If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in with a prior appointment for a broken nose, had to wait in the completely empty waiting room for about 15-20 minutes. Fine.Then they have to re-do my x-ray because they screwed it up, and the practitioner referred me to the wrong specialty department at the hospital for a follow-up.As I was leaving, I asked if there was a copay. I was not told that I would be billed. I was told that I was all set. Over the summer, I received bills for $107. The first notice was sent in late May. The second notice was sent in August. Ann Arbor is obviously a college town, and I was not at that address during the summer months. In September, only a week after getting back to my apartment, I received a letter informing that the urgent care clinic had sent my debt to a collections agency, which also then did not pick up the phone during their stated office hours and did not return my messages.So not only did they mishandle my injury, they also managed to affect my credit.

I went to michigan urgent care at annarbor with a prior appointment for my son in February 2021and I paid copay and my insurance paid the remaining amount. But from June every month they sent me a bill for 75 usd as copay . I talked to a couple of customer service people and they asked me to send the receipt copy and I keep on doing that but every month I get a new bill stating I owe that 75 usd . I really dont know what to do at this point. Such a bad experience after paying all the bills and still they ask me to pay. If it ever affects my credit then I have to handle it legally .

Not bad. Stick around rather then leaving and coming back. Front desk told me they would text me when I was up, so I left to work at a coffeeshop 3 min away. I got a text eventually saying I was skipped and had “about 5 minutes”. I hurried back and made it in time but was confused as to why I didn’t get a text until after I was skipped. Other than that they are a bit short staffed so be nice to them and be a patient patient.

Fast Accurate and Friendly. I have chronic back pain and come here when it’s bad and need relief. Dr Shah takes very good care of me in my treatment options. He was complete and offered me treatment that would not create other problems. Doctor Shahs Communication is awesome and he never rushed me. Feel safe here. Thank you Michigan Urgent Care

Went in for a work physical. Dr. was meh. Minutes later I got a call from CVS for a prescription that was never prescribed. The pharmacy had all my info- Ive never even used that pharmacy. Somethings not right here. Glad I didnt need real medical care! Couldnt even call the office. Tried waiting on the automated service for a long time to try to explain the mix-up. Sorry for the person who was supposed to get the prescription.

This place is by far the worst. My fiance went here around January. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with him so they sent him to the ER with a CD. Before heading to the ER we asked if he owed anything and they said nothing. When we got to the ER the CD was blank. Now today we get a bill from a third party collector because apparently we did owe them (the urgent care) a copay. How are they going to report us to a third party when they didnt even bill us first?!? Also the fact that they literally did no tests because the CD was blank and the ER had to redo everything.

Wonderful staff. Very competent and skilled PA. I am only docking a star because they are woefully understaffed. They need another PA or nurse practitioner, but Im sure this company is prioritizing profits over people. Its not the staffs fault that it took almost 3 hours to get some stitches - thats a failure of the system. The staff was sweet and apologetic and they did a good job with what they were given.

Never AGAIN ! I brought my mother for taking a test for Covid-19, It was August 6. The process took more than 1 hour when it should be 15 min maximum. I asked for a rapid test result. Today is August 17th, we still didnt get any result !!!! I called them several times, nobody takes calles. I left messages with a request to call me back with the updates for the test - no reaction! It is a truly money-grubbing turtle-care facility! NOT RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long wait, money-grubbing practices, and rude doctor.Just needed a COVID test, booked an appointment online the day before and did online check in, I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and still waited 15+ minutes after the appt start time which was only 30 mins after theyre open so I dont know how they could have been running behind so early in the day. Just wanted to do a rapid test because there was a chance I was exposed to someone at work. The front office person told me Id have to have a full appointment even though I only needed a test. I asked why and she said because it was my first time there they needed to do it.Both the nurse and the doctor asked why I didnt to do both the rapid and the PCR, I said I was really just doing this as a precaution since Im fully vaccinated and Ive already had COVID so I prefer to just do the rapid. The doctor pressured me into doing both and told me that the rapid test is only 60% accurate, which sounds low from what Ive read online, also why not wait until its negative to do PCR if the results only take 15 minutes anyway? The doctor was rude and condescending and pressured me into both types of test.

