. It had been years and I tried everything else with no relief. So I went and ended up with new information concerning my back and not only started the road of recovery, but was able to have my shoulder pain addressed as well. They had a wonderful idea when they decided to combine various approaches to health care and they had the ability to make it successful. They really complemented each other from day one. I was evaluated by Dr. Mary Beth and had the results, along with a plan, explained to me in detail in a language I could understand. I would periodically meet with her for re-evaluations and to discuss treatment. My questions were always answered in detail and I never felt rushed. Dr. Mary Beth and Dr. Green would discuss my treatment and then he had the reins to not only adjust me, but he tried the various other treatments that they offer. Again, he too answered all my questions, explained everything he did, and I never felt rushed. The way they tag team patients’ treatment is brilliant.Of course, the staff plays a huge role in their success, as well as my successfully treatment. The front staff are great at customer service and always so helpful. They also have what I consider an insurance expert. On that first visit, I was sat down after my evaluation and explained in detail what my insurance would handle. Then you have the assistants on the floor that also run like a fine tune machine. You are never standing around and waiting. They move you from the stretches, to the exercises, to Dr. Green’s table so smoothly. Wonderful!!!! I started coming here 2 1/2 months ago and I feel so much better!!! My posture, an issue I did not know about, is now receiving compliments from family and coworkers after a few adjustments, tips, and a lift for my left shoe. I also can stand and walk for longer time periods without any discomfort. My hip and lower back issue, the reason I came, is now a two thumbs up great!!! Which has taken me to the next level with my cross fit training and basic lifting. The doctors are very knowledgeable, engaging, and kind. The assisting staff is informative and a delight as well. Ive have had chronic back pain for several years. My most recent issue involved lower back pain and muscle spasms. After six weeks of a variety of treatments, I can honestly say I am 95% pain free which is to say I feel much, much better. The APM staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their services when needed without hesitation.

When I came to Annapolis Pain Management, I had terrible pain in my knee cap which made going up and down steps almost impossible. The physical therapists worked with me on several exercises to unlock my knee and remove the pain. After 2 months I am feeling great! I thought I would be stuck living with my knee pain, with knee replacement surgery in the future, so I decided to give APM a try. I am SO glad I did. From day 1, this place has been wonderful! They actually LISTEN and want to do the very best to help. In just a few weeks, my knee pain has diminished more that I ever thought possible. Stairs are no longer a huge obstacle! Even issues with insurance were dealt with quickly and professionally. I recommend this office highly!!

Dr Mary Beth works with you to figure out your issues and set up a plan of attack. And then she checks in with you after several sessions to check on your progress and reassess your needs. Dr Green does the actual adjustments, but has also used other techniques that are new to me. When I came in to see them I could hardly move my neck side to side or up and down.My neck has improved immensely since Ive been coming here! And I can tell my back is looser than it ever has been and they are actually getting to the bottom of my issues. They have also now been treating my 12 yr old daughter for a torn hamstring (shes a dancer), and I feel very confident that shes in the best hands for us to see a full and complete recovery. The professionalism of each staff member is also impressive. They give great attention to calling you by name --you feel like you are coming in to see your friends when you walk through the doors. They run the office like a well-oiled machine and are incredibly patient, kind and friendly while doing so. I could not be happier that I was recommended to them. I started at Green Life in hopes of losing weight, but I really have gotten so much more out of it! I am losing weight and I am thrilled with that, but even more happy with the way I feel. I used to fight falling asleep during the middle of the day (even while driving) and now, I have so much more energy and I just feel GREAT! I joke that I feel like I am on a constant runners high, but that is how great I feel. The weight loss is fantastic, but the improvement in my quality of life is just absolutely amazing! No amount of words can actually convey how much better I feel, but this has absolutely changed my life.

It has been a great experience at Green Life Chiropractic and Wellness. I was skeptical and a bit nervous at first, but the staff is gifted at making one welcome and comfortable. The combo care of PT and Chiropractic certainly has helped me feel better fast. Also, since my employer health insurance plan doesnt cover this care, the staff was very gracious to work with me and developed a care plan I could handle. I actually do look forward to seeing all of their smiling faces when I come in for an appointment, as they seem to genuinely care how Ive been and encouraged by how my wellness is progressing.Thanks Docs and staff!

