I was just feeling awful, headache and body aches couldnt study at all. I went in and was treated quickly, and the staff especially the doctor were so friendly and helpful. Really helped me feel better right away. As a student I felt I got treated really nice and felt safe. Strongly recommend.

In my line of work I get minor injuries often but some time it it more than minor like it was today. Came here and was happy the way they treated me. Highly recommended.

Receptionist was rude and very inattentive. She was on phone when we arrived. After being there for 40 minutes we were told our insurance wouldn’t cover infection in a sutured cut we would have to pay cash. Which is fine whatever. Then after another 30 mins we were finally admitted. Waiting to be seen by Dr. very unprofessional place we’re in a pinch trying not to go to an ER. Should have just went there. On too of that they don’t do cultures, so this infected cut could be properly diagnosed or even treated due to there lack of testing. This is not an urgent care facility, don’t go here.. we will be contacting the state board this can’t be proper medicine. We paid cash for a visit, got no medical treatment, not even antibiotic treatment for the cut. We did get a bandage they the patient had to out on. This place is not a medical provider.

I can only rate the front reception office because her ignorance did not allow me to get past her to see a doctor. My girlfriend tested positive for Strep B, which was concluded via urine sample at an urgent care down the street. This place said that they cannot do that test, even though it’s just a urine sample and send it to the lab. The front desks exact words were “in my 2 and a half years of working here I’ve never heard of that.” The foreign lady’s vast medical experience prohibited me from seeing the doctor and I had to go to a different urgent care down the street where I was in, completed the urine sample, and was gone.

I took someone to see Dr. RAMMAL for an emergency matter: he proved to be knowledgeable, performed a thorough exam & took his time to explain everything. I often take people to the doctors since Im the proxy & guardian for a few folks. Being present at so many doctors appointments makes me truly appreciate good doctors when I cross them.At Advance Urgent Care in Ann Arbor, Dr. ALI also performs immigration exams. Hes also knowledgeable & friendly.Both visits were stress free, they are easy to talk to. Prices were good. Immigration medical exam was $300 (a lot of places charge nearly $600, so its half the price). And the emergency visit with Dr. RAMMAL was also a cash transaction due to lack of insurance. It was cheaper than any doctor in the area. So far, from the two visits, I think this place has quality medical staff and the best prices in the area.

I had a bad case of poison ivy they gave me a shot and 2 different kind of pills and 2 days latter I am doing a lot better. Nice clinic down the street from my house.

WARNING: Nurse who administered my covid test told me she was unvaccinated. Front desk staff had masks below their noses/hanging off. Barely any enforcement in keeping people getting tested for covid out of the waiting room.

I have been here twice, seen Dr Ali, and both times, I was rushed through, not really looked at, and misdiagnosed. He doesnt take his time, he doesnt actually pay attention. Go a little further down Stadium to other urgent cares if youre in a pinch, because this one is absolutely atrocious.

None of the staff in the reception are we’re wearing masks when I came in and only one of them had the courtesy to put one on while I was in the facility. The woman appearing to be supervising did not even put her’s on and was very rude to myself and the woman she was training. To top it off I waited for about 30 minutes just for them to process my information and to finally see the nurse (although I was a returning patient and the only one in the facility at the time).

Friendly staff, fast service, excellent care. Highly recommended over a trip to the ER for simple emergencies

I just got back from over an hour wait. I was told after being there an hour and twenty minutes that they had called a doctor in but they were coming from Jackson and were stuck in traffic and it would be another 40 minutes. I should have been told there was no doctor in the building when I arrived.

Do not go here the doctor is incompetent. After talking with him and being terrified about possibly having an “infected IUD” and being criticized for not getting my IUD “checked by a doctor once every two months”, I went to an actual OGBYN through University of Michigan. I was informed that he was completely wrong and they double checked and I was fine. I do not recommend coming here.

This review was for an adult visit. Very quick. Everybody (front desk person, assistant, to NP) was great. Dr. Chris (NP) was awesome and was patient in listening to the history. Did all the tests required to rule out major stuff and was out within 30-40 mins. Thumbs up!

Don’t go there!!!! They give you false and misleading test results! Very irresponsible and unprofessional! Staff are very rude and not helpful at all. They are clueless about what’s going on there. The worst service you can get. Have never been to a worse place.

I had a wonderful experience at my first visit to this urgent care on Friday evening, 2/9/18. The wait was minimal and the staff were professional and pleasant. The doctor was knowledgeable and was a test minimalist which I appreciated. Finally, he prescribed treatment that helped cure my upper respiratory infection.I plan on returning for any other urgent visits for myself or my family.