Wife went in for stitches because a cut wouldnt stop bleeding. PA came in, unwrapped the gauze, handed her (non-sterile) paper towel and walked out with a hang tight.Maybe listen to your patients and get prepared before unwrapping the gauze someone put on?

The sign-in process isnt started until the front-desk person initiates it through Solv, the scheduling app. Instead, you sign-in with your phone, and then are told that youll get paperwork over txt after waiting some time. You have to take photos of your license and insurance cards, THEN the front-desk still asks for it to scan in. Its redundant, and clunky. Instead of streamlining intake, its just gotten longer. The A/C was broken, so the entire building was a sauna. There are visible cobwebs and dead bug carcasses in the lobby. Staff were not friendly or capable. Once inside a patients room, you can hear the staff discussing both other patients health as well as your own. It is a known issue, because the doctor said, Yeah, they should really do something about that when I mentioned I had already heard my diagnosis. The nurse didnt understand basic bandaging techniques, but was asked to dress my wound by the doctor, showing that the doctor is completely unaware of the inabilities of the staff or she simply doesnt care. The front desk person mishandled billing, overcharged, and they do not bill later for services. Instead its the onus of the patient to fight to rectify the bill with the insurance company.

A absolute nightmare. The second doctor I saw made the pain so much worse by being way too aggressive to the area and the staff here are extremely disrespectful. They thought I was on hold and I overheard them bad mouthing/mocking me. Your job is to help people not to make them feel worse. Be a professional and not gossip with your staff. Do not go here.

While the service was effective, once I was actually admitted the service took a very long time. A solution had been put in my ears and was left to sit for a few minutes, but the doctor left the room and didn’t come back for 10 minutes each time. A 20 minute appointment became an hour long appointment with all of the waiting I had to do.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I arrived one morning for a drug test for my job. The facility had lost power the night before and it had yet to be restored. Instead of simply dismissing me and sending me on my way, a staff member went out of her way to call the manager to ask if they could still provide the service for me. While the manager explained that this would not be possible, the fact that the staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate me spoke volumes. This is just one positive example of many of how the staff here work to accommodate the needs of their patients.

The office is very clean and COVID safe and I like how they have mobile/virtual checkin. It’s never a good thing to have to go to urgent care but when I do, this is my preferred place and I definitely recommend.

Went here last week because my ear hurt and the nurse while attempting to look into my ear actually ruptured my eardrum. At the time the urgent care doctor told me I had vertigo which is why I got so dizzy and nauseous. I went to an ENT the next morning due to the pain and hearing loss in my ear. ENT found my eardrum completely ruptured. Called urgent care and complained the next day and did not receive a call back. Do not come here.

BEWARE MEDICAID PATIENTS!!! I have gone to this urgent care several times in the past 3 years and never had an issue until today. Until today, I’ve never had a copay or anything left to pay after my visit. They charged me $70 and told me that my insurance had only covered $190 of the visit. They said that they changed their billing and didn’t tell me until after my visit was over. When I asked for an Itemized Recipt to see what I’m being charged for, she was “unable to print it” and told me to call their billing company.

The staff was rude to me during my visit and follow up phone calls. The doctors were nice, but seem a little exhausted (which I get, its a pandemic going on). I would encourage people to go to other Urgent Cares with staff that is more friendly. One time they told me to come back in the morning because I arrived late and they didnt want to stay late for a doctor to see me. I get that I arrived late, but my medical need was urgent and going to urgent care was very much more affordable than an ER visit. It was not comforting to hear at all in my time of need. Ive also received attitude from the staff which I did not appreciate. I will never be returning to this Urgent Care. The wait to see a doctor is also 2 hours. Other Urgent Cares Ive been to the wait is only like 30 minutes. There must be other Urgent Cares in the area. Go there!

Thats definitely not my case: staff was indifferent to me if not passive aggressive when I was asking legitimate questions; doctor did not even say hello and my case was obviously not important to him. He spent less than 2 minutes with me (I was about to write 90 seconds...)Since I waited a little less than half an hour and it did not look that busy I wonder why he could not spend a little more time letting me explain more. I just wanted to be out as soon as I could after this interaction with this cold doctor.

I scheduled a Covid-19 test ahead of time, arrived on time, and was turned away because they just had a lot of patients show up. There were two waiting in the lobby when I arrived. Their online waitlist was empty when I checked just 10 minutes prior to arriving.Look elsewhere for timely Covid testing – this isnt the place (even when you schedule ahead). I wish they had informed me in advance that my appointment was no longer available. 1 star.