A leading orthopedic doctor suggested I begin traction on my neck for the reverse curve in my cervical spine. Basically, your neck should have a natural curve. My neck curve happens to curve the wrong way. For years, I have dealt with neck pain that would keep me up at night or lead to extreme discomfort during the day. The pain also radiates into my left shoulder. I was told if I did not address this issue soon then surgery would probably be in the cards for me later.I had been to a chiropractor years ago for my neck pain. I experienced only adjustments. While the adjustments always felt good, I was never supplied additional tools to get better.The orthopedic doctor specifically asked me to find a chiropractor who works on spinal rehabilitation this time. Upon googling, there are only a few such doctors in the Annapolis area …and after further research ….the best one appeared to be Green Life Chiropractic & Wellness. My research payed off!Green Life takes the least amount of X-rays needed to make a proper diagnosis. They show you where you are at the moment with their diagnostic tools and the end goal they are hoping to achieve. There is no hard sales pitch. Just an open honest dialogue. They want you to ask questions and learn. They teach stretching and strengthening techniques for your issue(s). These are tools you can use at home too. I had years of physical therapy prior but was never taught great techniques until now! My specific issue with my cervical spine needs traction. They even supply you the traction device to do at home. They encourage you to do all the exercises at home to improve at a quicker pace.I now have very little neck and shoulder pain …and many days none! After living with this neck issue for years the pain becomes second nature. When it starts to alleviate, you begin to wonder how you lived with the pain! Their goal is to get you moving and pain free…. and it totally works.

I started being treated by Dr. Green a few months ago when I was having horrible leg pain while training for a half marathon. During training the pain had gotten so bad it became painful to walk. After a few visits, I was feeling much better and was able to achieve my goal in completing the half marathon in March. While I was being seen my secondary issue was daily headaches. At the time I did not realize how much these headaches were affecting my daily routine. I thought that headaches were due to stress and something I just had to live/deal with. Within a few weeks of adjustments, I was having a hard time even remembering the last time I had a headache. Waking up in the morning and living my life headache and pain free is AWESOME! My boss recently asked why I was so happy and I have Green Life to thank!!!!!Thank you Dr. Green and the Green Life Team for making me feel like a whole new person!!!

I cant say enough good things about Annapolis Pain Management. I thought for sure I would have to have surgery on my back, but the folks here have straightened me out and have me going in a really good direction. Every time I go, there are approx 15 people that interact with me and they all are always positive, upbeat and supportive. The front desk staff are always very welcoming, the the doctors, therapists, managers, and support staff really listen to the patients and keep things fluid, adjusting the treatments as needed. I really like that there is a combination of massage, chiropractic care, physical therapy and body mechanics and not just one approach to fixing a problem. Im keeping my fingers crossed that they can keep this middle aged fat guy away from the hospital. Love this place!

The team at APM had been so instrumental in my road to recovery following a total knee replacement. I found Green Life Chiropractic and Wellness last summer, and Im so happy I did. My experience has been amazing! I really like the focus isnt solely on adjustment and improving function--I can go anywhere for that--but also involves educating the patient on total body wellness through nutrition and physical activity.Dr. Green and Dr. Mary Beth are very knowledgeable and professional, and also quite passionate about what they do. They take time to explain things (which I appreciate) and its obvious from the moment you walk in the door that they truly care about their patients.Both of my children (ages 4 and 11 months) are seen by Dr. Mary Beth. She is fantastic! Ive seen many other kids in the office and they all adore her. If you are in pain, or want to stay active and mobile with proper self-care, Annapolis Pain Management is simply the best. Besides the best providers, (I have been treated by Drs. Eddie, Green and Mary Beth; massage therapist Jeni; the nurse practitioner and so well taken care of by the staff for tons of modalities) the approach is positive, whole-body, and leave-here-feeling-better. The open floor plan allows for easy transitions from one station to the next - you dont spend much time waiting around at all. Additionally, the care from Dr. Mary Beth regarding short and long term goals is thoughtful and organized. This group of dedicated professionals has helped me to stay active and healthy. I injured my back to a point where I couldnt walk more than a couple hundred feet at my normal pace. Whenever I attempted to walk at more than a very leisurely pace, the muscles in my right leg would tighten up and it was very painful and my gait looked terrible. My wife said that I walked like Herman Munster, so a doctors visit was in order. I previously had issues with arthritis in my right hip and I had seen an orthopedist surgeon for it. This time he recommended that I see a physical therapist. The physical therapy helped a bit but after 2 months, I was still having difficulties walking more that 400 or so feet. I had seen a chiropractor in the past for sciatica related issues and this time I went on a google search for a chiropractor close to my current home. I found Green Life Chiropractic & Wellness. They had many positive reviews, so I made an appointment in the hopes that some manipulations might help with the pain management.The staff consisted of 2 chiropractors, one nurse practitioner, 4 or 5 physical therapy assistants, and 4 or 5 other very friendly assistants to handle the scheduling of visits and insurance matters. The business is different from other chiropractic practices that I visited in the past. In addition to chiropractic manipulations, the facility is a physical therapy and pain management center. Another chiropractor recently joined the office which increased the number of doctors available to see patients to three. They all work together as a team AND they take insurance.The doctors have truly engaged me in honest conversation about my rehab, and have adjusted my treatment based on my feedback. This was far and above what I typically experienced with other doctors these days.It has been approximately 4 weeks since I started going to Green Life and I feel 100% better. I still have a little ways to go due to the arthritis on my right hip but we have engaged in conversations about long term solutions. My wife is happy to see me walk much better than I had been for the past 4 months. Unfortunately, I will no longer have an excuse for not doing my share of the chores around the house. All good things must come to an end, but Ill be glad when Im able to get back on my bicycle and disappear for a few hours.I would recommend Green Life to anyone, without hesitation. I wish I had started getting treatments from them sooner.