Been here multiples times and have always been treated well. Ive come on various days and times and usually get in and out pretty quickly, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but for an urgent care that is completely expected. The doctors and staff are great! Much easier to get treated here then wait days if not weeks to get into my primary care.Theyve treated my whole family everything from strep to needing xrays and Ive never had a bad experience.

I have been coughing for more than 4 weeks after having a cold and was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. I saw the doctor on Saturday and within 2 days I am feeling a lot better. Thank you for your help.

Never have I ever been denied care. I limped in after falling at work and hurting my knee and they refused to see me because THEIR paperwork wasn’t filled out first by my supervisor. I understand it’s their policy but it’s a really messed up policy. How is anyone supposed to plan for that? I was alone at work when I fell. My direct supervisor is at least a half hour from where I work. Am I really supposed to sit in the waiting room in great pain while they wait for her to come over and sign a sheet of paper?!? Super disappointed.

I went here last Sunday for an upper respiratory infection. They saw me immediately and were very thorough. Unfortunately, the antibiotics they prescribed havent been working, so I called them today to ask for advice. The doctor called me back a few hours later and was extremely helpful. He called in an alternative prescription for me and I am so impressed. Great service.

Went here on the day after an ankle sprain from playing soccer, got lucky enough to have a nurse who played competitive volley ball for years with first hand knowledge of every type of sports related knee and foot injury. She was extremely friendly, funny and mindful of my injury when placing my foot to be x-rayed, commenting with things like This pose is easy, but youre going to hate the next one.The doctor I saw was also very knowledgeable and friendly, I asked a question about when I should start to put some weight on my ankle to which he roughly said Well if you stress out the tendons now, they might bleed more and as hemoglobin is broken down, it leaves iron behind which is an oxidizer and causes more inflammation. I had a lot of respect that he chose to give a clear, simple train of thought that feels rare in my experience interacting with doctors. Very happy I went.

Great people! The Dr was kind enough to give me the plant that was in his office that was just too big for its space. I greatly appreciate the gift and will take care of it 😆 I didnt expect to walk out with a plant that could barley fit in my car today but it definitely made may day! I will recommend this urgent car to anyone I can!

I went here with symptoms of strep throat and was seen quickly, which was nice. However, the physician talked to me like I was 5 years old and wanted to prescribe antibiotics without doing a strep test. I asked for testing; both the rapid test and culture were negative. Im glad to have saved putting myself through a course of antibiotics. Its a private urgent care, so Im not surprised they are more concerned with saving time and money than they are with coming to an accurate diagnosis. But if you want to keep your patients happy and healthy, youve got to adhere to well established clinical practice guidelines.

This place is awesome. I know that there were 4 people that walked in at once and the way the staff delegated responsibility and were able to see everyone is a timely fashion was impeccable. Great place, will definitely come again!

Went in yesterday with a real bad itchy rash. Gave me a shot and a prescription. I slept real good and today feeling a lot better. Highly recommended.

This clinic was on my way home. Location is convenient. Staff and doctor were friendly and helpful. I had no appointment, thus a walk-in and was seen very quickly. Had to fill out a couple forms, then was brought to a room within 5 minutes of finishing. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone especially those in a rush or those without a primary care doctor.

Had to wait about 45 minutes, but I figure that’s somewhat expected at 5 pm on a weeknight during cold and flu season. Very friendly and helpful nurse and doctor. Great experience overall.

The doctor there did a great job with stitches on my hand. He kept talking to me while doing the stitches to keep my mind off of the stitches which was nice of him.

The doctor here is not helpful, and wanted to prescribe me antibiotics to treat strep throat without doing either a rapid strep test OR a throat culture because he doesnt really believe those things work. He also claimed that its totally fine to take antibiotics to treat strep even if I did not actually have strep, and completely dismissed antibiotic resistance as since that was what new-age medicine people believe in. Even though there was only one person before me, I was there for over two hours and didnt receive a helpful diagnosis at all.

Rude front desk staff. Wrong diagnosis which made my symthoms unaddressed and got worse. Thankfully its not life threatening. Im agree with all the negative reviews here. Truly incompetent doctor. Dont waste your time and money. If you have the option, checkout IHA by Dominos Farms.

Came in with a finger bleeding very badly. I called in advance to ask about the wait and I was told there was only one person at the time so I hurried over. I only had to wait about 10 minutes (another place I called had a 2 hour wait). The doctor came in right after they took my vitals and he was able to stop the bleeding. Everyone here was very friendly and patient but still understood I really needed urgent care. Plus I only had to pay my normal copay afterwards.