Took my roommate here as he was very ill. Well, attempted to. Was greeted with a lazy desk attendant who didnt bother answering the phone as we waited outside. When I frantically asked for help, she mentioned she was currently busy at her computer. Very disappointing experience. My roommate was able to get help at the Michigan Hospital. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Ive heard before of the bad service here, but had yet to experience it. When taking care of those close to you, bad service is simply not acceptable.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment at 2pm to get a COVID test and I didn’t get the test until 3pm even though there was only one other person in the waiting room. Should not have taken this long with an appointment. None of the doctors seemed to have any sense of urgency to get people treated quickly as they were talking to each other the whole time. The only reason I give this place any stars at all is for the kind nurse who took our blood pressure, and the doctor was also nice. In every other respect, this was a horrible experience.I called ahead to see if they were taking walk-ins for covid testing. The receptionist on the phone answered a very short and annoyed sounding yes. followed by silence. I thanked her and my husband and I drove there to be tested. When we arrived, we went to walk in and the receptionist who was the same one I spoke with on the phone barely looked at us and told us only three were allowed inside, which is understandable, but there was no signage indicating that. As we waited in the vestibule, someone else walked out. The receptionist walked to the vestibule door, and without acknowledging us or saying anything, shut the door hard in our faces.We finally noticed a sign saying to make an appointment online for a covid test which means they were NOT doing walk ins. I made an appointment online which was a little tedious. It told us to come back in 45 minutes. The text messages we received told us to register at the front desk 10 minutes before our appointment. We attempted to do so, but as there were 3 people already inside, we could not. We read the sign in the vestibule again and it said to wait in our car and the receptionist would call us to come in. So we waited in the car. At our appointment time, I still hadnt received a call, and we got a text from the appointment maker saying we needed to register asap or our spot wasnt guaranteed. So, I called the urgent care again. I got the voicemail this time which told us we needed to come inside to register. So far, this was a very confusing and distressing experience. But it got worse.We went inside the vestibule AGAIN and waited until we could go inside. Someone was at the desk so we waited. When that person was finished, I walked toward the reception area and stood far enough back to be respectful and not encroach, but close enough that the receptionist would see I was right there. The receptionist COMPLETELY ignored me. She didnt look at me, she didnt even speak to me to say Ill be with you in a few minutes. She didnt acknowledge me whatsoever for a good 2 to 3 minutes. My husband came up beside me and I looked over at him and we were both thinking we should just leave right then and there. Finally she spoke to me. She didnt look at me and asked what she could do for me as if she wished I would just go away. I started to explain I made an appointment but that I wasnt sure if I should come up or if she was going to call me when she was ready because the sign, the appointment messages, and voicemail were all conflicting, and she cut me off twice extremely rudely to say she needed my id and insurance. At this point I was trying not to cry because of how small and awful I felt. Ironically there was a job posting up next to the desk saying they were looking for warm and service centered individuals to be receptionists. She was rude and disinterested the entire time she was helping me. I would have understood if she was busy, but there was only one other person in the waiting room, and she immediately started watching videos on her phone after we coughed up $80 for this treatment and sat down.While we were in there, the loudest thing she said was to ask the person in there with us about their symptoms! Right in front of us! No confidentiality whatsoever. The chair in front of her desk was also not sanitized between patients. (I chose not to sit.)We waited for over an hour to be seen. When we were finally called back to have our blood pressure taken, we again waited almost an hour to see the doctor and get tested. I know you cant see all of whats happening there, but for the amount of people they were even allowing in at once, it did not seem busy to me.Needless to say, we will absolutely not be back. Go to a different urgent care, I beg of you.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and FAST! I use them for occupational health services and must visit there 2-4 times per month. They know me by my first name and are always friendly. The facility is well appointed and clean. You can also check in online to reduce your wait time. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. I came here for abdominal pain that ended up being a kidney stone. All they had to do was see if I had any blood in my urine and I would have been good to go. They even got a sample out of me but I dont think they ever even took a look at it. They took my $50 and sent me on my way to the ER with some XRays. Turns out the XRays they took werent even in the correct format so more XRays had to be taken. Both my ER doc and PCP told me not to go here again. Id suggest everyone else to heed their words as well. These guys are just looking for a quick buck out of you.