I actually found this place based on the positive reviews and I must say they definitely live up to the hype. Each person there makes sure that you are taken care of and treats you more than just a number. After a month into my sessions I have already seen tremendous improvements in my health and wellbeing. Not to mention, met some really cool people. Would recommend time and time again!

I have been really impressed with everyone at Green Life. I have been going to chiropractors off and on for around 25 years, and this is the first time Ive really had a comprehensive evaluation and a treatment plan with a goal of really correcting my issues instead of just giving a quick adjustment. I love that they analyze my data , use it to develop a specific goal, and then incorporate a variety of methods to meet that goal. I also really appreciate the way both doctors try to educate the patients about why they are using a certain method. If you have considered going to a chiropractor or tried chiropractic medicine in the past and been disappointed, I would strongly recommend that you visit Green Life.

I have been going to APM for 3 years for different issues, ( Im kind of a hot mess). I work for the fire department, so getting my body right without surgery is important. Dr Mary Beth, Dr Green, and their amazing staff come through everytime. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable. Front desk staff is amazing and can help with everything from A to Z. From small issues to big issues, your not helping yourself if you dont come here first.

Im normally extremely active but this excruciating pain hit me one day and I pretty much felt like I was dying--I could not move. I thought some rest would relieve the pain but nothing improved. I finally decided to make the appointment.Ive never been to a chiropractor so I really did not know what to expect. However, both Dr. Green and Dr. Steele are warm and welcoming.Both doctors interact with other clients with warmth and familiarity. Dr. Green was upbeat and energetic while he attended to several other clients.They have an open area setting that could be a bit off putting for private-type folks. You do see other clients and can be seen by others while you are in treatment. Theres a good vibe throughout -- the clients are smiling and friendly, a variety of musical artists playing overhead, and happy chatter abounds.They do have a private consultation room for closed door private consultations and encourage exchange and confidences. Thats also where the X-Rays are done.I consulted with Dr. Green regarding my pain and he took the time to ask questions about the situation, listened and summarized well. He did a visual analysis of my standing and sitting postures and saw that the pain was causing me to favor one side and putting additional strain on my spine.He was excellent about explaining the source of pain, how posture improvement would relieve the pain, examining my desk work area to determine if it could be a contributing factor to my symptoms (It was), and his recommendations for the treatment procedure to relieve existing pain and prevent future pain.I had expected a manual approach for an adjustment but he wanted to relieve the pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck first. I was lead to a modernized medieval stretching contraption that he referred to as a decompression machine. It was comfortable and hardly noticeable as it slowly stretched the neck area. It was amazingly effective that first treatment. I could immediately feel prior symptoms relieved and felt much better.Follow up visits included increasing my time on the decompression machine and manual adjustments. The combined approach not only relieved my immediate symptoms but made me review all aspects of my daily surroundings to improve them for more comfort, and pay more attention to my posture, reading and how I hold my iPhone to put less pressure on my neck.Im a raving fan and so happy that my pain was naturally relieved and felt so good in the process.

Life Changing! This is not your ordinary chiropractic office. Green Life is a cross between, a chiropractor, physical therapist and life coach. I would recommend Green Life to anyone who asked. I came to them with a ruptured disc and my quality of life was in decline. I made it clear to them what I hoped for and that I really wanted to avoid surgery. I am closing in my goals with them 8 weeks later and feel fantastic. I owe it all to Green Life!

This place is awesome, my back pain already feels almost all the way better in just a few weeks. Before this place I went to another chiropractor which I now realize was extremely sketchy. This office is extremely thorough and really listens to and takes into account how you are feeling every appointment. Everyone is extremely dedicated to helping you recover/lessen your pain and, are extremely nice, and make you feel like they care about you personally. I have had a long-standing lower back problem, but over the last couple years I started having neck pain. The situation culminated with both issues coming together resulting in severe radiating pain down my left arm and nerve pain down both legs. I could barely move. I entered the medical system through an orthopedic surgeon and was referred to a spinal surgeon and a physical therapist. I sought another opinion from another surgeon... everything was pointing in the direction of surgery. I had never had chiropractic care, and it was only until a patient of mine recommended looking into it that I considered it. I feel so fortunate that the referral was to Green Life Chiropractic and Wellness. This is not just chiropractic care, its all about wellness. Within two appointments, my pain levels dropped significantly. Now, I am pain free and working with the doctors and staff to improve my spinal health. A word about the staff... so many health care facilities are staffed with employees providing services.