Never, ever go here. It cost me two trips, and lab work that I was never told would bill me separate and didn’t want done in the first place, in order for ME to tell THEM what I had, which was the same thing I had TWO previous times I went there. Couldn’t figure out. Unbelievable. Totally incompetent. Avoid this place.To top it off, I got a phone call from someone who I can only assume is the owner to berate me for giving them a bad review. Never been so offended and pissed off. I’d give them a second one star review if I could. It’s absurd that this guy thinks he can treat people that way.

Fast waiting period, clean facility, friendly staff (the nurses & the doctor) and they except walk-ins which was helpful because I was new to the area at the time. The only thing they could improve on (which is a non-issue in the cell phone era) is reading material in the waiting room. The wait is so short that it really doesn’t have any impact on this rating

I came with a friend who needed help ASAP. The doctor was very nice and came out to the front and assured us that she can help us. And then all of a sudden the front desk girls said that they are unable to help us and told us to go somewhere else. What kind of place is this!?

Was turned away saying my husband was too sick to be seen! Despite being seen at this same place for same reason (extreme migraine) previously! This used to be the place to go to for quick professional care but we had to find a new urgent care. Too bad.

GO TO THE OTHER URGENT CARE AT 1000 E STADIUM!! I was denied care without even seeing or talking to the prescriber on staff between 5pm and 6pm. I WAS DISCRIMINATED DUE TO A CHRONIC DISEASE I SUFFER FROM, WHICH I WAS SEEIKING HELP FOR. I came in on a Saturday, 2 days before leaving the country for 2 weeks and I was desperate for help, unable to be seen by my refered Dr in time. The prescriber wouldnt even speak to me to hear my situation. I heard every foul thing he said to his staff about me without even knowing me. I left in tears because I felt hopeless. I went to the one on e stadium right after and broke out in tears when I was finally treated with people who truly want to help people. The people at e stadium took the time to talk to me and hear my situation and gave me the help I desperately needed. They may have honestly saved my life, but I would only trust the doctors at this urgent care on W stadium to help me die. Its disgusting to discriminate and deny care to a person due to the chronic disease they have.

The nurse and receptionist sat behind the desk complaining about how people come in after 8pm when they “have all day to come in here.” I was very disappointed with this entire urgent care experience. Definitely will not be returning and will recommend against it for my college peers!

I went here after looking up the reviews, especially Bridgetts. I have a similar issue where I have my prescription card, but havent received my insurance card yet.The front desk was ABSOLUTELY no help. I spent over an hour in the lobby on the phone trying to sort out information regarding my insurance - when I was so sick I could barely speak and was constantly coughing!When I updated the front desk lady with the information my insurance provider said should be sufficient, she still just stated that unless she received a faxed copy or physical copy of my insurance card, I could not proceed. She offered me no advice or alternatives. I was ultimately left with leaving as my only option.I would have been better off staying home and trying to rest up than wasting my time showing up here.Message to management. You should look into who was running the front desk on 1/5/15. Front desk service like this can ultimately ruin an otherwise good business.

SInce I am one without health insurance, I rely an urgent care facilities. This one is by far the most affordable, compassoinate and professional.Dr Ali has been on duty three of my four visits to the clinic and I have never been SO impressed! He is always professional, but also the most caring doctor I have EVER seen. And I am the most persnikkety person known! Words are so insufficient for the level of care that he delivers. The whole staff is exceptional.

Dr. Ali was absolutely wonderful- diagnosed me and had me on my way. This clinic is always terrific - hands down recommended!

Cannot support the help I received here enough. Cut my hand open severly and they hurried me in and saved me a trip to the ER. Gave me a full load of stitches and when I returned, took them out quickly. I was there for an hour at the time of my accident. The staff was very friendly and made what couldve been a day ruiner into a quick pit stop.

Yeah they are good for things like UTIs and strep but dont go here for anything that might be serious I was misdiagnosed both times I went and ended up very ill.

Giving this male doctor 1 star is being generous. Has not a clue what to prescribe his patients. Prescribed meds that arnt even ment for helping the issue. Made her feel uncomfortable due to the lack of knowledge he has. All his mistakes have prolonged the issue and the extreme pain. St.joe hospital got her on the proper meds. DO NOT use this place. (This place is listed in other medical locations as a place not recommended to use just as a heads up also)

I had a severe soar throat that was almost blocking my throat and I could barely swallow food. I went to UHS (University of Michigan Clinic) and they first took a lousy strep test that came out negative, but I was in such a bad condition that the doctor gave me a bunch of pills and sent me home. The day after I was even worse to a point that I could not even talk, so I found this clinic (Advance urgent care), which was a block away from me. They admitted me within half an hour and they were really friendly. The doctor examined me and gave me two shots and a blood test to take. In a few hours I started to feel much better, and a day later I was doing even better.I would highly recommend this place to the people living in the area. They are friendly and the actually seem to care about your well being. Plus, they know what they are doing, which is definitely the case in UHS since I have been there 100 times.