Employees are rude and unhelpful. I would recommend always calling ahead because they make up rules when they feel like it and dont keep their site updated. I also have never received good care here. Doctors are quick to prescribe any and everything to get you in and out without actually figuring out whats wrong with you and if theyre giving you a medicine that will actually help you.

This place provides excellent care, my family and I have been here twice in the past year and can tell that the people who work here care about their patients. The front staff was kind and we got checked in quickly, the nurse in triage was very good with my daughter and explained everything. Our Physician Assistant Lilia Popadiuk provided excellent care and was able to quickly diagnose and treat my daughter. I would recommend this place and its staff to my friends and family.

All I can say is WOW...I went in to get Covid tested and was not taken seriously. I asked for a note for work and the doctor said she couldn’t tell me to quarantine because “she doesn’t know all my symptoms” even though I told her so the cryptic note I got indicated I could return to work with Covid symptoms. Doesn’t seem like they are taking the pandemic seriously which you would think doctors would. I’ve also been calling daily after the 5 business days passed and can’t get anyone on the line, so the whole visit was a waste of time and money. Now I don’t know my test results and have to get tested elsewhere, and I’m still sick in bed.I also told the doctor antibiotics give me psychosis when she asked if I was allergic to them, and she prescribed them anyway because “she can deal with psychosis.” So all I got was belittling in regards to my health, no useful information or note for returning to work without penalty, and a prescription for drugs I can’t take. Meanwhile Ann Arbor Urgent Care a few miles is always packed but sees you much sooner, they are always friendly and professional, and act like they care about your health; my mistake was not going there instead because I wanted to go somewhere closer.

Masoud Ahmadmehrabi, creepy Dr. casually chatted with the staff about my appearance, demeanor and referenced my chronic disorder openly in the hallway. I came here for a UTI that was brushed off as period pain. No physical exam other than a reach around prod of my back. Gave urine sample but it was ignored.Update: obtained a second opinion at a different urgent care. Do in fact have a UTI and received medication.

I use this Urgent Care Facility whenever I can! They are quick, respectful, and above all very good at what they do. I have even had the experience of my primary care doctors nurse being unable to resolve a problem that they quickly diagnosed and successfully treated. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

I don’t recommend. Every time I have gone here I have had to wait FOREVER! Even the last time I went when there was only 1 other person in the waiting room I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor.If you want to take a Covid test from here anticipate waiting 7 days for your results. WAY longer than other places.

I went to their website this morning to schedule a covid test. There was no indication on their website that covid tests arent done until 10:00 a.m. so I showed up only to find out that I couldnt get the test. As I sat in the car and tried to schedule for 10:00 a.m. their software wouldnt allow me to make another appointment in the same day. I called the office and the person answered the phone saying I could just walk in and I asked her couldnt she schedule an appointment for me while Im on the phone. Apparently that was too much trouble for her and what seemed to be begrudgingly she went into the system and canceled out my 8:00 a.m. appointment and told me I could make the appointment online. Their software program requires a birthdate however it wont let you just type in the date a pop-up calendar requires you to swipe and swipe and swipe and swipe and swipe. For someone who is 65 years old swiping through 65 years at 12 months per year I gave up. I will be going to another urgent Care that was far easier to schedule. This isnt my first time going to this urgent care since its less than a mile from my house my other visits were equally disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting place, very very unprofessional people and it’s been about 10days now that I haven’t received my covid test result. This place shouldn’t be allowed to continue testing for covid since I can already see that they had a lost report already.

I was in a lot of pain when I decided to visit this clinic, looking for any type of relief. The doctor was very short with me and barely spent 3 minutes with me. She came in, told me what the problem was as she was walking out the door, and then never returned after suggesting I may need surgery.My blood pressure was taken and the nurse expressed that my BP was high. She took it again manually and never told me my BP level. Despite that, she had much better bedside manner than the doctor. I felt very uneasy during the entire process and felt like the goal was to just kick me out the office as soon as possible.I even had medication prescribed to me with no explanation of what I was prescribed or how much it would cost at my nearest pharmacy. I was truly disappointed and will not return here for care in the future.