I went to this urgent care with fever and back pain and was found to have kidney infection. They doctor gave me a shot of antibiotic and started me on oral antibiotic. I started to feel better within 24 hours. I was very impressed with the bedside manners and knowledge of this doctor.

We had some pretty frustrating issues with the front desk experience, but the experience with both the x-ray tech and the doctor, as well as the follow up from the clinic leadership on our front desk complaints made our overall experience OK vs. very bad.

Saw a great doc there with my daughters-really good with patients and gave a holistic picture of healing as well as needed meds prescribed.

We drove WELL out of our way (because Urgent care in our neighborhood isnt up to par) and we were pleasantly treated, in and out quickly, great doctor and staff.... overall great experience, minus the shots and stitches and such.

Not the greatest experience. Understaffed, unprofessional and was not prompt to provide care in the slightest. Gossiping about patients in open areas and super slow to provide care. Staff was not helpful and does give care in a timely manner.

Went to Clinic one Sunday evening thinking that I had hives from food allergies or a bad stye. In my left eye. Therefore, I was greatly surprised and not really believing when Dr. Ashgar said that I had shingles as I was not in pain, my eyes were clear and I felt fine.. Nonetheless, I took off work the next day and got to see an ophthalmologist. The ophthalmologist was pleased and impressed that Dr. Ashgar called it right and had started me on the right medication and dosages. With the early diagnosis and intervention, both my eyes remain unaffected.. I am now really happy that I did not decide to wait till I get to see my PCP as I needed early intervention. Thank you, Dr. Ashgar!

I came to this urgent care due to a life-threatening bee allergy, and I was stung at work. I got there and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and said they couldnt treat me until I had a paper from my work. Having the fear of going into shock and wanting to be treated immediately kept me from stopping to get paperwork beforehand. I tried to see if I could get an email, and thought they would treat me while waiting on the email. They didnt. I ended up calling a different urgent care, and asked if I had to have a paper. Thy said that was ridiculous and to come in immediately. I told the lady at the desk I was leaving because I needed to be treated and she had the audacity to ask for the piece of paper with her email back! A scribbled email on scrap paper. Apparently her hands dont work. All the while she was complaining to her coworker about how she turned up the heat and she was going to die of heat exhaustion, while Im standing there terrified I might ACTUALLY die. I left and went to the other urgent care who didnt even make me sit down before bringing me back to check my vitals, and asked for the name of this urgent care so they could report them. You should never deny a patient treatment. This place only cares about money.

Didn’t have a single doctor on staff, very unhelpful and actually rude to me for asking for a simple physical. Excuse me for not knowing the limitations of your clinic.

There were problems processing my insurance, but the staff was really helpful sorting it out. The insurance company had never sent me the correct medical benefits card, only the prescription drug coverage.I was seen promptly once it was processed, and Dr. Stephen Doly and I talked for a long time. Answered all my questions, chatted a little, and in general, it was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had with an urgent care facility. The only snafu was the insurance which wasnt their fault.Definitely recommended for folks looking for urgent care in Ann Arbor. Plus they take UM insurance, unlike Concentra. I actually went to Concentra first after calling to confirm that they took my insurance, and was told that that morning they had decided to stop taking it when I arrived.

I got stitches done last weekend and they did a very nice job. I will be coming to this clinic from now on.

Despite there being an Urgent Care within walking distance of my house, I drove to this one and was taken very good care of. The Dr. saved me a lot of time and further illness.

Excellent experience.I took my friend who had gone to a different urgent care fora sore throat, they barely looked at him and gave him so standard antibiotics. A couple of days later he was having trouble swallowing and his infection was developing into a cyst in the back of his throat.The doctor at advanced urgent care looked at him and said oh boy, I knew that wasnt a good sign. He said that most doctors would recomend him to go to the emergency room but he knew my friend didnt have insurace, so he gave him two shots (antibiotic and anti inflamatory) and advised us that if that didnt work my friend would need surgery.THey worked! my friend started feeling better an hour later and all turned out well.I work in the health care industry and I know the doctor could have just sent us to the ER and still get paid, but he chose to help us. Thank you!

Hope no one needs urgent care, but if anyone who needs prompt professional medical urgent care, this place is the best for that.
